Hotel 4 stelle a Dubrovnik

Unglaublich toll. Wo soll ich anfangen? -  Frühstück großartig - Lage, perfekt (15 Minuten in die Altstadt) - immer eine tolle Liege verfügbar  - Pool, sehr sauber - Personal, sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent - Zimmer mit Meerblick, ein Traum  - Cocktails, sehr lecker  Immer wieder gerne. 

E' davvero una grande esperienza di alloggio, il vecchio è molto buono e attento. La posizione geografica è anche fantastica. Non c'è una città così piena, ed è molto conveniente andare in città e spiaggia; Purtroppo, non c'è l'opportunità di gustare il barbecue della casa di Tiger. Sono ansioso di andare la prossima volta, e vivere qui!Bel!

Forse per la causa della stagione autunnale, e'un hotel di gruppo. Sembra che il nostro hotel non sia aperto, e poi abbiamo vissuto un altro hotel del loro gruppo, vicino.L'ambiente è buono, si trova sul mare.

La stanza è buona con un balcone fuori casa. Le strutture circostanti sono buone. Ci sono piscina all'aperto e grandi. Anche se non nella vecchia città, è una buona esperienza se andare in vecchia città.

Il check-in è rapido e mi consiglierei davvero di rimanere qui. Ci sono una buona varietà di cibo per colazione mattina. Passeggiabile nella vecchia città! La mia camera ha una vista parziale sul mare.

L'hotel è arrivato a confermare quando usciamo dall'aeroporto perché non sono sempre dotati di personale. Abbiamo fornito aggiornamenti, ma c'era qualche malcomunicazione quando ho detto che l'autobus arrivava all'aeroporto circa alle 3:00, in modo che potesse valutare quando andremmo a Old Town. Quando finalmente siamo arrivati nella vecchia città con l'autobus 40 minuti dopo e siamo arrivati all'hotel, Anamaria sembrava un po' passato, pensando che volevo dire che l'autobus arrivava nella vecchia città e ci voleva più tempo di quanto si aspettasse. Tuttavia, era li' per darci le chiavi e siamo riusciti a entrare nella stanza. Non c'era ascensore, quindi la bagagli era un po' difficile, ma gestibile.La stanza era moderna, ma molto marmorosa e confortevole. La notte il rumore della strada era un po' alto al primo piano, mentre le scale si scioglievano e le luci della strada arrivavano dalla strada. La posizione era incredibile nel cuore della città antica e il check-out era molto facile.

The location was excellent—just a short walk from Pile Gate, making it very convenient for exploring Dubrovnik’s Old Town. However, I would not recommend bringing large luggage, as you’ll need to drag it up ramps with several steps and then carry it up the stairs to the room. Our room was on what Europeans refer to as the second floor, which would be considered the third floor in many other countries. On our second day, someone unexpectedly opened our room while we were inside. We later found out that the cleaner had mistakenly thought we were checking out and had confused our room with another one. While it was an honest mistake, it was unsettling. We contacted the host immediately because we no longer felt comfortable leaving our valuables in the room. Unfortunately, the safety box key was unavailable. To address our concerns, a staff member came promptly and changed the code to the door lock, which we appreciated. Another drawback was the Wi-Fi connection, which was noticeably slow during our stay. Although it wasn’t a major issue for us, it could be inconvenient for guests who need a stable connection for work or communication. All in all, the location was fantastic, and the staff responded quickly to our concerns. However, installing an interior lock, improving the Wi-Fi connection, and ensuring that staff verify the room status before entering would greatly improve guests’ overall experience and sense of security.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.

Il personale è stato fantastico e ospita 5 stelle per loro . Sono un viaggiatore di grande esperienza in tutto il mondo e sono rimasto in molti posti stellari 3-4 ma questo mi piacerebbe classificare come 1.5 stella. Sono stato così deluso nella mia stanza, sembrava una stanza di stoccaggio in basso, non come una bella stanza comoda come la visualizzazione delle immagini in tutto il sito di prenotazione. Non c'era nessun condizionatore d'aria come indicato nell'elenco delle strutture, né c'era una TV come indicato nell'elenco delle strutture, poiché sia la TV che l'aria condizionata non lavoravano, c'era un problema con la porta della stanza che lo sbloccava. Anche il pavimento della camera da letto era vecchio e indossato di mattoni, con tinture e vomito secco. Non c'è sicurezza nella camera da letto come indicato. C'era un ventilatore di aria e un fan di pedaliere nella stanza che lo rendeva portabile solo in un giorno e una notte caldi. Non c'è parcheggio se hai una macchina. Ci sono cinque voli di scarabocchio stretto per salire con bagagli. Se il tuo è al piano superiore. Non c'è ascensore. La stanza ha una parete di forma di ghiandola molto abbassata /ceiling che prende un sacco di spazio e si può ferire la testa se non si prende cura nel buio. Non c'è nessun concierge come si afferma in realtà la maggior parte di ciò che è stato detto come le strutture e il parcheggio è una grande bugia perché non esiste o non funziona. Con quello che ho pagato, potrei avere una migliore stanza per lo stesso denaro da qualche parte. Il direttore non è mai comparso, così potevo parlare con loro dei problemi. Da ciò che ho letto altro dove in recensioni questo alloggio è davvero cattivo e in mio pensiero questo posto e il proprietario di questa azienda ha bisogno di un buon agitazione o chiusura perché non si preoccupano davvero dei clienti. E' solo un problema di rimuovere le persone e prendere i soldi.
