Hotel in zona Evangelische Auferstehungskirche, Stoccarda

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Il Maritim Hotel è altamente raccomandato. I dipendenti super gentili, sia nel servizio, nella reception o anche nel personale delle pulizie, sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Volentieri ancora e ancora. Ovviamente anche la posizione è ottima. Il centro (Arnuf-Klettplatz) è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10-20 minuti, a seconda di quanto siete bravi a camminare. Anche la colazione è fantastica. Come accennato in precedenza, un hotel di alto livello.

Ho avuto un soggiorno di una notte in questa proprietà e era un sacchetto misto. Alcuni punti di attenzione - il personale in generale erano amichevoli - l'accessibilità all'hotel è buona - attraverso il trasporto pubblico e se avete la vostra auto, Il parcheggio in garage dell'hotel è sul lato costoso di 17.50€ per notte - le camere erano spaziose e pulite - la pressione dell'acqua e la temperatura erano buone Alcuni punti di miglioramento - la dimensione del bagno era sul lato piccolo, sono stati anche trovati che la posizione del gabinetto di tovaglioli nel bagno è abbastanza pericoloso/harzoso come è messo in una piccola area spaziale contro il bastone che, se non attentamente si può colpire la testa mentre si alza all'angolo del cabinet - nulla riconoscimento o cura come un'elite HHonor. Questo deve essere una delle prime proprietà in Germania o in qualsiasi luogo che importa, non ha offerto alcun flacone d'acqua in camera. Quando sono andato a chiedere questo dopo l'ispezione presso il Il Parlamento ha inoltre sottolineato che la Commissione ha adottato una serie di misure per la promozione della competitività e dell'occupazione, che sono state adottate in modo da garantire la competitività e la competitività dell'industria europea. - come molte altre proprietà, nessun minibar nella stanza e il controllo della temperatura nella stanza non è stato il migliore quando voleva raffreddare la stanza. L'unico motivo per cui ritornerò a questa proprietà è per la posizione, ma se avessi una macchina, rimarrei probabilmente indietro alla proprietà Hilton Garden Inn Neckkerpark che avevo molto meglio esperienza.

Cooles Konzept mit dem Self Check in alles sehr einfach und unkompliziert schöne Ausstattung hat mir im großen und ganzen sehr gut gefallen würde wieder kommen

The hotel location: It has direct access to main road which runs through train station and towards stuggart. So not a problem in finding it. About 1.5km from train station. For grocery shopping there is kaufland on street backside of it for which you could also access a 2min by walk pathway in front of tesla office (yes they opened one). The room: The room I opted was double bedroom without kitcehente. The room was small but still spacious for one person, with a TV, window opining for fresh air and sunlight, the bathroom is ok, the shower area much bigger than other hotels (where you would otherwise have struggled to move your hands around in other hotels). Only difference to other rooms which had option of kitcehente is that the entry area near door is bit wide in those rooms (though it's just wash sink and one microwave for the sake of kitcehente) One thing which I didn't like was that the bed was actually joined by 2 wiggle beds, made the sleep uncomfortable, would have preferred one queen/king bed. Service/Staff: Had opted for room including breakfast in the price. So was expecting that they charge total bill amount in all and don't charge separetly for breakfast in bill (treat as complimentary in that room price), but staff didn't understood and did separate charges for room and for breakfast. Was a bit inconvenience. General view: The hotel has a bar at reception, breakfast area is big and worth price to pay extra except for vegetarian as nothing apart from juice and fruit/joghurt. Good ambience, enough free space outside. Overall satisfied with my stay, except that it's little away from train station and the breakfast billing (not a deal breaker for me).

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

Klasse Preis Leistungs Verhältnis: Selten so ein schönes Zimmer und so Top Service in dieser Preisklasse erhalten. Alles ging schnell und unkompliziert. Keine nervigen Wartezeiten für Check In und Check Out. Alles sauber. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Bestnote!

As a tourist, its very convenient that hotel is just across the train station. Hotel is so nice and service is superb! I will definitely recommend this hotel and you will noy regret aside of the location, the superb service, the per day rate is considerable.
