The property is prominently located on the side of nation a highway and is easily accessible. Food served are best quality by rightly courteous staff with very reasonable price. The aminities in the room are fine. Well designed rooms and good quality furniture and fittings. Service of the staff are highly pleasing.

For the premium pricing, the value proposition is lacking. I would recommend the management to seriously invest in upgrading the rooms, amenities, and overall infrastructure to deliver a better and more future-ready experience. The amenities feel stuck in the past. If the property wants to stay competitive in 2025 and beyond, they definitely need to revamp and modernize their offerings

It was a wonderful experience staying at Windsor Rajadhani, Trivandrum. Rooms are neat and clean, food is also amazing. More over very friendly and helpful staff. We are so happy with the 02 days stay. It Located at the centre of the city, which is really accessible to railway station, temple and other near by locations.

Questo hotel non è certamente una proprietà 4-star come si afferma di essere. Le camere sono sicuramente pulite e comode, ma i positivi finiscono lì. Il servizio è assolutamente abominabile. Ho ordinato un caffè, ma non l'hanno servito nemmeno in un'ora, nonostante le avesse ricordate due volte.Una volta dopo aver fatto la doccia, l'acqua scorreva sotto la porta a dormire. Non c'era nessun buffet e c'erano solo due opzioni - Puri sabzi o tosta! Non avevano nemmeno tè o caffè pronto. Dopo qualche ricordo, finalmente portarono il caffè. L'ho messo a terra con un tostapane e mi sono spedito a controllare. Opt per questo hotel se lo ottiene a buon mercato, ma non essere delusi che avrai un'esperienza 4-star!

The bed was comfortable and the staff were really helpful. It is about a 15 minute TukTuk drive to Lulu Mall. For quick stays I would recommend it

Checkin was superfast, no hustle at all. Room was on forth floor, due to new year programs happening on 5th floor and poor sound proofing was having some level of disturbance, the intercom was not working properly, additionally they key-card was not properly assigned to checkout dates, i had to get that fixed continuously for 2 days. Apart from these inconvenience rest everything was amazing, room was comfy and clean. Bathroom and bedroom was well maintained
