Whether you're looking for a summer escape filled with beaches and the lake, or a cozy winter retreat, this is the place for you. Our home provides enough beds for 8 guests to sleep comfortably. There is also a twin-sized futon provided, a foldable children's crib, and an ample amount of couch space. We recommend staying between 8-10 guests, but space allows for up to 12 adults. There are two full bathrooms, both providing showers that accommodate the taller than average guest. Our master bathroom has a shower/tub combo, our upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower. As well as open yard space, we also provide a firepit and grill for your FULL summer experience. There is also no need to worry about parking. The house provides driveway space that can fit at least 8 vehicles, or even more if you are any good at Tetris! You will find an abundance of entertainment provided throughout our home including games, puzzles, FREE cable and WiFi, and smart TV's in each room. On top of that there is a spacious screened in 3 seasons room, and an outdoor dining set on our large back deck. We can talk about the house all day, but the location is also something to highlight. Less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown New Buffalo, walking distance to Harbert Road Beach, and a short drive to Warren Dunes State Park. The area is filled with wineries, breweries, golf courses, shops, and several great restaurants (many of which include take-out/ delivery options). This beach house has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms have their own private bath and shower. One bathroom is on the first floor and doubles as the mudroom bathroom, guest bathroom and hallway bathroom. The master bedroom and master bathroom are also located on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one is en-suite. The bunk bed room has a queen over queen bunk bed suitable for a couple and a couple of kids. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the kids bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. There is an outdoor Weber Genesis II natural gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked. To the North, slightly closer is the Miller Beach Access and just to the South is the Mc Kinley Street Beach Access. Both beaches are beautiful and offer plenty of sand. Carrie's Cottage is a duplex style cottage in Harbor Country that has two distinct sides perfect for group gatherings (both are included for the low nightly rate)! One side features three bedrooms, two full baths, full kitchen and MASSIVE great room ideal for hosting larger groups! The other side is a "studio" style set up with a third private full bathroom, and small kitchenette. The two units are separate and are both rented at booking unless otherwise requested. Each unit has it's own private entrance. The house has a large FENCED yard has mature trees, fire pit, and ample space to relax and hang out! Short 5 min walk (less than 1/4 mile) to semi private beach (shared with 8 other homes) with TWO kayaks provided! We are located on a bluff so there are approximately 50 stairs down to the beach which may be diffucult for guests with health or joint issues. There is one rest bench along the way.
