Hotel con palestra a Funchal

La posizione, la struttura, le strutture e la pulizia sono piuttosto buone. La questione è con il loro servizio. Ci siamo provati a chiamare la ricezione durante le ore di lavoro e non c'era risposta. Non ci hanno nemmeno richiamato. Se siamo fortunati, vedremo un personale e riceveremo un aiuto. È importante avere una macchina da soli, altrimenti è difficile raggiungere intorno al resort. Il totale che l'hotel a pagamento è molto più di quanto mostrato nel sito web di viaggio. Anche se includassi la tassa sulla città, era ancora elevata. È importante dare un quadro chiaro dell'importo totale della prenotazione. Per tenerlo in considerazione, c'è stata una differenza di quasi 150 euro tra quello che è stato mostrato sul sito web di Trip e l'importo finale che ho pagato all'hotel. E, naturalmente, non è quello che voglio avere una prima esperienza di utilizzare il sito web di viaggio. Questo deve essere esaminato.

The staff is friendly, the room is a good size and everything was clean. The room has a mini fridge, slippers and robes. They also provide pool towels. There is a cleaning service everyday and they change all the towels, including the ones for the pool. The bed was not the best as it was quite hard and had a spring mattress. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. We haven't tried the outdoor pool as we only spent time there in the evenings. The breakfast was good. I'd come back as it was a nice experience overall.

Se sei un fan di Ronaldo, devi assolutamente soggiornare in questo hotel! Lo stile dell'arredamento dell'hotel è davvero fantastico e anche il design del corridoio è molto bello! Sopra il letto c'è un dipinto che ripercorre la carriera di Cristiano Ronaldo dall'infanzia all'età adulta, il che è fantastico! Si può nuotare e prendere il sole sulla terrazza dell'hotel, e di fronte ci sono il mare e le navi da crociera. Ci sono anche le maglie autografate di Ronaldo nell'hotel. Il museo di Ronaldo è proprio accanto all'hotel. Gli ospiti che soggiornano nell'hotel possono ritirare biglietti gratuiti per il museo alla reception, siu! ! !

Servizio e cibo erano eccellenti, con bellissime viste sugli oceani e infinita piscina. La tavola della piscina era buona, ma non molto attività al club adolescente. La stanza a vapore era fuori servizio durante il nostro viaggio. In generale una buona, rilassante pausa.

Я выбирала отель с видом на океан по доступной цене. В итоге, нашелся отель с очень просторными номерами, панорамным окном, кофе/чай, удобной ванной комнатой с биде, большим балконом. Единственные моменты: раздельная кровать для пары и слабоватый душ. Шум ночных волн на любителя:) Нам пришлось закрывать дверь на балкон, хотя и так было довольно шумно. Сервис очень дружелюбный.  Завтрак вкусный и свежий. Много выпечки, напитки, нарезки и горячее.  Не ожидала, что будет бесплатный трансфер до центра и обратно. Абсолютный плюс этого отеля, потому что находится он не в шаговой доступности от центра.  Виды, чистота возле отеля, свой пляж - это потрясающе.  Далее мы проживали в частном секторе и много что посмотрели на острове, но первые две ночи в Orca Praia остались в нашем сердечке💘 С уважением,  Елена из России

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The lady at reception was very helpful, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly from the moment I arrived. The room was amazing, with a beautiful view that made the experience even more special. All the staff were excellent and friendly. The two girls working at the bar in the afternoon were wonderful — unfortunately I forgot their names, but one of them was Venezuelan. They were both very welcoming and professional. The breakfast team was always respectful and ready to help. One lovely lady was so thoughtful that she prepared my outdoor table setup in the morning before I had even picked my food. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager handled the staff and operations very smoothly — you could really feel how organized and professional everything was. I also noticed the lady who I believe is the GM. She looked incredibly hardworking, present during the afternoon, evening, and morning, always supporting her team. I even saw her celebrating staff birthdays with them. This is exactly how true leadership should be. Anyone looking for real hospitality should visit this hotel. As a Hospitality GM myself, I can confidently say this is an approved place to enjoy a wonderful experience with your loved ones. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay.Keep it up

A lovely Hotel, with a high level of service and a great restaurant an amenities. The location is only good for those willing to taxi or drive to Funchal- otherwise it is a 30-35minite walk, allow more time for the way back all uphill. The decor of the rooms is dated- very 1990s in style, the carpet is wearing thin in places. The pool side area is nice but could benefit from a modernization to make the decor match the level of service. Can't fault the stay otherwise. Shout out to Sandra, the Maitre 'd, D for her amazing level of service. Obregado!

Wir haben 3-Sterne gebucht und eigentlich das Erwartete bekommen. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, da aber 2 Hotels von Dorisol hier zusammen verköstigt werden, hat das dann den Charakter einer besseren Jugendherberge. Beginn 7:30 h ist für Wanderer zu spät. Personal generell sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufstieg zur Rezeption mit 120 Treppenstufen etwas mühselig. Für den Indoorpool muss man reservieren (!), aber Becken zum Schwimmen zu flach, Massagestrahler kaputt, Whirlpool kalt und blubbert kaum, kann man komplett vergessen. Zimmer abgewohnt, Schimmel im Bad in den Duschecken, aber Betten waren gut. Hatten Oceanview gebucht, Zimmer in 8. Etage aber mehr ein Tree-View, am Baum vorbei konnte man etwas das Meer sehen, das ist eine Mogelpackung. Hinter dem Hotel ca. 30 m Luftlinie Privathaus mit 12 Hunden, die ab 6 h anfangen zu bellen. Sehr, sehr nervig. Kühlschrank schloss nicht richtig, da vereist, somit Wasser in der Bude, habe ich selbst gerichtet. Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert

Pulizia giornaliera, buona colazione, ottima posizione (l'hotel fa parte di Funchal, ma è anche raggiungibile a piedi dal centro), molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze, fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte, personale gentile e disponibile, piscina ben tenuta, asciugamani per la piscina forniti. Unico aspetto negativo: asciugacapelli vecchio, quindi diventa molto caldo e emana odore di bruciato. Inoltre, non c'è il ferro da stiro.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera tripla con 3 letti all'ultimo minuto con il prezzo per gli uccelli in ritardo. Tuttavia ci hanno dato una camera doppia con 2 letti. È al 1° piano proprio accanto al campo da tennis, il che è piuttosto rumoroso. Ci sono 31 gradi F, senza aria condizionata. È possibile aprire solo 1 piccola finestra per far entrare aria fresca, ma si affaccia su un sentiero da cui molti ospiti possono accedere alla piscina coperta, alla palestra, ecc. Privacy insufficiente. La posizione è ok dato che molti piccoli supermercati, ristoranti e fermate dell'autobus sono raggiungibili a piedi. I servizi dell'hotel sono buoni per il prezzo.
