Abbiamo avuto una conferenza in questo hotel e abbiamo prenotato qui come foto sul sito web che mostra che è un bel hotel, ma devo anche leggere le recensioni. L'hotel è terribile, datato, odore e non amichevole personale. La camera da letto ha solo un'estensione di potenza esposta che si può usare per caricare le vostre cose. Ho avuto laptop, iPad, iPhone e guardavo e stavo caricando un paio in bagno. Il resto di potenza era dietro il letto o la TV stand molto difficile da leggere. La TV nella mia stanza non funzionava, ho chiamato il desk front e hanno detto di usare il commutatore all'ingresso della stanza, ma non funzionava ancora. Mi hanno detto di venire a prendere un nuovo remoto. Che servizio clienti. Le tolette in bagno sono piccole e non buone per asciugare qualcuno dopo la doccia. Il buffet per colazione è lama per quello che paghi. $19 più più. Nessun caffè nella stanza, nessun buffet di ghiaccio, nessun sacchetto di lavanderia. Ho visto cose di base mancanti in questo hotel, dovevo dire che era oltre povertà. Certo non rimarrò mai qui o nemmeno lo consiglio. Quando ho detto alla signora del desktop circa la forza e la TV parla con il cibo in modo molto non amichevole aka rude. Credevo che fosse solo me, tutti i miei colleghi non erano felici di restare qui, e la prossima volta lascerò che gli organizzatori di eventi non scelgano un luogo come questo o non investirò in un evento ospitato da questo tipo di luogo.

The hotel is nice enough for a Courtyard (or Residence?? Very generic so I can’t even remember which is said. It has a good enough breakfast spread; good enough (nothing amazing but better than your average hotel continental breakfast) that I didn’t bother venturing to W Concord for breakfast which saved some time. However, there is a lot of room noise (thin walls), and they don’t offer rooms w 2 beds (king + sofa bed is the best option if you want 2 beds but what adult wants to sleep on a sofa bed?). Also, there are no extra amenities in the room - like, not even a plastic cup to get a drink of water, or a plastic bag for laundry. Very sterile. All that said, the biggest issue is the front desk - the check in was slow and the woman working was not friendly or helpful. I actually reminded her that her job was one of hospitality - she was awful. Chelsea, at the little lobby bar, was very nice but she seems to be a one woman show and the bar is advertised as being open before she’s able to even arrive for her shift, and advertised as being open later than she can stay. Not cool on management’s part - it sets guests up for frustration and puts Chelsea in a bad spot.

Abbiamo avuto una conferenza in questo hotel e abbiamo prenotato qui come foto sul sito web che mostra che è un bel hotel, ma devo anche leggere le recensioni. L'hotel è terribile, datato, odore e non amichevole personale. La camera da letto ha solo un'estensione di potenza esposta che si può usare per caricare le vostre cose. Ho avuto laptop, iPad, iPhone e guardavo e stavo caricando un paio in bagno. Il resto di potenza era dietro il letto o la TV stand molto difficile da leggere. La TV nella mia stanza non funzionava, ho chiamato il desk front e hanno detto di usare il commutatore all'ingresso della stanza, ma non funzionava ancora. Mi hanno detto di venire a prendere un nuovo remoto. Che servizio clienti. Le tolette in bagno sono piccole e non buone per asciugare qualcuno dopo la doccia. Il buffet per colazione è lama per quello che paghi. $19 più più. Nessun caffè nella stanza, nessun buffet di ghiaccio, nessun sacchetto di lavanderia. Ho visto cose di base mancanti in questo hotel, dovevo dire che era oltre povertà. Certo non rimarrò mai qui o nemmeno lo consiglio. Quando ho detto alla signora del desktop circa la forza e la TV parla con il cibo in modo molto non amichevole aka rude. Credevo che fosse solo me, tutti i miei colleghi non erano felici di restare qui, e la prossima volta lascerò che gli organizzatori di eventi non scelgano un luogo come questo o non investirò in un evento ospitato da questo tipo di luogo.
