Hotel 4 stelle a Sarajevo

Con soddisfazione 👍, la prossima volta posso tornare!E'molto conveniente nella vecchia città, camminare verso l'attrazione, e comprare è conveniente.

Absolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended.

L'hotel è in posizione perfetta, scenico e vicino ristoranti, negozi, ecc. Si trova a piedi di distanza dalla città antica e molte delle attrazioni, come la macchina a cavo, la fontana di legno, moschee storiche, sala città, fiamma eterna, musei, mercati, ecc. L'hotel è super pulito e il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e conoscente.La camera stessa era enorme, il letto era molto comodo, il bagno era fantastico, si è dato i bagni e il tè, il caffè, ecc. La colazione è stata fresca e deliziosa, il buffet è stato con un sacco di succo e caffè/te, mangia così tanto! Usa la sauna gratuita e si prenotano sessioni con il personale della reception. Vorrei sicuramente consigliare questo hotel e rimarrei lì quando visitavo Sarajevo Bosnia di nuovo, amore! Grazie :-)

Hotel Grad a Sarajevo è un bel posto. Servizio tranquillo, pulito, amichevole. Era anche meglio di quanto ci aspettavamo per questo prezzo. Raccomando Hotel Grad!

L'hotel è situato nella zona centrale del centro di Sarajevo, sul bordo della strada principale (in realtà, la strada principale è molto piccola), e può camminare in zona paesaggistica, molto conveniente.Insarajevo è molto piccolo, la strada è molto pulita, non si consiglia di guidare, e camminare è il modo più conveniente di visitare. La stanza non è grande, piccola, ma molto pulita e pulita, e le forniture di letto sono anche molto comode. Il muro dell'intero hotel è una foto di Sarajevo. È molto caratteristico, forse anche la ragione per cui si chiama Color Inn. La stanza ha anche fornito un piccolo attrezzo di acqua e di cucina gratuita prima di dormire. I dettagli dell'hotel sono molto in posizione, il personale è molto entusiasta e il servizio è molto intimo.La colazione è molto ricco, molti prodotti a base di carne, frutta e latte. Venite a Sarajevo, l'hotel di alloggio è una buona scelta.Dietro l'hotel è il parcheggio stesso. Non so cosa succede. Prenotamo una prenotazione telefonica anticipata e arrivammo sul posto, dicendo che non possiamo fermarci. Anche se il personale è molto paziente a spiegarci, forse la ragione per la lingua. Tuttavia, alla fine, il problema del parcheggio gratuito è stato risolto con successo attraverso Trip.com.

We loved our two night stay at this hotel. It’s super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and all necessities. Breakfast is amazing with different Bosnian dishes cooked each day and the usual breakfast items. Garage is free and best if you come by car as it’s a steep climb from the main road. Taxis are cheap and hotel does transfers for 30KM each way. Bus stop is about a 15 minute walk from hotel. Highly recommend and thank you for an amazing experience!

Great location but two floors have to be climbed to reach our room ; the elevator ends at 9th floor only!  Staff are very friendly. Room 201 is a corner room of a rectangle shape (3by6) metres . Also, it’s extremely hot all day long despite the A/C

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Il servizio dell'hotel era molto cattivo. Le camere non erano pulite. Anche se abbiamo chiesto due volte di scarpe, non l'hanno portata. C'era una costruzione in corso vicino. Era così rumoroso. Esperienza assolutamente terribile – evitare a tutti i costi! Ho soggiornato in molti luoghi prima, ma questo era di gran lunga il peggiore hotel che abbia mai fatto. Alcuni del personale erano incredibilmente brutti e non potevano preoccuparsi meno degli ospiti. Mi hanno comportato come se ci facessero un favore solo per essere li'. Il bagno, soprattutto il bagno, era incredibilmente crampito e sporco – completamente inaccettabile. Francamente, questo posto non merita una stella unica. Era una perdita di soldi e di tempo. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno – anche camminare oltre questo hotel rovinerà il tuo giorno. Stai lontano! L'unica cosa che posso dire positiva è la posizione.

E' un bel hotel, consiglio a tutti, non e' male avvicinarsi alle possibilità del centro.
