Hotel con parcheggio a Dubrovnik

Mi dispiace di restare qui solo per 2 notti. Prenotamo una stanza con balcone e le viste sono solo incantevoli. Mi sono svegliato al mattino e mi sono seduto sul divano esterno guardando la vista del mare per ore. Il tempo durante ottobre era tutto bene. Non troppo caldo, non troppo freddo, perfetto.La zona scenica è molto meno piena, ci sono ristoranti ovunque. Il personale di servizio era così bello. Prenotamo un massaggio spa da Orabelle, è stato il miglior massaggio del mondo che abbia mai incontrato. Era questo terapeuta Fanny da Nava Spa. Ho viaggiato molto. Da Stati, Europa, Mediterraneo, Asia sud-est e lei l'ha chiamata. Ho frequentato il massaggio ovunque ho viaggiato. Fanny ha la tecnica, la capacità di stampa e la determinazione. Ho incontrato un massaggio sorprendente a Bali che aveva quasi le stesse competenze, ma Fanny la ha battuta fuori. Fanny avrebbe dovuto aprire una scuola di formazione di massaggio e condividere le sue competenze con il terapeuta. Orabelle ha offerto un fantastico colazione. Ala carte menu colazione, ordinare qualsiasi cosa o qualunque cosa ti piaccia. Saranno più che felici di servirti bene. Se vuoi ordinare l'intero menu. Pensate che non esitano a servire la vostra tavola piena di deliziosi delicatezza. Visione senza parole, servizi e colazione. Mia moglie mi ha detto che l'anno prossimo saremo di nuovo. Lo stesso periodo, questa volta pochi giorni di più. Voglio godere la villa più e chillax. E'un buon consiglio, se lei legge la mia recensione. Non ho pagato né chiesto di scriverla. Abbiamo fatto un lungo viaggio.

We are a family of three and stayed at this hotel for six days during our trip to Croatia. The hotel is located on a beautiful island, about an hour by ferry from Dubrovnik. We booked the hotel’s transfer service from the airport, and it was absolutely worth it—everything was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking to escape the busy crowds of Dubrovnik and experience the charm of an authentic Croatian island, I can definitely recommend this place. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, and the restaurant served delicious food throughout our stay. One of the best things about the location is that you can still easily visit Dubrovnik whenever you like. Ferries run between the island and Dubrovnik around 5–6 times a day, making day trips very convenient. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would happily come back again.

Forse per la causa della stagione autunnale, e'un hotel di gruppo. Sembra che il nostro hotel non sia aperto, e poi abbiamo vissuto un altro hotel del loro gruppo, vicino.L'ambiente è buono, si trova sul mare.

The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area is beautiful, with plenty of rock coves for walks and exploration. The cons: Mirror to the cupboard was cracked and plastered over with aluminium tape, design of the room is definitely dated, carpets are a little stained though these are not important to me. As a solo female Asian traveller, I do observe that older staff, male especially, communicate with some sense of superiority towards me, in comparison to western guests. In other words, I do not feel welcome. That applies to Dubrovnik in general, while in Zagreb, service staff are much friendlier.

La stanza è buona con un balcone fuori casa. Le strutture circostanti sono buone. Ci sono piscina all'aperto e grandi. Anche se non nella vecchia città, è una buona esperienza se andare in vecchia città.

Anche se questo hotel si trova a poche distanza dalla città vecchia, non è una cosa cattiva. Insetto adoravo molto essere rimosso dalle masse di spessore e dal rumore, e molto godevo la pace e la tranquillità e la vista marina spettacolare da questo splendido resort. Vale la pena pagare un'eccezione per una camera di fronte, per un panorama di notte e giorno. La mia stanza era elegantemente decorata e molto comoda, con spazio ampio per tutto, anche se un bagaglio o uno spazio designato per il bagaglio migliorerebbe notevolmente il comfort complessivo. Il personale è stato in generale utile e gentile, con particolare riferimento al Manager di ristorante Matija, che, nonostante la gestione di grandi volumi di clienti, è rimasto infelicemente gioioso e energico. Il buffet per colazione è stato molto generoso per le norme europee, mentre la selezione del buffet per cena è stata anche più che adeguata e abbastanza buona a 35 euro per persona. Come già menzionato nelle recensioni precedenti, un autobus collega la zona di Babin Kuk (dove si trovano i Royal Ariston e i suoi vicini hotel sorelle, la Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm e Neptun) alla città antica. Se acquisti il passaggio di Euro Dubrovnik City 40, scoprirai un giorno di questo autobus più accesso alle mura della città e ai suoi musei. Non posso raccomandare questo resort abbastanza e attendere il mio ritorno.

Il check-in è rapido e mi consiglierei davvero di rimanere qui. Ci sono una buona varietà di cibo per colazione mattina. Passeggiabile nella vecchia città! La mia camera ha una vista parziale sul mare.

This was a beautiful hotel will nice art work and historic charm. The staff was very kind and gave us good recommendations for our meals. The pool is very big and well surrounded by gardens and a nice hotel bar. It’s a bit further than we though from the old city , we had to take a taxi in/out for a fixed price of 20 euro (so 40 back and forth) but it was nice to come back to Lapad after long hot days visiting the old town and swimming in the sea.

Durante la nostra visita a Dubrovnik, siamo stati in questo appartamento, e nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno confortevole con ospitalità eccellente dal proprietario, anche se ci sono state alcune cose da notare. L'appartamento era pulito e ben arredato con essenze di cucina di base, con panini, abbondanza di cucina, sale, caffè, latte e altri piccoli oggetti che rendevano conveniente la cucina. Ci sono stati anche opuscoli per le visite a barca, le visite urbane e altre attrazioni locali, che hanno aiutato a pianificare il nostro soggiorno. La funzione di stand-out era la proprietaria. La comunicazione era eccellente dall’inizio al termine. Anche se siamo arrivati tardi, era disponibile per telefono, rispose rapidamente a ogni domanda, e faceva del suo meglio per guidarci con parcheggio e check-in. La sua utilità ha reso l'esperienza molto più semplice. Il principale punto di sbarco era il parcheggio, non c'è nessun parcheggio conveniente vicino, e trovare un posto per lasciare la macchina era piuttosto difficile. L'appartamento si trova in un quartiere residenziale, intorno a una guida 15-minute dalla città antica di Dubrovnik, quindi avere una macchina può essere utile e frustrante a causa della situazione di parcheggio. L'appartamento si sentiva anche più come la casa di qualcuno che un appartamento alberghiero. Se si aspetta un alloggio a stile hotel con una ricezione dedicata o strutture professionalmente gestite, questo potrebbe non soddisfare queste aspettative. Tuttavia, se siete soddisfatti di un semplice appartamento residenziale e apprezzate un ospite responsabile e curativo, offre buon valore. In generale, un appartamento pulito e pratico con un ospite eccezionalmente utile, ma essere preparati per le sfide di parcheggio e un'esperienza più residenziale piuttosto che un soggiorno a stile alberghiero.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
