Nice place to stay. Straightforward, clean, good space, easy to use for a base. Close enough for everything if, like us, you like to walk. Much better experience than most hotels. Wifi was poor so wouldn't want to try to work from there - social media accounts couldn't load on phones with it. There's nowhere to put a toiletry bag in the bathroom, so take one that you can hang on the towel rail. We had a TV in the bedroom and kitchenette which was generous. Bed linen and bed really comfy. The noise insulation for our apartment meant we heard every footstep of the person upstairs from 8am on a Sunday which might be annoying if you banked on a lie in. Otherwise it was really quiet as a building. The welcome info and facilities are really well thought out. If returning to Stroud would happily book again.

A fantastic getaway for the weekend. Clean and well-maintained apartment with everything you could need. Bed very comfy and enjoyed the relaxing living and kitchen space. Great walks in the area too. Thank you.

A wonderful place to escape to for the weekend. Well equipped apartments with everything you need to be self sufficient. The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. We will definitely be back!

This was our third visit to 5VA in Stroud - another Art course at RawAmber for my wife - and it ticked all the boxes. We booked direct and were given a lovely big set of rooms with great views and all the facilities you could ask for. We won't ream of going anywhere else!

We had a wonderful stay at Five Valley's. The room 15 was brilliant. Huge King-size bed plus a separate kitchen and bathroom. Was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay including breakfast items. Cross over the road and you are on to the canals with an easy 10-15 mins walk into Stroud. Beautiful view from window in the kitchen sit at the breakfast bar and take in the view. Thanks for a lovely stay will definitely be back.

Another wonderful stay at Five Valleys for Stroud Food Festival. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beds are super comfortable and the room was spacious and light. The icing on the cake was the fantastic weather! We will definitely be back soon.

We paid a second visit to Stroud and returned to this excellent 'Aparthotel'. We booked direct and received a discount as it was for three nights. It was just perfect for us - large rooms, everything there for us to be able to look after ourselves in every way. Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation. Very wheelchair accessible. Pleasant rooms, great wet room and even a lovely welcome basket. Management extremely helpful. Reserved parking spot. We couldn't have asked for more!

I needed somewhere to stay while attending a nearby workshop weekend. This suited me perfectly. I booked a three night stay and was not disappointed. I found the instructions for access to the property and my room nice and clear (along with how to use the induction hob, safety info etc.). There were some items provided to start me out such as a carton of milk, juice, tea and coffee sachets. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The bonus of having a space to cook, eat, watch TV and to relax at the end of my day was really helpful. I liked the emphasis on reusing containers for soaps and washing up liquid, and on recycling as much as possible.
