Hotel in zona Die Klett-Passage, Stoccarda

Hotel molto pulito camere ampie con macchina x caffè Nespresso bollitore e frigo. personale gentile e professionale ottima la colazione e buona la cena a buffet... Comoda la posizione vicinissimo alla metro e con 2 fermate sei in pieno centro... Una bella chicca è la terrazza( o se vuoi anche al piano terra) che con un sottofondo musicale e una bella atmosfera puoi gustare ottimi drink ... Ah è attaccato ad un enorme centro commerciale... Hotel perfetto e consigliato

il 6 ottobre rientro per dormire verso l una e mezza di notte . cerco di non fare rumore per non svegliare. mi metto a dormire dopo 15 minuti una signora reclama forse perché russo. verso le 2 e 40 di notte viene l uomo della reception dicendomi molto scortese che devo prendere tutta la mia roba e seguirlo. arrivo alla reception e mi dice che devo lasciare subito l hotel senza darmi spiegazioni perché altri ospiti hanno reclamato. chiedo una singola pagado la differenza . mi viene solo ripetuto che devo lasciare l hotel immediatamente detto in malo modo . continuo a chiedere spiegazioni faccio notare che sono le tre di notte mi viene ripetuto che loro non parlano italiano con fare un po razzista. e non mi vengono neppure resi i soldi del pernottamento. la trovo una cosa assurda senza cercare di chiarire la situazione in Italia avrei chiamato la polizia . non so cossa sia stato detto al reception ma senza nessuna verifica mi sono trovato in strada alle tre di notte . se siete italiani non venite in questo posto. bastava darmi una singola facendomi pagare la differenza .

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Sehr saubere schöne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Leider ist der Sauna berreich sehr klein

L'hotel è situato al bordo di un quartiere residenziale su una strada guidata. Si trova in una parte di una casa commerciale più grande. Il personale è molto amichevole. La colazione è molto buona, la camera è pulita e attraente. Purtroppo ci sono solo tende e non ci sono giardini, quindi la luce del sole è presto mattina solo se uno dei lavoratori di ufficio lontani dall'~6m, che si trovano nello stesso edificio, può guardare nella stanza. L'isolamento acustico delle pareti è buono, la porta della stanza lascia purtroppo molto passare. Male quando si usano dal 6 al mattino in marcia le mani. Sintesi: per i viaggiatori di business che si alzano presto, va bene.

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

Klasse Preis Leistungs Verhältnis: Selten so ein schönes Zimmer und so Top Service in dieser Preisklasse erhalten. Alles ging schnell und unkompliziert. Keine nervigen Wartezeiten für Check In und Check Out. Alles sauber. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Bestnote!

As a tourist, its very convenient that hotel is just across the train station. Hotel is so nice and service is superb! I will definitely recommend this hotel and you will noy regret aside of the location, the superb service, the per day rate is considerable.

Sono stati occasionalmente qui negli ultimi anni. Secondo un nuovo nome non è cambiato molto. La prenotazione funziona perfettamente come sempre. Se non si svolgeno grandi eventi in zona, sono disponibili prezzi e offerte economiche. La guida in auto in garage è buona, ma allora è necessario trovare la via d'uscita giusta nella gigantesca garage del centro commerciale. L'hotel non è centrale a Stuttgart, ma nella periferia, la connessione con la S-Bahn (5-10 min pedonale) è anche buona sera. ricevimento e check-in veloce, cortese, senza complicato. Camere e bagno sono puliti, e funzionale, ma non di lusso. Alcuni camere sulla strada principale possono essere abbastanza rumorosi a finestra aperta. Tuttavia, dall'altra parte si dormi molto tranquillo. In estate, le camere possono anche riscaldare a seconda della posizione e del sole. Il buffet per colazione è sempre stato molto buono, al momento la scelta è notevolmente limitata dalla situazione sanitaria, ma la qualità è ancora accettabile. Chi è consapevole della situazione, per il quale il soggiorno qui vale il suo prezzo.

das ”neue” leonardo ist sehr schön geworden. alles sehr modern und ebenso geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. die zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles, was man erwartet. wir hatten ein zimmer zur straße und (aufgrund der schalldichten fenster) nichts davon gehört; im sommer wird das (bei geöffnetem fenster) sicher anders sein. das bett hatte leider eine durchgehende matratze und (nur eine!) decke; manche mögen das mögen, für uns war das nichts! bad ok, internet-empfang ausreichend. frühstück vielfältig und gut. aus dem benachbarten öffentlichen parkhaus (13 € pro tag) kommt man - trockenen fusses - über den fahrstuhl zur reception. personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. uneingeschränkt emfehlenswert!
