Hotel vicini a Thann Sanctuary SPA a Stoccolma

Scesi dal treno che porta in città dall'aeroporto di Arlanda, praticamente si deve solo prendere un ascensore, fare 10m a piedi ed entrare nell'hotel; stracomodo per le persone di passaggio e che devono prendere aerei in orari improponibili. Le stanze però sono dei loculi, piccoli e senza finestre, con letto a due piazze ma incastrato in tre muri della camera, quindi accessibile solo da un lato; il livello di pulizia scarso, capelli per terra, ventola dell'aria in bagno piena di polvere e non pulita da anni. Colazione, a pagamento, preconfezionata e di infima qualità.

First impression - when we got into the apartment we booked we were shocked to see it was much, much smaller than presented in the pictures - see attached presentation pics vs reality. We immediately went to the reception to show them the obvious difference, when one of the front desk officers, named Joel was quite deffensive and strongly rejected my entitled claim to get the proper apartment as per my booking. He said the pics in the presentation were made with wide angles, therefore we need to accept this is the correct room, no mistake was dine. I insisted upon the obvious but I had no one to talk to in order to fix my problem. Later on I made the same complaint to Trip.com - they tried to reason with Joel, but got the same nagative attitude. Joel saga doesn't end here, unfortunatelly... The whole administration of the building might be a bit control freak. Why? Because Guests can not have full control of their room. You can not adjust the air conditioning yourself - you have to call the reception to adjust the room temperature for you. You can not open any window - you have to ask the reception for the window handle, which guess what? It's only one window handle for all of the rooms in the building and each room gets the handle for 1 hour max or at least so it should be if Joel doesn't have other opinion about it. One evening, upon request, Joel gave me the handle and told me to open the windows quickly and give it back to him fast as others needs it now too. I was shocked of course. ***??? Where is my hour? How am I supposed to close the windows then after? Oh...I have to get downstairs to the reception and get it back so that I vould close my windows. BUT wait!! Joel remembered to fully read the post it his colleague gave him before coming upstairs to my room and saw my room number was last on the list and therefore I can keep the handle for a longer period time. He was doing me a big favor. That was his attitude like. Very unprofessional, cold and really wrong attitude for someone working in hospitality. I am afraid I had to react this time and asked him what is his problem really, as it looks like it has a particular problem with me and therefore to any of my requests to get the proper service and comfort I payed for. Joel's Lady colleague was much nicer and helpful. He should follow her example if he wants to stay in hospitality. I left with a bitter taste and very dissapointed with the whole experience at Biz Apartment Bromma due to this important details of my accomodation there. The Biz Apartment concept is pretty nice though overall, is quite new, the location is indeed a bit far from the city, but within easy reach by metro, which has the station right in front of the building. You need to change at Alvik for the green line towards city center. It is also easy to reach from Arlanda Airport by train up to Solna station and than by metro. Downstairs there is a huge supermarket where you can get anything you need for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The apartment is equiped with everything essential to prepare some meals ( microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) The bed was very comfortable. A bit too cold in the room. If I were to get the more spatious apartment as per my booking pics, my own window handle and proper room temperature I would book this place again, no doubt.

Overall, not too many complaints about the hostel. It was incredibly clean, offered a free towel for the shower, and had easy to use lockers. Social activities could be better compared to other hostels I’ve stayed at. Easy walk to both the central station and the city. Overall, I’d definitely stay again.

È molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana.Sono molto grato allo staff per avermi permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo in modo da non dover portare i bagagli in giro. Tuttavia hanno anche spazio per gli ospiti per lasciare i bagagli, quindi non preoccuparti!

Buona posizione, posizione centrale a pochi minuti a piedi dall'Arlanda express (treno per l'aeroporto). Ma c'era odore proveniente dal gabinetto. E il personale ha aperto la nostra porta senza alcun preavviso intorno alle 8. Anche un altro personale ha bussato alla nostra porta più tardi, quando è ancora presto. Camera nel complesso ordinata ma alcune macchie agli angoli.

The location of the hotel is superb. The metro is just below the hotel. Airport express is just behind and it is a stone throw to many shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable. I like that the room is bright too. Amenities were nice and sufficient. Breakfast spread was good too. Cleanliness on the daily cleaning is lacking as they only tidy up the beds and no cleaning of floors was done. So I feel it can be improved. Generally staffs were friendly and helpful.

Hotel situato nella zona nuova della città ma comunque a 10 min da Gam stala. Posizione comodissima per la stazione e colazione super . Vastissima colazione dal dolce al salato ed adatta a tutti davvero . Tante opzioni Vegane (dai dolci agli affettati, ai salumi) e in aggiunta anche gluten free e lactose free .. che dire . Un paradiso terrestre per chiunque . Ho davvero suoer apprezzato la colazione .

Alla entrata era chiaro che avevamo preso la decisione giusta. Benvenuto personale (per essere giusti tutti noi ci siamo incontrati durante il viaggio era anche), la camera era abbastanza grande e il bagno era incredibile. Durante il riscaldamento del pavimento quando è -14 fuori è sempre un bel toccamento. Il nostro prezzo molto economico includeva colazione, ficca (snack) e cena ogni notte. A volte il cibo avrebbe potuto essere un po' più caldo, e di solito c'è solo una scelta alla sera, ma questo era buono per noi, come sempre è delizioso. Il nostro soggiorno non era servito, ma la compagnia (scelta nordica) era stata hackerata, quindi il loro sistema informatico era sbagliato, quindi non può incolpare loro. Erano puliti bene prima della nostra arrivo, quindi non ci ha colpito molto. Ci sono stati collegamenti di trasporto facili meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Sarebbe sicuramente tornato

Had the good fortune of spending the weekend in one of the hotel’s top floor suites (adjacent to the conference facility on the 11th floor). Scoprire la mia aspettativa era piuttosto bassa a causa di un passaggio infortunato in questo hotel, ma questo cambiava completamente il momento in cui mi sono salito all'interno della suite. È stato spazioso, confortevole e lussuoso con enormi finestre di pavimento e un grande terrazzo che si trovava di fronte alla città e al Globen. Il sistema HVAC è stato il migliore che abbia mai visto in un hotel svedese (un gran pianto dai sistemi nordici normali che ti mantengono congelati in inverno e sudorazione in estate), la pressione dell'acqua sorprendente e le finiture elegante. Ciò ha detto, se dovessi fare il nitpick, non era perfetto - le uscite erano quasi inesistenti, un paio di luci di spot erano fuori ordine, non c'era gel da doccia nel doccia, la TV era troppo piccola per una stanza di questa dimensione e non c'era nulla di privacy per la La casa di riposo aveva fatto un lavoro molto approfondito, tranne una parte della terrazza che conteneva un arancione a mezza cena da un ospite precedente. Queste questioni minori non hanno tuttavia dedotto dall’esperienza generale e questa suite è stata facilmente classificata tra le migliori suite suede che ho soggiornato. L'hotel dispone di una posizione eccellente, personale amichevole e un prezzo ragionevole, facilmente guadagnando loro un completo cinque stelle per questo soggiorno. Non posso aspettare di tornare alla stessa suite :)

At Six is in a great location and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the BEST breakfast buffet. I recommend buying the breakfast when you check in because it is 10 kr less than if you wait till the morning. The hotel itself is very dark. Dark hallways, dark walls, low lighting..pretty but moody.
