Hotel 5 stelle a Hue

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

Definitely the best experience we've had for a while. Scenery is great, services are top notch, the food is AMAZING. They started out as a restaurant, and now expanded into a resort, so that kinda explains. There're now 2 or 3 restaurants in the resort, serving both local and western cuisines. Breakfasts are free and can be ordered unlimitedly. We usually have heavy breakfasts in the place, then went out to explore the city and the street foods outside. On the last night, we had our dinner at one of their Vietnamese restaurant. And while it's obviously more expensive than the street foods, the portion and tastiness is also at another level. The staffs are very very nice. While check-in, we handed them our passports and that's probably how they noticed that one of our birthday is during the stay. So they gave us a bunch of vouchers/discount for their services. Even hand made a birthday cake as a gift! Wish we stayed longer, and 10/10 would visit again.

Prima di tutto, questo hotel è un'opera d'arte. Gli interni sono assolutamente splendidi. Anche le camere sono bellissime, non smetteresti mai di scattare foto degli interni. Il letto era comodissimo. C'è un bancomat dall'altra parte della strada. La posizione era ottima per esplorare sia la cittadella che la tomba, tuttavia è leggermente lontano dalla strada pedonale e dal battello. Ci sono alcune zone a cui fare attenzione. La piscina era fredda e non adatta al nuoto. Anche la palestra chiude intorno alle 21:00, quindi piuttosto presto. La sauna è piuttosto nascosta. La tenda della doccia era vecchia e emanava un cattivo odore. L'accappatoio aveva delle macchie di sporco. La colazione era discreta, molto sana, ma ho trovato una lunga ciocca di capelli in un piatto di pollo, il che mi ha sconvolto.

La posizione è perfetta: proprio sul Fiume dei Profumi e a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e offriva una vista mozzafiato sulla città. Il personale era cordiale, professionale e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La colazione a buffet offriva un'ampia varietà di piatti locali e internazionali. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il relax serale a bordo piscina sul tetto. L'hotel fonde comfort moderni con tocchi di tradizionale eleganza vietnamita. Consiglio vivamente il TTC Imperial Hotel a chiunque visiti Huế. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e servizio impeccabile!

Se stai cercando un hotel spa rilassante circondato da belle natura e tranquillità, Alba è il tuo posto. Architettura moderna, molte cose verdi, grande piscina, molte attività rilassanti come yoga e meditazione, le onze, i massaggi, ecc. Il personale è estremamente carino, professionale e utile.Non volevo andarmene, ma non posso fare vacanze infinite per sempre

I had the most amazing stay at Angsana Resort, and I cannot recommend it enough. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction – always smiling, always polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, or even the housekeeping team, everyone showed such care and attention to detail that made me feel completely at home. What impressed me the most was that it wasn’t just about good service – it felt sincere. The team really takes pride in making guests happy, and you can feel that in the little things, like remembering your preferences, greeting you by name, or checking if you’re enjoying your stay. It’s this level of friendliness and professionalism that creates such a warm atmosphere at the resort. Angsana Resort is not just a place to relax, it’s a place where you are truly cared for. La villa che abbiamo soggiornato era assolutamente meravigliosa. Ci siamo divertiti tanto nella bella e spaziosa villa. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e ci ha dato un caldo benvenuto. Lo consigliamo molto agli altri viaggiatori e speriamo di tornare un giorno!

We love this place. We had a beautiful spacious wooden cabin with a balcony overlooking the Pearl River. Phi, the manager looked after us splendidly and could not have done more. We locked ourselves out, he came up in his buggy, we forgot something, he came up in his buggy; he had a cooked sliced steak take-away breakfast with dragon fruit ready at 6.45am and a taxi. Thank you Phi and team! We come back one April to see the tombs and pagodas we missed.
