We arrived at the hotel after 8pm after 6 hours of long drive and had the unpleasant experience of long check in process at the reception. The staffs were apologetic and obviously struggling to read foreigners' passport, we had to register our details ourselves in the end. Despite all this, the services of the staffs are good in general.
