The doorbell does ring inside but it cannot be heard from the pool area.POOL SAFETYChildren, anyone unable to swim, and vulnerable adults MUST be watched at all times; especially while using and by the pool. Everyone in the booking must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents and send ID upon booking. We care about our neighbors, and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property. Bradenton 10 PM City Noise Ordinance must be observed - ZERO TOLERANCE - Please bring green trash can to the curb Monday & Thursday for pickup the following morning. They have a drop off location for recycling at 2905 59th Street West Bradenton for you to drop off recycling if desired.- Any repair concerns are to be promptly reported to the host, and access granted to perform necessary work.- There will be weekly landscaping & pool maintenance that may fall on a day of your stay.- This is FLORIDA!
