Hotel 4 stelle a Fethiye

Questa è la mia seconda visita all'Hotel Juglans Suites. Gli architetti di stile europeo, i dettagli di design elegante e le strutture della camera renderanno il vostro soggiorno comodo. Ma la cosa più importante è il personale, che deve fornire un alto livello di servizio. Purtroppo, la tendenza non cambia per il meglio adesso. Ultimamente tutto con il manager Halil è stato risolto con una nota positiva e molto rapidamente. L'attenzione, il tatto e la cura con cui ha trattato ogni cliente possono essere dato solo come esempio. È stato l'anima di questo hotel, ma purtroppo non lavora ora. Con la sua atteggiamento al lavoro, ha aumentato le vendite dell'hotel, questi dipendenti meritano di apprezzare! Ora non c'è piastra di benvenuto con frutta, la piscina non è riscaldata, non c'è salotto solare sulla spiaggia (l'anno scorso c'era), il trasferimento annunciato non è fornito (per un canone), la pulizia delle stanze è effettuata solo su richiesta, ma non più di una volta ogni 3 giorni, la qualità della pulizia lascia molto da desiderare (i pavimenti non sono lavati, i fondi per i detergenti non sono aggiunti, il letto da letto non è cambiato). Se siete venuti per un lungo periodo, prendete cura di un asciugamano da cucina, ruggine, compresse per lavastoviglie e lavatrice. In ogni caso, se accettate e tenete conto delle svantaggi, il vostro soggiorno sarà comodo. Ti consiglio di smettere.

We had a swim-up room in a quiet part of the hotel, and that was the best decision. Having a pool right there with a sea view made our stay truly exceptional. 😍 The property is a three star hotel and it shows some signs of wear and tear (albeit being very clean), but the services, amenities and staff are certainly worth 4 stars. The location is about 10 min from the beach, if you walk at a swift pace, but it’s so much better than any hotel that is close to a very tacky and noisy main street. Note: the beds didn’t have standard linen. They made the beds with a bottom sheet but no top sheet. It was just a bedspread left at the bottom of the bed. That was unusual and not exactly to my liking. We spoke to reception who sent the housekeeping staff over to our room. We asked for sheets but it was clear this is how they made all beds and no top sheet was provided.

Quarta stazione turca - Fitzhie!Un hotel molto generoso! 📍 Hotel classico Yacht - Villaggio di vacanza di qualità eccellente Yacht Classic Hotel - Boutique Class - Prezzo 1100r, soggiorno in due camere, con colazione, colazione molto ricco, molti prodotti ～ soggiorno in stagione di autunno, poche persone, aggiornamento gratuito della suite, ci sono due grandi camere, ci è un grande balcone, ci è anche un grande balcone + spiaggia doppia, davvero vuole essere ricco, questa stanza è veloce 4k durante la stagione di autunno, Anche se ho prenotato questo mese (circa 1700), il panorama è davvero super! - L'infrastruttura è fantastica. Ci sono piscina al piano di sotto, ci sono molti tipi di camere simili a piccoli palazzi, la porta porta una piscina, e il proprio ristorante rosso al piano di sotto. Non chiamare il villaggio vacanze, e il giardino non vuole muoversi all'hotel!

Un hotel meraviglioso con un servizio eccellente. La stanza era pulita e accogliente, e l'intera proprietà è piena di verde veramente bella e rilassante. Le colazioni erano deliziose, e il menu à la carte nel ristorante era anche molto delizioso con le porzioni generose. Il jacuzzi sul balcone era un vero piacere, semplicemente sorprendente! Ringrazio sinceramente il personale per la loro attenzione e la loro cura; il mio compleanno fu incredibilmente piacevole: Natalia mi congratulò caldamente per il colazione, e poi mi venne portata una deliziosa torta. Questo gesto ha reso il giorno particolarmente caldo e memorabile. Grazie per il comfort, l'atmosfera e per il fatto che il mio soggiorno sia così speciale 🫶🏼

The staff are one of the least helpful during my Türkiye trip, you can feel they are very robotic. Does’t feel welcomed at all but the room is really lovely as seen on the pics. Bfast is great with lots of choices. Location is great cause it is close to all the yacht and the old town. From the balcony of our room we have the view of the marina. Ps: when i booked the room I saw theres a swing in the web however the room I stayed doesnt have one.

Stavo qui per 1 notte, ed era molto pittoresco! E' proprio come le foto online. E' un'area molto tranquilla che abbiamo soggiornato nel nostro cabina tutto il tempo e appena rilassato. L'hotel opera su un servizio Watsapp e tutto quello che vi viene richiesto viene molto rapidamente. La proprietà era pulita. Ci sono stati problemi con moschee e siamo usciti con diversi pezzi! Abbiamo fatto un giro in ottobre, per non poter usare la piscina privata, perché è freddo, che era un inclinazione e la nostra cabina era nell’ombra, quindi non abbiamo avuto alcun sole durante il nostro soggiorno qui, ma comunque, era una bella notte lontana. Una notte era perfetta per noi per prendere molte foto e soffocare nelle visione. Non mi fermerò qui più di una notte perché mi sembra che tu resti solo all'interno senza fare il massimo del tempo libero.

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and set within a well-secured resort, which made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk to everyday essentials like transport links and some nice, affordable places to eat. The resort itself faces the sea, and even though our apartment didn’t have a direct sea view, the beach was literally just across the road. Getting around was very easy without a car since public transport runs regularly and is surprisingly cheap, starting from about 70 pence per trip. The host, Lebrentals, was great to deal with, and Sadik, our main contact, really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and always happy to help—often saying, “just let me know whatever you need,” which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to come back. It’s a genuinely nice place to stay.

Good hotel, nice room, bed was really comfortable. Mini bar was a bit poor only one of each item when there are two people in a room. Food was good lots of variety and choice. Snack bar food was great and pizzas were delicious. Drinks and cocktails were a very good standard. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Disappointed that there was no courtesy room to get showered and changed, you had to use the spa which was not the best and it was so hot and uncomfortable. I did express my views and the lovely lady at guest relations offered a better solution. Would recommend a stay at this hotel and would return.

Very satisfied with the facilities of the room! The room is also very affordable. The reception staff at the front desk is friendly and enthusiastic, but his English is not very good, but it is not a big problem. The fly in the ointment is that the hot water in the rain is not hot enough, and the bath is a bit cold. The traffic is also convenient. There are many minibuss that pass through the door of the hotel. I have two more times to go directly to the beach, but this is because they are all downhill, and it will be very tiring if you walk up. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.
