Hotel 5 stelle a Seul

La camera era un po' piccola, ma sufficiente per una persona. Nel complesso, il servizio è stato buono; il concierge è stato molto disponibile con i bagagli e con la prenotazione di un taxi. Soprattutto, la posizione è eccellente; è possibile raggiungere il Lotte World a Myeongdong tramite il sottopassaggio. Le linee 1 e 2 della metropolitana sono molto comode; si può prendere la linea 1 per una fermata fino alla stazione di Seoul, dove si trovano i treni KTX e Airport Express. Ci sono minimarket, Oliver Young e piccoli ristoranti a meno di 100 metri dall'hotel.

Il mio soggiorno al Lotte Hotel Executive Tower Ho soggiornato di recente al Lotte Hotel Executive Tower a Myeongdong con la mia famiglia, bambini inclusi, e nel complesso è stata un'esperienza fantastica, con solo qualche piccolo inconveniente. ### **Cosa ho apprezzato** - **Posizione, posizione, posizione!** L'hotel è situato in una posizione perfetta vicino al cuore di Myeongdong, quindi tutto, dallo shopping allo straordinario street food, è a pochi passi. È stato comodissimo, soprattutto con i bambini, dato che non abbiamo dovuto spostarci molto per trovare cibo o intrattenimento. - **Le camere sono meravigliose.** Si vede che sono state recentemente rinnovate: tutto sembrava fresco, moderno e ben pensato. Le camere erano spaziose e abbastanza confortevoli per la nostra famiglia, e il design le faceva sembrare un rifugio lussuoso dopo una lunga giornata fuori. - **Atmosfera adatta alle famiglie.** L'hotel sembrava sicuro, accogliente e molto adatto alle famiglie. Che fosse la comodità della posizione, il comfort delle camere o semplicemente l'atmosfera generale, era perfetto per viaggiare con i bambini. ### **Cosa potrebbe essere migliore** - **Barriera linguistica:** Sebbene il personale fosse cortese e sinceramente desideroso di aiutare, a volte il loro inglese era incerto, il che ha causato qualche incomprensione. Tuttavia, sono sempre stati pazienti e hanno fatto del loro meglio per aiutarci, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. - **Servizi:** Per un hotel di questo calibro, i servizi sembravano un po' essenziali. Sono state fornite solo due bottiglie d'acqua gratuite per camera, il che non era sufficiente per la nostra famiglia. Inoltre, gli spazzolini da denti non erano inclusi e dovevano essere acquistati separatamente, il che è stato un po' scomodo. ### **Considerazioni finali** Viaggiare con i bambini a volte può essere difficile, ma il Lotte Hotel Executive Tower ha reso le cose più facili con la sua posizione fantastica e le sue splendide camere adatte alle famiglie. Nonostante qualche piccolo problema con i servizi e la comunicazione, abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno. Lo consiglio vivamente alle famiglie in cerca di una base comoda e comoda a Seul!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service throughout, always being friendly, attentive, and helpful. One of the highlights was the smart home system in the room, which made controlling the lights and other features very convenient. The in-room water dispenser was a great touch, allowing easy access to filtered drinking water without the need for bottled water. Having a washer and dryer in the room was also incredibly useful, especially for longer stays.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect – conveniently close to major attractions, shopping, and transport, which made getting around so easy. The service was excellent as well. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Overall, a great experience with both a prime location and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back. 🌟

