Disappointed by premier inn in Stirling although the location and rooms were excellent. The entrance to the hotel is badly place and IDK why they placed a big bike rack outside the front doors ! The main area of concern is the restaurant which is short staffed, by people wearing casual clothing. The coffee machine area is confusing, the toasters need upgraded, no bananas or croissants, no salt on the table, tables balanced on blocks of papers, no tea spoons etc. This hotel possibly has a poor manager or one who doesn’t know how to recruit well or delegate and follow up effectively. I have stayed at several Premier Inn hotels all over the UK and this one had the poorest restaurant, mainly due to inadequate staffing.
