Un hotel chic, un personale gentile e attento. Quando si prenotavano, si chiedevano di mettere il divano per un terzo, ma quando si stabilivavano, non si preparavano una camera da letto per un'ora. Ci sono anche due vestiti e due paia di mutandine.Chiedi al personale di riferire tutti in un momento Corretto. Arriviamo all'hotel presto, alle 10, anche se il alloggio era 14-00. I numeri gratuiti non erano disponibili, quindi non potevamo sistemarci prima, ma siamo stati presi immediatamente per colazione. Era piacevole. Grazie ❤️

Отдыхали в этом отеле третий раз, всё замечательно, отдельно хочу выделить взрослых аниматоров Дмитрия и Алину, ребята вы супер. Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Il cibo è delizioso, le bevande sono servite in bottiglie e sono di buona qualità. Le piscine sono grandi e ci sono molti di loro, ma purtroppo non ci sono abbastanza salotto solare, la gente lascia le sue tole e va, non si può trovare un posto vicino alla piscina in pomeriggio, il mare è molto ondulato, non possiamo entrare nel mare comunque, I saloni solari sul piatto e sulla spiaggia erano bloccati con asciugamani, i vetri e le piastre non erano completamente puliti.

Отель шикарный .огромная ухоженная территория с бассейнами и аквапарком .ресторан очень чистый .много еды ,официанты и повара работают четко и слаженно .выход к морю прекрасный ,много лежаков с зонтиками . Очень красивый рецепшен с аквариумом и приятным запахом .в лобби баре из рвет музыкант и рояле и флейте .проходят дискотеки .отель примерно в 20 минутах ходьбы от рынка и магазинов белека.наттерритшрит есть магазины .фотоателье и художник портретист .в спа центре работают профессионалы .массаж с хамамом приемлемые цены . Жили в 6 корпусе .фонтаны и свой открытый бассейн Спасибо огромное .все очень понравилось .приедем ещё

Мы впервые останавливались в отеле группы Кемпински и остались в полном восторге. Красивая просторная территория (с легкостью проходили 10.000 шагов ежедневно), очень вкусная еда и широкий выбор блюд самых разных, приятный персонал, много свободных лежаков. Отдельно понравился хорошо оборудованный спортзал и публика / гости отеля. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить персонал за апгрейд номера до Lagoon Suite (мы заранее предупредили о том, что поездка в честь дня рождения и в связи с этим получили такой бонус), вилла оказалась выше всяких похвал. Тишина и уединение вокруг. Обязательно остановимся в сети еще раз и в других городах.

The hotel was excellent. The guest relations and the stuff are all very welcoming and helpful and they speak English. Food was very tasty and the night shows were astonishing. Everything is free inside this hotel, even starbucks, and the same applies to the beach connected to this hotel. Lands of Legends is 2min by car. I recommend it for couples.

In generale, abbiamo avuto un soggiorno positivo. Ci è particolarmente piacevole cenare presso i ristoranti all’a la carte dell’hotel, oltre al principale buffet ha aggiunto una bella varietà alla nostra esperienza. Il cibo era delizioso, con molte opzioni per ogni gusto. La squadra di intrattenimento era amichevole e accogliente, e ogni sera c'era uno spettacolo, ma avremmo apprezzato un programma di intrattenimento più vario e attivo di giorno. Le camere sono un po' date e possono beneficiare della riparazione, ma sono ancora confortevoli e piacevoli da soggiornare. In generale, siamo stati felici con la nostra vacanza e abbiamo lasciato con grandi impressioni dell'hotel 🥰

Ottimo luogo! Situazione rapida in mattinata. Il club dei bambini ama i bambini, spesso laggiù durante il giorno e la sera. Il personale del ristorante e dei bar stanno cercando per i turisti, fa tutto velocemente come pulire lì e eseguire l'ordine. La spiaggia è pulita, giace molto gratis.
