PPANCHALThe hotel is centrally located , it is near to railway station, bus terminus and all major temples. It has spacious parking, The staff are very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. The food in the restaurant is good & tasty. It is a good place for a family to stay. RRaveendraThe hotel was impressive on the outside. Upon checking in, the floor was sticky and even after asking them to clean and mop, it was still sticky.
The bathroom did not have hand held shower.
The food was good . The service was good. The staff were pleasant.

UUtente ospiteШикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

GGavinAngOverall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time.
Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard.
Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc.
Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu.
Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

UUtente ospiteÈ un appartamento condiviso/alloggio nella bella zona residenziale di Trivandrum. L'ospite era una persona molto gentile e accogliente. Anche se ci siamo appena trasferiti una notte, ci piacerebbe essere tornato. È stato ragionevolmente prezioso e decente, molto vicino a alcuni buoni ristoranti e di solito tranquille e sicure strade e vicinanze. È molto vicino sia alla stazione ferroviaria che all'aeroporto (circa 15 minuti). Recommandato per le famiglie.

SShijin S ShajiQuesto hotel non è certamente una proprietà 4-star come si afferma di essere. Le camere sono sicuramente pulite e comode, ma i positivi finiscono lì. Il servizio è assolutamente abominabile. Ho ordinato un caffè, ma non l'hanno servito nemmeno in un'ora, nonostante le avesse ricordate due volte.Una volta dopo aver fatto la doccia, l'acqua scorreva sotto la porta a dormire. Non c'era nessun buffet e c'erano solo due opzioni - Puri sabzi o tosta! Non avevano nemmeno tè o caffè pronto. Dopo qualche ricordo, finalmente portarono il caffè. L'ho messo a terra con un tostapane e mi sono spedito a controllare. Opt per questo hotel se lo ottiene a buon mercato, ma non essere delusi che avrai un'esperienza 4-star!

UUtente ospiteLocation was good but it looks like the hotel gives you sub standard rooms if you book through mmt, the bed had very rough bedsheet, broken washroom soap holder, broken fan regulator, all that could have been done before the guest could check in.

UUtente ospiteI booked a sea view room, although it is sea facing room but the view is blocked because of trees but 4th floor has little sea view. Staff is really helpful, polite and provide service 24hr. There's no lunch and dinner at this place but there are lot of options nearby and outside food is allowed inside.
