The Staff were polite..Shout out to Lanieta..she was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Best quality ratio in this area and amazing location, beautifuldistrict with easy access to public transport. Will surely come again!

Cannot recommend Stoke Place enough after our wedding there at the end of April. Tracey was so helpful throughout the planning stages, answering all our questions and explaining how the day would work. The day itself was faultless, and many of our guests commented on how seamless it was! Patrick was brilliant as toastmaster and Didier fantastic running the wedding breakfast and the bar. All the staff made us feel special, they were friendly and helpful and checked in on how we were doing throughout the day. The food was brilliant too, thanks so much to everyone at Stoke Place for giving us the best wedding day we could have hoped for :)

La camera del club è eccellente, grande, ma può fare con un bagno più grande e difficilmente, più illuminante. Il riscaldamento non funzionava bene, ma la prima notte, noi lo riportammo, ci diede un riscaldatore di petrolio e lo ordinarono la mattina quando li avvertii di nuovo. Avevamo bevande di complimento gratis, potevamo scegliere solo da casa vino a casa birra, sarebbe stato meglio avere una scelta di vino come un bicchiere di Prosecco, Short Spirit e qualsiasi altro Grandi/Beer ecc ... Il personale era molto amichevole, e utile, il letto era comodo, ma i Pillows sono davvero cattivi, mi lasciano con un collo sinistro cattivo dalla prima notte fino a che non torno a casa, il collo sta diventando meglio. Rimarrei in questo hotel, perché lo apprezzo davvero, indipendentemente da qualche trucco. Il fatto è che il personale ha corretto la questione, ove possibile, una volta acquistato alla loro attenzione. Ho anche chiesto il checkout tardivo che hanno offerto. Grazie per il soggiorno rimborsabile.

Il personale è amichevole, soprattutto Anneka al di fuori del desk che è utile. Il parcheggio gratuito è offerto all'hotel che è molto conveniente. Il colazione è autoservato con cibo sufficiente. Il gusto è buono.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di due notti, fine settimana mentre visitavamo amici a Gerrards Cross. Arrivando molto tardi dopo un lungo viaggio a Edimburgo, il check-in era pronto e amichevole. L'hotel è molto più grande di quanto ci aspettavamo, ma ben disposto. Ci sono solo tre piani, quindi gli ascensori sono veloce. La nostra seconda stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa, con un comodo letto di dimensioni super re. Altre caratteristiche piacevoli - un piccolo frigo e una cassaforte abbastanza grande per prendere un laptop. Il bagno era senza spot con bel shampoo complimentare e gel da doccia. Mi sono dimenticato di portare il flanello del viso, così mi sono compiaciuto di vedere uno fornito. L'unico svantaggio che ci ha colpito era che non c'era aria condizionata, e che si è fatto caldo, con le finestre aperte solo a parte, come è stato fatto in hotel. Abbiamo fatto un salto al bar (sono più di un) per le due notti, e il personale del bar era amichevole e professionale. Il servizio era ancora una volta rapido ed efficiente, il personale giovane era professionale e lavorava bene insieme. Non possiamo commentare i pasti di sera quando mangiamo a casa dei nostri amici. All'esterno, il Bull ha un giardino molto grande, con un bel topiera e tavoli, e abbiamo avuto un piacevole giro. L'hotel stesso sembrava ben mantenuto, e qualcuno con buon gusto ha scelto una bella varietà di foto in tutto l'hotel e lungo i corridoi. In generale, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno in un ambiente piacevole, e mi consiglierei di certo al Bull.

The Pinewood Hotel is a housing estate waiting to happen. From staff lacking in the most basic of customer service skills to a cute rat routing about under the fake Christmas tree pinned in the flower bed outside the entrance. This hotel was almost empty on one of the busiest weekends of the year for the king's concert. They couldn't find our booking and refused to acknowledge the paid-for email from booking.com. They made no attempt whatsoever to help whilst I spent an hour on the phone trying to get it sorted. But as they had hiked sub £80 pricing most of the year to £300 plus, their revenue-raising exercise backfired big time. During my time getting increasingly annoyed at the absolute lack of any attempt at customer service, I got to see the poorly mended ceiling from upstairs leaks, the dated decor, and the cracked flooring tiles in the main reception. As well as filthy signs on the windows at the main entrance. The lift is obviously expected to be out of use for some time as they had turned it into a feature with a light-up unit in front stopping you from getting in. That was if you got past the empty car park with a huge hole surrounded by metal barriers, cracked containers for dying plants, and the delivery driver bringing food to the sole inhabitant we saw. The 70s pub-style dining area was totally empty, and the outside area overlooking a lovely meadow area was shabby and despite sunshine - absolutely devoid of any guests.. The welcome was marred by a pervading smell of cooking oil and as you walk from the car park to the entrance, a window at the back of the reception area has an unusual way of blocking people from seeing in with a collection of tesco carrier bags instead of a curtain. Pictures on various sites are of an era long gone - add appalling service and you can do much better elsewhere. I would be surprised if it lasts much longer as a hotel. This hotel clearly doesn't want guests and will make a great housing development for anyone looking at developing in that area. It has a fabulous selection of wildlife, from various colourful birds making nests, to furry creatures running around outside the entrance, so it would be a beautiful spot for a development. Having read some of the other reviews saying ”filthy” ”easy to get away from” ”tired” ”drinks terribly expensive” ”electrical testing 4 year's out of date” ”outside door propped open all night” ”practically falling apart” - I guess we got away lightly. What it isn't is - their description: A 4* hotel (REALLY?) Luxurious setting (I TOTALLY DISAGREE stained reception ceiling badly mended with no luxury at all) in a tranquil location (Yes agreed) Designed with elegant interiors and a unique approach (maybe once upon a time but not now) Just off the A412 ( erm just on the A412) The Brasserie provides an informal dining experience (looks like a 70s cafe and guests ordered takeaway) Free car parking (yep lots of it was almost empty and more space was taken by a huge

What a lovely welcoming homely hotel. I went alone on a business trip and the owner was so welcoming friendly and helpful. The room was perfect size for just myself with everything I could need, a very comfy bed, ample workspace and a tv to relax with. Breakfast in the morning g was always served with a smile and was delicious every time. Very convenient area for food nearby with some really tasty options only walking distance. And a nice park and green area just five minutes walk away too. Also if you like fishing Farnham is very nearby 😉 I cannot thank everyone enough for making my stay so delightful especially the owner. Should I travel to Slough again for work or pleasure this is where I’d want to stay.
