everything has been great but there are flaws. only drinking water is free in the hotel lobby. Free pizzas, hamburgers and lavash snacks should be provided for children. Because in the boulevard outside the other hotel, besides water, food and ice cream were also free.

Un hotel chic, un personale gentile e attento. Quando si prenotavano, si chiedevano di mettere il divano per un terzo, ma quando si stabilivavano, non si preparavano una camera da letto per un'ora. Ci sono anche due vestiti e due paia di mutandine.Chiedi al personale di riferire tutti in un momento Corretto. Arriviamo all'hotel presto, alle 10, anche se il alloggio era 14-00. Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о нашем волшебном отдыхе в отеле Xanadu Resort в Белеке. Нам есть с чем сравнивать (мы много где побывали), и могу с уверенностью сказать: это был действительно райский отдых на высшем уровне. Всё понравилось — от момента заселения до дня отъезда. Отдельно отмечу: везде идеально чисто, территория огромная, зелёная и очень ухоженная. Благодаря этому совершенно не чувствуется скопления людей — всегда можно найти уединённый уголок для спокойного отдыха. Еда — отдельное восхищение. Всё очень изысканно, продукты качественные и свежие, огромный выбор блюд — от кондитерских шедевров до горячих блюд. Ассортимент настолько широк, что мы не смогли попробовать даже 10% за все дни пребывания. В каждом уголке отеля чувствуется забота персонала. Все улыбаются, приветливы и готовы помочь. Особая благодарность сотрудникам на ресепшен (к сожалению, не запомнила имя, но очень душевные и профессиональные люди) — они встретили нас тепло и оперативно решили все вопросы по заселению. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет изысканный, комфортный и безупречный отдых. Мы обязательно вернёмся всей семьёй и в полном составе.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

The hotel was excellent. The guest relations and the stuff are all very welcoming and helpful and they speak English. Food was very tasty and the night shows were astonishing. Everything is free inside this hotel, even starbucks, and the same applies to the beach connected to this hotel. Lands of Legends is 2min by car. I recommend it for couples.

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Il cibo è delizioso, le bevande sono servite in bottiglie e sono di buona qualità. Le piscine sono grandi e ci sono molti di loro, ma purtroppo non ci sono abbastanza salotto solare, la gente lascia le sue tole e va, non si può trovare un posto vicino alla piscina in pomeriggio, il mare è molto ondulato, non possiamo entrare nel mare comunque, I saloni solari sul piatto e sulla spiaggia erano bloccati con asciugamani, i vetri e le piastre non erano completamente puliti.

Siamo stati alla fine di novembre, la gente dell'hotel è un po' molto comodo. Personale come api, provate. Scegliere cibo non è molto grande, ma è per il meglio, è molto delizioso. Raccomandato)

Отель нравится, отдыхала с детьми второй раз. Сервис на уровне. Еда вкусная. Нет горок в бассейне для детей, хотя раньше они были. Но зато есть безлимитный доступ в парк развлечений. Жаль, что была возможность забронировать номер через приложение только на троих взрослых и за детей пришлось доплачивать на месте. В целом отдых удался, спасибо персоналу!
