Hotel 4 stelle a Sarajevo

Идеальное расположение в самом центре старого города. Номер просторный, в целом чистый. Полотенца менялись каждый день. Есть огрехи по чистоте в углах и неочевидных местах (например фен очень пыльный). В моем номере в ванной все для высоких, высоко установлены крючки, зеркало, полочка для полотенец. Это просто подмечалово, кому-то не так ощутимо будет. Завтрак шведский стол с несколькими видами яиц, выпечкой, нарезки и свежие овощи. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. В целом, отель небольшой, уютный. Так как расположен в самом центре, то может быть немного шумно от рядом расположенных кафе. Но это в любом центре так.

L'hotel è in posizione perfetta, scenico e vicino ristoranti, negozi, ecc. Si trova a piedi di distanza dalla città antica e molte delle attrazioni, come la macchina a cavo, la fontana di legno, moschee storiche, sala città, fiamma eterna, musei, mercati, ecc. L'hotel è super pulito e il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e conoscente.La camera stessa era enorme, il letto era molto comodo, il bagno era fantastico, si è dato i bagni e il tè, il caffè, ecc. La colazione è stata fresca e deliziosa, il buffet è stato con un sacco di succo e caffè/te, mangia così tanto! Usa la sauna gratuita e si prenotano sessioni con il personale della reception. Vorrei sicuramente consigliare questo hotel e rimarrei lì quando visitavo Sarajevo Bosnia di nuovo, amore! Grazie :-)

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

Hotel Grad a Sarajevo è un bel posto. Servizio tranquillo, pulito, amichevole. Era anche meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo per questo prezzo. Raccomando Hotel Grad!

Il prezzo è di circa 1.400 RMB a notte, un po' caro, ma il servizio è buono. La colazione e il pranzo del ristorante sono entrambi buoni, in particolare il salmone e il vitello a pranzo, entrambi conformi agli standard Michelin. Circondato da attrazioni come il Ponte Latino.

L'hotel è situato nella zona centrale del centro di Sarajevo, sul bordo della strada principale (in realtà, la strada principale è molto piccola), e può camminare in zona paesaggistica, molto conveniente.Insarajevo è molto piccolo, la strada è molto pulita, non si consiglia di guidare, e camminare è il modo più conveniente di visitare. La stanza non è grande, piccola, ma molto pulita e pulita, e le forniture di letto sono anche molto comode. Il muro dell'intero hotel è una foto di Sarajevo. È molto caratteristico, forse anche la ragione per cui si chiama Color Inn. La stanza ha anche fornito un piccolo attrezzo di acqua e di cucina gratuita prima di dormire. Venite a Sarajevo, l'hotel di alloggio è una buona scelta.Dietro l'hotel è il parcheggio stesso. Non so cosa succede. Prenotamo una prenotazione telefonica anticipata e arrivammo sul posto, dicendo che non possiamo fermarci. Anche se il personale è molto paziente a spiegarci, forse la ragione per la lingua. Tuttavia, alla fine, il problema del parcheggio gratuito è stato risolto con successo attraverso Trip.com.

We stayed at the 4 Bedrooms Penthouse Apartment The toilets have a poor partition between wet and dry areas. Due to that, our toilet has water ponding and dries the area. Overall our stay there was good.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.

E' un bel hotel, consiglio a tutti, non e' male avvicinarsi alle possibilità del centro.
