Terribile!!!! non sono riuscito a raggiungere l'hotel a causa di circostanze straordinarie e l'hotel si è rifiutato di rimborsarmi il costo. Anche io ho chiesto la cancellazione prima. Questo è un hotel da evitare!!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights room was fine and comfy bed pretty basic but if your not too fussy does the job,only thing we found was bathroom had a slight musty smell? Breakfast was good could have as much as you wanted,would stay again as fine for walking into town centre.

Very nice location and the hotel is clean and staff are very professional and helpful. However some staff looked like they wanted to be elsewhere. The room was mostly comfortable but the lack of being able to open the window meant the room smelled musty stated to smell to get worse after a few days of no proper fresh air and 4 people sharing. The room needed some tlc with paintwork and cracks and the mattress was comfy but again feeling in need of a refresh. Food was tasty, though evening meals felt a little overpriced compared to rivals across the road, but breakfast was good as always. A pleasant place to stay and a great location but could be better.

I was trapped in the elevator for over 40 minutes. When I was finally rescued, the staff did not check on my well-being afterward. I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the incident occurred on my first night. Upon checking out on my last day, I requested an email address for the manager to raise my concerns, but I was told to check the website instead. When I explained the incident to the receptionist, they claimed they were unaware of it, as it had not been reported to them. This raised concerns about how many similar incidents might have occurred at the hotel without being properly documented. Additionally, the elevator was still not functioning when I left, indicating a significant health and safety issue. Breakfast area is not that clean , on the first morning they was not much food left , the tables were dirty . This whole experience ruined my trip

Very comfortable beds. Reception staff sorted out an issue with the rooms very efficiently and we're friendly and very helpful. Breakfast service was good. Rooms and bathrooms could have benefited from a bit more attention when cleaning.

I received a very warm welcome from Carrie at the reception. She was very helpful and made my stay stress free. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on business in and around the Stirling area. The restaurant next door offer a great breakfast with excellent service. Thanks

I recently stayed at this hotel whilst working in the area and was welcomed upon arrival by Carrie on the front desk. She was really helpful and friendly and went over and above to ensure I had all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. The hotel was clean and the room was quiet resulting in a great sleep during my stay

Excellent stay. Bed super comfy as usual! Was initially given a room that was shower only, but after speaking to Carrie our host at reception, i was easily transferred to a room with a bath, which was fabulous as I suffer with chronic back pain. Thankyou.

Mould in the bathrooms over all the walls as I think there’s a broken extractor fan. Damp markings on the roof tiles next to the air con system. WiFi was inconsistent even for the paid version. Decent stay considering the price but disappointing compared to previous visits.
