Hotel 4 stelle a Jieyang

The room is quite good for a one night stay. We book on weekdays (Monday), so not so many people around. We asked the room nearby the elevator, and we got it. The only issue is the room is not sound proof. And there’s no english speakers at the reception desk. However, the hospitality is good among the staff. They use translator in their smartphones. We think we should have basic mandarin language before coming to make ourselves feel more welcome. And we learned it. Overall, I recommend to stay for a night.

The Kailiyade Hotel offers a mixed experience for travelers. The location is unbeatable—situated directly atop the Wantaihui Shopping Complex, providing immediate access to dining and retail. Rooms are clean, well-lit, and notably spacious. However, there are several drawbacks to consider. Note that this hotel does not offer non-smoking rooms; as a result, rooms may have a lingering, heavy cigarette odor. Essential amenities like a mini-fridge are also missing. Additionally, street noise may be bothersome for light sleepers. Guests should also account for potential delays with the elevator, as it is shared with the mall (floors 1-6) and other building tenants, including a maternity hotel. This is a solid choice for convenience, but lacks some standard hotel comforts.

Toiletries generally good but no hand liquid soap (solid soap provided) provided. Easy to call Didi due to convenient location. Many good food around. Staff nice to let us have late checkout. Bed and pillow linen don’t smell fresh, but towels are ok. Rooms are tastefully decorated.

Below expectations to say the least. Booked for its location and in that aspect, it didn't disappoint. Near a busy night market and other rated food options. The hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen is very suspect as we spotted a cockroach at the dining area and reported to the staff without much urgency. It's a hotel that shows every bit of its age despite a renewal, amenities did not match other chain hotels at comparable price points. The service quality of its reception was also quite lackluster.

Like the location as it is beside the lake and able to enjoy the view daily. However despite the non-smoking around the facilities and room, it is not enforced. Cleaner do try to clear up the cig butts whenever they see it but still can see it lying around. Witness the front desk passing an ashtray to guest in front lobby. Breakfast is passable and good for filling empty stomach in morning and they rotate the menu every 3 days. Not really recommended as there are newer hotels nearby and nearer to town Center.

設施跟不上時代，我住的房間電動浴簾還沒有，關燈設定得也**，我已經忘了上一家要下床關燈睡覺得酒店是幾年前了。就這還五星級酒店。線下開票麻煩得要死還收税點，網上如果用積分抵扣了房費可能導致截圖和發票對不上導致部分公司無法報銷，要自己虧税點線下開，工作人員還笨
