⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommended I had an excellent experience at Lanou International Hotel (Linyi Tongda Road Suhe North Street Branch). The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making my stay relaxing after long days. The staff truly stood out — they were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. After this experience, during my visits to China, I will only be staying with this hotel brand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a premium experience.

I was there 8 nights for a work trip. Overall was ok an pleasant, room was good size and comfortable, but cleaning was inconsistent, one day they would do everything, but forget to put toilet paper, another day they wouldn't change flip flops, every day I was coming from work, something was different from the other day, My other issue was, the software program that controls the lighting automation of the room was buggy. it would short circuit, light switches sometimes controlled random area, I touched the aircon once with my hand that I recently applied cream on, it short circuited and another light when on! one night in the middle of the night the toilet lights automatically went on (not creepy at all!) and the ”do not disturb button sometimes would remain latched on as hard as you try to get it off, meant that I couldn't get my room cleaned one day. when I explained this to them, they sent somebody upstairs to check. and at that time, it behaved normal, so they didn't do anything about it. I wasn't too demanding and insisting either, as I was hardly at the hotel anyway. Here is a photo of the view from my window which I found oddly charming.

Hanno prenotato un taxi online e possiamo arrivare alla stazione di treno senza indugio. Anche quella pioggia, prenotano anche un altro taxi online quando il nostro bagaglio non era abbastanza.. ci accompagnano e ci danno dei snacks mentre non abbiamo avuto colazione perché era 5:00. Grazie mille.

這次入住體驗非常滿意。酒店就在龜蒙景區裏面，環境清幽，被山包圍的感覺特別好，特別適合一個人來放空。房間是全屋智能的，住着很方便，乾淨衞生。 服務方面尤其要誇一下。我一個人出行，前台小姐姐特別友善，歡迎水果很新鮮。早餐品類豐富，坐在窗邊對着山景慢慢吃，心情特別好。酒店有洗衣房，對長途旅行的人來説太實用了。 整體來説，是一次很温暖、很放鬆的入住體驗。下次來蒙山還會住這裏，也會推薦給朋友。

The night staff did not speak English. Not a problem for me but could be an inconvenience for some travelers. In the morning there was at least one girl who did speak English. The hotel is quite clean and the decoration is similar to those 5 star hotels. Only one thing that I did not like was that I could not turn on the AC. When I tried there was a message on the screen saying that the main machine was not turned on. I guess that was the central unit. Besides that, everything was good.

房間設施還不錯的，但是房型太差了太差了，沒有窗户 ，窗簾拉開是一扇玻璃的門😅，而且門離的床有些近，房間也還很不隔音，樓上快十二點了，還一直有咕嚕咕嚕的水聲，早上四五點的時候樓下又有唱歌的，吵得很，可以説一晚上都沒睡好覺，衞生情況反正正拿起來一個毛巾就看着上面有污漬，好歹也算是平邑比較好點酒店了，體驗感太差了!

門口的燈按鈕已經七零八落，老舊。 其他的都可以用。 房間很寬敞。 感覺床單是上一個顧客用的，沒有及時更換，就直接給新客人用。要求更換後馬上新了。 每晚送果盤雖然很温馨，但是時間上每晚八點半以後敲門送果盤，寶寶都睡了，我還要爬起來去門口迴應，講話，睏意全無，酒店服務員真的是好心辦壞事。如果真心想送，可以趁下午四點，或者開門打掃衞生時候放在桌子上，客人自會看到。或者乾脆不送，我們都沒有意見。 買點土特產，還要等一下，喊專門的人。 總感覺服務卡卡的。不那麼順暢。 加油哦
