Cleanliness: Hotel and facilities are very clean and in good condition
Service: staff are generally nice. Check-in could be improved to provide guest important details (where and what time is breakfast, internet access, external blinds to block out light in the room, restaurant hours...). Dinner at the restaurant is quite good.
Hotel: it is a small, intimate-feel hotel, pool can feel a little big-brother due to small size
All in all, great stay- welcome drink at arrival is a nice touch, breakfast is great and there is a bag with towels in the room to use at the beach/ pool

JJezza for lifeRecentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere al 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, e devo dire che è stata una grande esperienza da parte di iniziare a finire. Il servizio in questo hotel era di prima qualità; il personale si è alzato e si è allontanato per assicurarmi un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole; non solo erano professionali, ma anche incredibilmente amichevoli e attenti; il loro caldo e l’ospitalità mi hanno davvero fatto sentire benvenuto.
Le strutture dell'hotel erano anche eccellenti. La camera che ho soggiornato era deliziosamente decorata, pulita e ben mantenuta. Apprezzo l'attenzione per i dettagli in ogni aspetto della progettazione della camera. Le aree comuni dell'hotel erano anche bellissime e avevano un ambiente affascinante.
Ora parliamo del cibo – è stato un evidenziamento della mia permanenza. Il colazione offerto al 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar è stato semplicemente eccezionale. La varietà di opzioni e la qualità dei piatti supera le mie aspettative. Ogni mattina, mi aspettavo di iniziare il mio giorno con la deliziosa diffusione che avevano fornito, e si è reso evidente che hanno fatto un sforzo per creare una deliziosa esperienza di colazione per i loro ospiti.
In sintesi, la mia esperienza al 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar è stata fantastica. Il servizio era impeccabile, le strutture erano impressionanti, e il cibo era un vero trattamento. Raccomando a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno memorabile e piacevole nella zona. È una vera gioiello, e non posso aspettare di tornare per un'altra visita.

Accogliente e tranquillo nonostante molte famiglie con bambini. Sensazione di famiglia.
Anche le persone che soggiornano in hotel erano semplici e persone simpatiche.
L'unico aspetto negativo era la sala da pranzo e il cibo. La sala da pranzo echeggiava e suonava molto, atmosfera da mensa scolastica.
Il cibo era ok, hai sempre trovato qualcosa, ma non di prima classe. Le bevande erano fantastiche, tuttavia, così come il caffè.

UUtente ospiteElectra Palace Rhodes is a cozy hotel located right by a pebble-stone beach. The territory is compact but very well-organized, offering everything you need for a great holiday — several bars and restaurants, an outdoor jacuzzi, a fitness center, an indoor pool, a spa, and a huge multi-level outdoor pool with different lounging options (beds, daybeds, cushions, and sun loungers placed right in the water).
The dining options are excellent, with a main restaurant, a Greek restaurant, and an Italian one. There are also several bars and a small shop on-site — the infrastructure is really well thought out.
There is animation and a kids’ club for families.
The only downside for me was the old-style bathroom in the room.
Overall, it's a wonderful hotel for a stylish and relaxing stay in Rhodes!

EElgin Hero HidalgoThe location is amazing, in a quiet corner of Vlycha beach, where it feels calmer and relaxing. It's also conveniently located at 10-min drive to Lindos town. The beach is just 3 mins away on foot. The hotel is very modern, has a new feel, very minimalistic which we like very much. This is an adult-only hotel which we prefer, so we really had more serene mood. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of variety so we didn't get bored within the 5 days we were there. Dinner at one of the restaurants (Agistri) was great, the service was nice. The hotel also allowed us to check out late at 1pm (standard is 11am), which was nice because we booked a facial treatment at the spa at 1030am on day of check out because it was the only available one that morning. The shower was working perfectly, with a view of the pool and the sea. Our private pool was always clean and looks new. Housekeeping staff was also very friendly and did proper clean up.
Opportunities to improve on:
1. The butler was not friendly at all, which is disappointing as he was the first person to greet guests at the lobby. We arrived at the front with our rental car, and he didn't even greet. He was quite aggressive when we asked where to park the car, and he simply pointed wherever vacant spot on the street we see. He was also responsible to walking us to our room with the luggage upon check in, and that was a few minutes of awkwardness too.
2. The check-in was a bit clumsy. Although the reception lady was really nice, he assisted us to check in via the hotel app (which we first had to download). That took some time when it was possible to simply check us in the normal way. I understand that the hotel wants to push the app to guests, but perhaps best to check in the normal way first THEN ask us to download the app afterwards. This way, it doesn't feel like: if we don't download the app, we cannot check in. Because in the end, we find the app helpful. We were in Lindos town one afternoon, and reserved our massage and dinner at the hotel via the app while there.
3. The room phone line did not function the whole time we were there. We reported it on day one, nothing happened. We had some questions that the app couldn't answer, and we always have to go to the reception to ask little questions, like how much the bottle of wine in the room costs, or if it's possible to do late check out.
4. One one night, we hang out at the pool bar and there was only one service staff. We had to wait for about half an hour to get our drinks, and he only passed by once to say it's coming though we can see the bar and no one is preparing anything.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and the value for money is worth it. We will come back again and recommend.

SSoreleyaWe really enjoyed our stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa.
We had a room with a private pool, and it was a great experience. Even though the water was already a bit cool at the end of September, we still used it and enjoyed the privacy a lot.
The beach is sandy and very pleasant, and the food was tasty with good variety. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and well-organized.
The animation team kept a very low profile and was barely noticeable throughout our stay.
In contrast, we would like to give a very special thanks to Stefi, the lifeguard at the big water slides. She is an incredibly kind, warm and smiling person, always attentive and positive. She truly made our experience even better. She even congratulated me on my birthday in such a kind and thoughtful way — it meant a lot to me. Wishing her all the best and great success in the future.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would gladly consider returning in the future.

The only ”negative” is that the hallway noise is loudly heard from within the rooms, but it was not as bad as one may think. Overall we were very happy with what the hotel offered and I hope we will return again.

Posizione buona per Harbour e Old Town, circa 15 minuti a piedi. Spiaggia direttamente davanti all'hotel. Pool sul lato piccolo, ma c'è buona ombra quando è troppo caldo. UUtente ospiteWe regularly visit Rhodes and usually stay at Mitsis Resorts, but this time we decided to try something different and booked the Aulus.
Overall, the staff were pleasant and friendly throughout our stay, and the drinks/cocktails were very nice. The pizza restaurant was definitely the highlight food-wise, although service there felt quite disorganised at times.
Unfortunately, the main buffet food was disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected. Most dishes were cold, overcooked, and very dry. Booking the à la carte restaurants was also frustrating, as many seemed fully booked before we had even arrived at the hotel.
Another downside was the lack of sunbeds around the pool area, which made it difficult to relax unless you were up very early. There also didn’t seem to be enough staff around during busy times.
Overall, I’d rate the hotel around 6/10. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but compared to other resorts we’ve experienced in Rhodes, I don’t think we would return again.
