siamo Stati insieme questo Hotel nel weekend che precede l'Immacolata. Stanza molto bella con una finestra panoramica bellissima, pulizia eccellente, colazione ottima anche se costosa ma in linea con gli altri alberghi. Una volta arrivati in stazione centrale con il bus dall'Aeroporto, recarsi di fronte, prendere in bus per Aeshenplatz e di li il bus 14 fino a Zeughaus. La fermata è di fronte all'albergo. In pochi minuti si è in centro. attenzione, con la prenotazione hotel, si può prenderne gratuitamente il bus per la stazione centrale. All'arrivo in qualsiasi albergo, la reception consegnerà gratuitamente la card per tutti i mezzi per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Una figata! dalla stazione centrale, con i treni ci si può recare a Colmar e Strasburgo (esclusi dalla card). Basilea molto carina da visitare. Non dimenticate di salire sui tetti della cattedrale!

Apparently I had a double reservation which was never confirmed (I tried to book through one way and always got the same error so I book through another way and finally got my reservation done, and also the confirmation email). Later, after check-in, I got an email from the hotel saying I didn't check in. When I went back to the reception to clarify this they told I had 2 reservations on the system, but that they would just cancel one of them and everything would be fine. Later, on check-out, they charged me 90CHF extra because of alleged ”price difference” between the 2 reservations because one of them was not cancellable. I never got any confirmation of the second reservation (the overpriced one) and got charged anyway. Also, during check out, the lady told me I had to pay it to leave but that I was almost certainly getting this value back after she clarify this with her boss on the same day. It's been 1 week now and not even an email

Hotel super nuovo, posizionato vicinissimo all'autostrada e ad alcuni servizi fondamentali. Ottima pulizia e stanze molto grandi, anche se il bagno con la sua doccia moderna non è molto funzionale (ed il suo unico asciugamano fornito). Disponibile un comodissimo parcheggio privato sotterraneo direttamente collegato all'hotel, naturalmente il servizio non è gratuito.

Si trova accanto al fiume. Circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione FFS di Basilea. Dal momento che è un budget è di dimensioni piuttosto compatte, basta avere spazio sufficiente per 2 persone. Come puoi vedere nessuna porta per il bagno. Tuttavia è pulito e abbiamo avuto una bella vista dalla finestra. Buono per un soggiorno di 1 notte.

Il raffreddore è un po'piccolo, ma una persona è abbastanza.L'aria condizionata è forte, naturalmente può essere impostata da sola.Con il calore, si può immaginare che l'inverno sarà molto comodo.Il soggiorno in quel giorno è troppo caldo e mi sento bene.L'altro raffreddore dietro è il livello generale di servizio. La posizione geografica è superprimaria, credo che Basilea non abbia un hotel più conveniente di lui: con la stazione ferroviaria, anche con il tram, la stazione di autobus, accanto al parco, e il supermercato di bevande intorno. Non basta dire: sa che è un negozio di centinaia di anni, ma le strutture interne non sono vecchie, ma per la testa di un serpente aperto, non è corrispondente al sedile, non è pulito nella macchina del caffè aperto, e la struttura del vestito è insufficiente, e si dimostra che gli ospiti non possono mettere i vestiti nella stanza, Ma non posso fare il bagno.

Our 3 day trip in Basel concludes on more positives than nagging issues. First the good part: Staff such as Steven, Catia and Michael are worth mentioning as they did their best to accommodate our requests. In general the front office staff seems rather well trained and courteous. Secondly the location of this hotel is ideal. With access to train, tram and bus stations within a couple 100 metres is very convenient. Sound isolation and sleep quality are pretty decent. Rooms are modern and seem to ve renovated recently. Ample parking available in the basement. The best part is the entrance of the hotel is within the private space and does not hinder public traffic. So parking the vehicle to offload the luggage is practical. I feel one of the best designs of this hotel is to be able to manoeuvre your car and allow guests to be able to safely disembark. Breakfast is decent and very clean setup. No signs of hygiene issues. And now to the few nagging issues: First the over engineering of elevators and their use can ve confusing at first. Staff should take time to read any messages and requests done through third party booking platforms. Although requests were addressed promptly but could have avoided delays. Room temperature settings difficult to comprehend for kelvins to Celsius conversions. Also the room was quite warm and slightly unpleasant in the evening. Breakfast should consider some infant friendly options too. Value for money - a miss for sure. Overall I would say it was quite a pleasant experience but the management needs to step up on making it a value proposition.

Hotel assolutamente fantastico, nuovo e bellissimo - questo è il mio soggiorno preferito quando sono nella zona, assolutamente meraviglioso. Vorrei dare 10 iniziali, le camere sono confortevoli e moderne e meraviglioso. Facile da parcheggiare, facile check-in, molto bel personale.
