Cammina per circa 15 minuti dalla Stazione Ferroviaria Centrale, a circa 500 metri dal Grande Supermercato Cinese ea circa 300 metri dal 7-11. Ci sono anche supermercati coop e m nelle vicinanze. C'è un negozio di sushi nelle vicinanze al piano di sotto. Puoi anche andare a Tanghe in Saige Square per fare un buffet cinese in vacanza vicino alla stazione dei treni. Puoi fare una passeggiata fino all'isola vecchia, che dista circa 400 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana. C'erano capelli sulla biancheria da letto e sui cuscini al momento del check-in. Durante il soggiorno, il personale dell'hotel ha bussato alla porta e ha apposto adesivi all'interno della porta per lavare i piatti e portare fuori la spazzatura (non riesco davvero a capire perché l'hotel lo faccia durante il soggiorno dell'ospite) L'interno del bollitore elettrico è arrugginito e non può essere utilizzato. Non ci sono detersivi e spugne per la pulizia. Il gancio del rubinetto della doccia è rotto e il rubinetto può essere posizionato solo sull'interruttore di controllo della temperatura della doccia.

Spent 4 nights there in mid-September and were not disappointed. The apartment is about a 15 minute (uphill) walk from the train station where the airport train arrives, but we managed it without too much trouble. Had to kill some time at the train station since code to enter the building isn't sent until 4pm but sure enough, right at 4pm we got the code via SMS and email. Building is on a quiet residential street just a 100 feet or so from a well-used park. The French school is across from the park and the International School is just up the street. We were in Building B which is after the courtyard so had to enter the code at both the front door and building door. Same code opened the door to our apartment. We had a large one-bedroom apartment which had a small balcony (too cold to use). Bedroom was an ample size with a large bed, clean linens, quilts, etc. although end tables were on small side. Closets were big and ample with one set for hanging clothes and a second with shelves. Kitchen had all the amenities... coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven (didn't use), iron, ironing board, dishwasher, etc. Had a separate living room with a dining table for 4 people, tv, coffee table and couch which we assume could be used as an extra bed. Washer/Dryer in bathroom worked well but no detergent was provided (we also checked in the laundry room on ground floor but no luck) so we had to buy some. Cons: -- First morning we were there we discovered the shower drain was clogged so had to cut shower short before whole bathroom flooded. Called the Forenom number and it was fixed later that day while we were out. (Maintenance person left us a note indicating he'd been there.) -- Bathroom sink was very shallow and cabinet above it stuck out about 5-6 inches so it was impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth without getting water on the floor. Sink should have been deeper or cabinet inset in the wall to work properly. Pros: In addition to what I mentioned above: -- There was a Coop supermarket about a 10 minute walk away where we were able to get some of the basics. -- Lots of restaurants in neighborhood near the Coop along Sveavägen and on streets to the east. We ate at An Nam and The South Indian and both were good. -- Didn't have any noise problems although our unit was in a separate part of the building across from the elevator which probably helped.

I stayed at the Johannesgatan 12 property. Be warned Stockholm has some hills with stairs so plan route from T-centralen carefully to avoid them if you are walking and have lots of bags! The property and room were great. Very quiet, very clean. It’s several buildings with an interior courtyard so I heard almost no street noise. Staff were very responsive to questions by email. The neighborhood is very residential so it’s pretty quiet, but an easy 20 minute walk to the central train station and the Hötorget metro station is 5 minutes away. I had a single room with a twin bed and balcony. Comfy bed, nice bathroom facilities and everything worked. They were very prompt sending the access code to get into the property and room.

Just beautiful! Clean, has everything you need, well laid out and dare I say very Scandinavian. We were beyond happy with our stay. It’s in the centre of the city without being on a busy street, you can walk everywhere within 20 minutes. Recommend to all.

Forenom needs to have a scan of your ID documents if you don't have one of the nordic BankId accounts. This process, operated by OnFido, takes a long time and is very error prone. I almost gave up, but was helped by Forenom customer care when they viewed the onfido information and also didn't understand why it was refused. The place itself is well-located, clean and safe. My shower drain didn't work well, but that was the only maintenance downside.

Forenom Apartments have an excellent location in a quiet part in the middle of the city. Close to everything.

A 15 min à pied de la station de bus centrale, 5-10 min de la place Sergels Torg dans un quartier très calme. Ensemble de 3 immeubles sur 2 cours transformés en hôtel, balcon pour certaines chambres mais attendez vous à du vis-à-vis. Code transmis le jour J comme convenu à 16h (pas de réception pensez à confirmer votre identité avant via le lien envoyé c'est obligatoire). Immeuble avec une belle façade, chambre moderne avec cuisine équipée (four, plaque vitrocéramique, grand réfrigérateur mais pas de micro onde). Jolie salle de bain épurée et spacieuse. Buanderie avec machines à laver et sèche linge mis à disposition gratuitement, il suffit de s'inscrire pour réserver un créneau. Pensez néanmoins à amener les produits.