L'hotel era molto lontano da altre attrazioni più popolari, ma lo sapevamo quando abbiamo scelto l'hotel. E' un luogo perfetto per riposare e rilassarsi lontano dalla resistenza e dalla bustina del centro città che era un percorso per noi. C'è una stazione ferroviaria a circa 3-5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel se si intende prendere il trasporto pubblico per viaggiare in giro mentre a Seoul. Ci vorrà circa 45-60 minuti per viaggiare dall'hotel a zone popolari come Myeong-dong dall'hotel attraverso il trasporto pubblico. Ottenere un Uber è facile e abbastanza veloce. In generale ci vorrà circa 6-8 minuti per arrivare un Uber. L'hotel attira l'età del pochissimo più grande della popolazione, circa 38-45+ anni, per la sua tranquillità e il suo fascino tranquillo.Il costo della camera dell'hotel è leggermente superiore a alcune catene a Seul. Si prega di notare che si sta pagando per l'esperienza di ritirarsi nella natura piuttosto che l'esperienza di un hotel 5-star con le campane e le stronzate regolari. Non c'è niente di speciale intrinsecamente sulle suite se si intende pagare un premio in attesa che sia un hotel di lusso convenzionale. L'hotel ha un cliente più locale che internazionale, e quindi il concierge non è stato in grado di comunicare bene in inglese, anche se ha cercato di fare il meglio. Sebbene non sia stato un problema particolarmente difficile, ciò ha causato una situazione comica in cui l'ufficio di fronte ha dichiarato erroneamente che il deposito era di 50.000 coreani vincivano una notte, invece di 500.000. Si prega di notare che vi è anche una differenza tra il giorno della settimana e il fine settimana. Il tempo ufficiale di check-out è 11:00 e non 12:00. Se sei a Seoul per un viaggio rilassante, Anto è un grande spazio per lui.

I had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. The service was exceptional, with a special mention to Jenna, I met the first day with 6 hours flight delay who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The housekeeping team was equally outstanding, ensuring my room was always spotless and adding thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay (Thank you for the yummy chocolate pastries and eye masks). The hotel’s facilities, location, and overall atmosphere were flawless, truly embodying luxury and comfort.  The only minor downside was the mattress, which was a bit softer than I prefer. However, this didn’t detract from the amazing experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul!   Also no worries about restaurants there, many restaurants you can see nearby. The BBQ restaurant opposite the hotel is absolutely amazing! The two ladies there are incredibly friendly and especially attentive to children. The Korean beef and pork are truly delicious, and the kimchi, along with the slightly spicy mushroom soup, is fantastic. It’s even better than the Michelin one-star BBQ beef restaurant I visited the next day in Gangnam.

The hotel was lovely and clean. It had a lovely cafe at the entrance that we enjoyed breakfast at. The gym was a decent size and the staff were friendly. The hotel is convenient as it has a subway station on floor 2 which was perfect.

Upon check in, we asked for a 2 twin beds room, without even checking by the staff, I already heard no. Then she asked me for my credit card, didn’t even mention how much limits she gonna hold. Anyway. During the stay, there were zero turn down services. I called and asked why and I was told that we had to request for it. First time hearing this from a Fairmont. Totally disappointed. The bathroom lights were flashing (a bit scary at night), light bulbs had to be replaced I guess, called someone to come take a look. Didn’t expect they didn’t even offer a room change. So I guess they came in to fix the light while we were out. On the day of checking out, I called to request for a late check out. Without checking, rejected me. I had to ask again and got an extra 30 mins. Standard check out time is 11am, which is already ridiculous, got extended to 11:30, what a joke. Will never stay here again and might even stay away from all Accor hotels.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e la tariffa scontata che ho trovato ne vale la pena. Tuttavia, se dovessi pagare più di 250 dollari, forse dovresti ripensarci. L'hotel è stato ristrutturato nel 2017, ma sembra che i piani inferiori siano rimasti intatti. Il frigorifero era funzionante, ma sembrava che avesse bisogno di ghiaccio secco per funzionare correttamente. Solo il water è stato rinnovato, mentre il resto sembrava avere una finitura vintage. I portieri e gli addetti alle pulizie erano fantastici, mentre il personale della reception era l'esatto opposto. Ho chiesto di poter fare il check-in anticipato, ma mi è stato detto che c'erano diverse fasce di supplemento e che, anche alle 14:00, avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento se non avessi voluto aspettare fino alle 15:00. Immagino che il denaro venga prima dell'esperienza del cliente. Di solito non soggiorno negli hotel Novotel, ma forse questa è la norma? In ogni caso, se dovessi pagare di più, sceglierei una catena più nuova e migliore.

The type of room we had reserved is the apartment type that consist of 3 bedrooms and 1 living room. The size is big but there is no daily service to clean the room. The apartment is located in the front area of the hotel, separating from the hotel. The CU shop (24hrs) was easily to walk in 5 min. The location is far from the subway so using taxi is more convenient.
