Hotel vicino alla stazione di Stockport a Stockport

First, I am a frequent business trip traveller. this hotel location is excellent, right beside the Stockport station. They are new, facilities is good &, staff is good and friendly, helpful. Compare to other countries Holiday day Inn Express (like USA, I just travel from New York, New Jersey, Phoenix). I really impress how good of this and the one in Manchester Arena.

I’ve become quite a regular at this hotel, I’ve mentioned before that the staff are very helpful & accommodating, The rooms are large & spacious, you get tea & coffee making facilities, There’s Fridge & microwave which is great for me as I’m in the area working, All in all well presented & affordable hotel I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area on business.

L'hotel era pulito, la stanza era molto piccola, ma calda e aveva strutture per la manutenzione e servizi per il tè/caffee. L'hotel era vecchio ma ben tenuto.Il personale era amichevole. La sala 28 non aveva assolutamente alcuna pressione, ha fatto rapporto, ma nessuno è venuto a farlo. La stanza non era pulita, ma poi si è visto un avviso che le stanze erano pulite solo su richiesta. Beh, è questo il punto. Oh, si', bellissimo posto di fuoco davanti alla ricezione e l'autobus si fermano fuori.

La posizione è piuttosto scomoda, se non c'è un'auto privata, di solito ci vuole un'ora per raggiungere una destinazione, a meno che non siano Sale o Altrincham. Solo 20 minuti di connessione wifi gratuita ogni giorno, quindi significa. Pochissimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ma un comodo negozio con 8 minuti a piedi potrebbe aiutare. La pulizia e l'ordine delle camere sono a malapena ok. La colazione non è male però.

Stayed with the kids on a trip to Manchester, room was spotless, met a lovely housekeeper called Maria very happy and friendly and couldn’t help enough when we was asking where is good to take kids in Manchester, breakfast was basic but warm keep up the good work maria we will be back

Assolutamente felice del mio soggiorno al Whitworth Locke. Sono stato curato dal momento in cui ho varcato la porta, un ringraziamento speciale a Liv. La camera era fantasticamente attrezzata per tutto ciò che si possa desiderare e perfettamente pulita. Carina aggiunta dell'asciugacapelli e del ferro da stiro nelle borse in un cassetto nascosto? Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso da quanto fosse silenzioso a causa della posizione. Prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo. Grazie.

Great hotel, very clean with impressive gym facilities for guests. Its also in a good location.

I discovered this hidden gem by accident. I had almost given up on finding a hotel that was close enough to the airport as well as to local shopping and had ac. There are only two things I have a problem with in regards to this place. Please note there is not an elevator or lift as the UK states. The other draw back is there is no way to shield the light in the bathroom area. It is hard to describe. There is a beautiful glass door to the right and left in the bath area with a sink in the middle of the space. If one has to get up to use the facilities the light being turned on glares in the face of the other one in bed. One other note is to be careful when closing the glass door. When I closed the door, my finger got closed in the door and it actually cut my finger below the cuticle. After 3 days, my finger is blue and sore. While the hotel is directly under the local airport's flight pattern, we never heard planes unless we were outside. The grounds are astounding as is the building itself. Make sure to check out the artwork throughout the place. If you like hidden staircases, watch out. The place appears to be kid friendly. There is a fabulous playground adjacent to the property. Make sure to purchase duck food for the locals. The bar, while somewhat limited in its offerings, was suitable for us. As to cost, the prices were comparable if not better than other bars/pubs we have visited.. We did not dine in the restaurant, but from what I say, the food looked amazing. The young man working reception was so very nice to help with our luggage as well as anything else we may have needed. The young ladies working in the bar were also very nice. In fact, they were so embarrassed by my asking to take their photo. They said no one had ever asked to take their photo.

La camera, i servizi e il colazione erano magnifici. Il personale era assolutamente brillante e molto utile. L'intera esperienza era brillante. Mi consiglierei con piacere questo splendido hotel a chiunque.

Ho solo dovuto scrivere un commento sul mio soggiorno qui. Beh ... questo era il mio terzo hotel in 4 notti di viaggio. Era anche il più economico, e l'unico che avevo avuto paura! Oh, quanto potevo essere sbagliato! Dal momento in cui sono entrato, il ricevitore è stato così amichevole e utile. Benvenuto, gentile e professionale. Ho chiesto se c'era un frigo che potessi usare per immagazzinare alcuni prodotti alimentari che viaggiavo con e che mi hanno gentilmente messo in zona di personale per me durante la notte. Non potevo fare abbastanza per aiutare. L'hotel si sente più come un nuovo ostello moderno che un hotel. La vibrazione nella zona comunale si sentiva molto come un ostello classico. Era caldo, amichevole e accogliente. Il tè e il caffè liberi erano grandi. La colazione era solo continentale, che non avevo capito. Le camere sono molto piccole, come avevo previsto, ma funzionali, abbondante di socche da carico, buona doccia calda con attrezzature. Quando sono arrivato alla stazione al terminal 1, volando dal terminal 1 il giorno dopo, è un passo con sacchetti pesanti. Non c'è autobus o alternativa per arrivare al terminal 1, solo il collegamento Skylink. Sarebbe stato bello, ma gli scalatori che si muovono sul collegamento sono stati spostati. Quando ho chiesto al personale dell’hotel di non lavorare per mesi. Non so perché, ma avrebbe reso più facile il viaggio dall'hotel, quindi era una vergogna. In generale, un soggiorno molto buono e inaspettato. Per il prezzo, mi fermerò di nuovo. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti per un tale piacevole benvenuto.
