Once you enter through the garage, there is a master bedroom with private bathroom on your right. On your left you will find a large sectional so you and your friends/family can spread out, relax, and watch some tv or just enjoy the gas fireplace. After your day of hiking, biking, and enjoying the beauty of Moab come back home and mix up some coctails or prepare a meal in the open kitchen. Just outside of the living/dining area is the fabulous patio area, there you can enjoy your morning coffee or night cap. Upstairs you will find 2bd+loft area and a bathroom. Plenty of room for the kids to hang out. You will find a sofa (with pullout bed) and television in the loft area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 twins. This area also has a fullsize bathroom to share. Plenty of space to park your cars or toys in the 2 car garage. Room in driveway for another car or 2. Our modern 1500 sq. ft. twin townhome was built in 2015 in the center of Moab, just two blocks off Main Street. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops. The twin home next door is owned by our friends and may also be available for rent. Vaulted ceilings make the living space light and bright with windows facing west and south.Our granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make great meals. Relax in the open plan living room and catch your favorite series on the 50" flat screen smart TV with accessible HDMI ports.The two downstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and 32" flat screen TV in each. The downstairs bathroom has a travertine walk-in shower and granite vanity. We provide soap, shampoo, and all linens.On the second floor, enjoy a super comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite located on the second floor with 32" flat screen TV, hickory hardwood floors and a walk-in closet. The bright master bath has a wonderful travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.Enjoy a book or catch up on some work in the loft which has a practical workstation and of course dual band wifi throughout the home.Pack light and use our standard size washer/dryer with iron, ironing board, detergent and dryer sheets.Off the kitchen and living room is a private back patio. Use our propane BBQ and enjoy dinner outside admiring the beautiful cottonwood trees along the back fence.The two-car, carport had a large lockable bike/gear storage shed. You'll find chairs nearby to put on your gear and dust off the desert from your adventures. There is a new bike shop just two doors down.The twin unit next door is owned by our friends and may also be available. A tall wall and gate separate the two rear patios, but the gate can be opened if both renters wish.We just bought this unit in March of 2018. Welcome to our little oasis in a desert. Surround yourself with style in this modern townhouse. Our townhouse has two Master Bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. Both bedrooms are upstairs and have a king-size bed. One of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower. The other one has a shower/tub combo. The ground level has a kitchen, dining area, living area, powder room, and two patios. The back patio has our own hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities of Rim Vistas condos include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. The community pool and hot tub are seasonal/weather-permitting facilities and are closed in the off-season. We have two assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers and jeeps. First come first serve. Our townhouse is located only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park. Dead Horse Point State Park is only 39 miles west. This prime location places you within minutes of some of the world’s best scenic drives, National Parks, mountain biking, hiking, ATV trails, kayaking, rafting, and rock climbing. We did put lots of love into decorating this oasis in a desert. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.Disclosures: The shared hot tub and pool are open seasonally. The shared hot tub is usually closed in January and February. The shared pool is usually closed mid-October-Easter weekend. Closing days are approximate.
