Hotel 4 stelle a Sarajevo

I travelled to Sarajevo with my two sisters. However, the apartment was extremely spacious and big enough for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of TV's, there were sufficient facilities that we could make our own breakfast in the mornings. The location was around a 15 minute walk from old town, this was close enough - we could walk there and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, there were also nice places to eat close by as well as a small grocery shop we could buy a few bits from. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the comfortable apartment played a role in this.

Есть огрехи по чистоте в углах и неочевидных местах (например фен очень пыльный). В моем номере в ванной все для высоких, высоко установлены крючки, зеркало, полочка для полотенец. Это просто подмечалово, кому-то не так ощутимо будет. Завтрак шведский стол с несколькими видами яиц, выпечкой, нарезки и свежие овощи. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. В целом, отель небольшой, уютный. Так как расположен в самом центре, то может быть немного шумно от рядом расположенных кафе. Но это в любом центре так.

L'hotel è in posizione perfetta, scenico e vicino ristoranti, negozi, ecc. Si trova a piedi di distanza dalla città antica e molte delle attrazioni, come la macchina a cavo, la fontana di legno, moschee storiche, sala città, fiamma eterna, musei, mercati, ecc. L'hotel è super pulito e il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e conoscente.La camera stessa era enorme, il letto era molto comodo, il bagno era fantastico, si è dato i bagni e il tè, il caffè, ecc. La colazione è stata fresca e deliziosa, il buffet è stato con un sacco di succo e caffè/te, mangia così tanto! Usa la sauna gratuita e si prenotano sessioni con il personale della reception. Vorrei sicuramente consigliare questo hotel e rimarrei lì quando visitavo Sarajevo Bosnia di nuovo, amore! Grazie :-)

Servizi: c'è un ascensore, mi piace molto lo stile dell'arredamento e l'odore nel corridoio è meraviglioso. Igiene: ordinato e pulito Ho soggiornato per due giorni consecutivi e mi hanno aiutato a pulire e cambiare gli asciugamani durante il soggiorno. Ambiente: molto vicino al centro città, praticamente a non più di 200 metri dalle attrazioni e dai ristoranti che richiedono il check-in. Servizio: non pensarci due volte quando vieni a Sarajevo, resta qui e sarai sicuramente soddisfatto. . Il personale parlava molto bene l'inglese. Non c'era il bollitore per l'acqua calda nella stanza. Hanno fatto una chiamata nel cuore della notte e hanno mandato qualcuno di sopra immediatamente. Hanno anche aiutato a chiamare un taxi nei Balcani ho avuto la sensazione di avere un albergo a quattro stelle con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Suggerimenti: abbiamo prenotato uno stand su Ctrip che non includeva la colazione, ma la reception dell'hotel ci ha detto che il prezzo includeva la colazione e la colazione era davvero ricca e deliziosa.

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

Hotel Grad a Sarajevo è un bel posto. Servizio tranquillo, pulito, amichevole. Era anche meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo per questo prezzo. Raccomando Hotel Grad!

L'hotel è situato nella zona centrale del centro di Sarajevo, sul bordo della strada principale (in realtà, la strada principale è molto piccola), e può camminare in zona paesaggistica, molto conveniente.Insarajevo è molto piccolo, la strada è molto pulita, non si consiglia di guidare, e camminare è il modo più conveniente di visitare. Prenotamo una prenotazione telefonica anticipata e arrivammo sul posto, dicendo che non possiamo fermarci. Anche se il personale è molto paziente a spiegarci, forse la ragione per la lingua. Tuttavia, alla fine, il problema del parcheggio gratuito è stato risolto con successo attraverso Trip.com.

We loved our two night stay at this hotel. It’s super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and all necessities. Breakfast is amazing with different Bosnian dishes cooked each day and the usual breakfast items. Garage is free and best if you come by car as it’s a steep climb from the main road. Taxis are cheap and hotel does transfers for 30KM each way. Bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing experience!

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.

E' un bel hotel, consiglio a tutti, non e' male avvicinarsi alle possibilità del centro.
