Our modern 1500 sq. ft. twin townhome was built in 2015 in the center of Moab, just two blocks off Main Street. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops. Vaulted ceilings make the living space light and bright with windows facing east and south. Detailed attention to following CDC cleaning/disinfecting guidelines including high touch surfaces like remotes, light switches, doorknobs, etc. Our granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make great meals. Relax in the open plan living room and catch your favorite series on the 50" flat screen smart TV with accessible HDMI ports.The two downstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and 32" flat-screen TV in each. The downstairs bathroom has a travertine walk-in shower and granite vanity. We provide starter soap, shampoo, and all linens.On the second floor, enjoy a super comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite located on the second floor with 32" flat-screen TV, hickory hardwood floors and a walk-in closet. They are there for the periods of time our home is vacant and for additional security for occupants. The twin unit next door is owned by our friends and may also be available.
