Hotel 4 stelle a Funchal

We really enjoyed our stay at Baia Azul. This hotel has everything! Gorgeous views from the lounge area, a lovely bar with entertainment at night, excellent service, lovely comfortable rooms, and a very nice pool area. We cannot fault it! The breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff is friendly, the room is a good size and everything was clean. The room has a mini fridge, slippers and robes. They also provide pool towels. There is a cleaning service everyday and they change all the towels, including the ones for the pool. The bed was not the best as it was quite hard and had a spring mattress. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. We haven't tried the outdoor pool as we only spent time there in the evenings. The breakfast was good. I'd come back as it was a nice experience overall.

We stayed in the hotel with group of friends. The experience was really nice — rooms are clean and design are interesting and cozy. You will have breakfast in the other hotel next door and it’s delicious. Also you can use territory of other hotel — there are really nice lounge zone, pool and sea-view. We enjoyed. Only one thing was disturbing — if you want to sleep with open windows it can be really noisy. Because of the buses (going from early morning) and loud people (who were singing and screaming drunk). But if you close the window everything is perfect. Thanks

In generale, è un ottimo hotel al prezzo. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite.Il personale è stato molto utile organizzare le cose per il compleanno dei miei partner e ha davvero compiuto il passo aggiuntivo per rendere il nostro viaggio speciale. Non posso non mancare il servizio. Le mie uniche gripe sono che non si può impostare il che non si può impostare l'aria condizionata nelle stanze e la palestra è limitata.

The hotel facilities and location are amazing! The rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good with many options. The only negative point is the lack of detail in the service. The y offer only one water bottle per room and charge for refill, they offer no vanity kit or sleepers. Emitem magnólia could be a top hotel in Madeira if they pay more attention to the details. Overall we had a good time anyway.

Charming hotel with spacious and bright rooms, a well-kept garden and a wonderful view over Funchal. The property is original and very interesting, though perhaps in need of some care. The available parking is a real plus. Quiet location yet close to the city center, with always friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere, highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

Le camere erano belle e spaziose, con bei balconi e in un'ottima posizione. Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di una pulizia migliore, soprattutto nei punti più nascosti come sotto il letto. L'asciugacapelli si surriscaldava facilmente. La colazione è buona e varia e il personale è il punto forte dell'hotel, super cordiale!

An All inclusive hotel suitable for people who live to drink and eat ! It s worth 3 stars not more! Gabriella and especially Suanna+ Angela were Top...Top . Susanne a high profile manager is a very motivated wiman dedicated to Pestaba...very loyal and the maximum to let us leave Madeira with smile & happiness... The Staff of Pestana Bay & Royal is well trained team.... Rosan at the italian Pestaba Royal was a great professional... Our best festive wishes to whole Staff . Special wishes to Susanna & Angela

Un sentito ringraziamento al meraviglioso team dell'hotel Golden Residence. Dalla bottiglia di spumante ai piccoli gesti come le caramelle offerte al check-out, il nostro soggiorno è stato eccellente. La piscina coperta e il bagno turco sono imperdibili, così come la piscina all'aperto. Le camere sono spaziose, con soggiorno e angolo cottura; l'unica cosa che mancava era una TV in camera da letto. Posizione ottima.
