Hotel con colazione a Sarajevo

Идеальное расположение в самом центре старого города. Номер просторный, в целом чистый. Полотенца менялись каждый день. Есть огрехи по чистоте в углах и неочевидных местах (например фен очень пыльный). В моем номере в ванной все для высоких, высоко установлены крючки, зеркало, полочка для полотенец. Это просто подмечалово, кому-то не так ощутимо будет. Завтрак шведский стол с несколькими видами яиц, выпечкой, нарезки и свежие овощи. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. В целом, отель небольшой, уютный. Так как расположен в самом центре, то может быть немного шумно от рядом расположенных кафе. Но это в любом центре так.

L'hotel è in posizione perfetta, scenico e vicino ristoranti, negozi, ecc. Si trova a piedi di distanza dalla città antica e molte delle attrazioni, come la macchina a cavo, la fontana di legno, moschee storiche, sala città, fiamma eterna, musei, mercati, ecc. L'hotel è super pulito e il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e conoscente.La camera stessa era enorme, il letto era molto comodo, il bagno era fantastico, si è dato i bagni e il tè, il caffè, ecc. La colazione è stata fresca e deliziosa, il buffet è stato con un sacco di succo e caffè/te, mangia così tanto! Usa la sauna gratuita e si prenotano sessioni con il personale della reception. Vorrei sicuramente consigliare questo hotel e rimarrei lì quando visitavo Sarajevo Bosnia di nuovo, amore! Grazie :-)

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

Bell'hotel. Ben posizionato nel centro storico di Sarajevo. A pochi passi dalla maggior parte delle attrazioni principali. La camera era un po' rumorosa, a causa della vicinanza alla strada principale e non ero sicuro che le persone potessero guardare dalla mia finestra dalla strada, dato che ero solo al primo piano. La camera era anche un po' buia a causa della tendenza comune negli hotel di non avere una luce centrale al centro della stanza. La colazione era abbastanza buona al mattino con un'ampia scelta. Il personale era disponibile e facile da organizzare un taxi da e per l'aeroporto.

L'hotel è molto freddo, ci piaceva. Una ragazza fresca sul respiratore che ci ha aiutato in tutto. Al termine del soggiorno abbiamo chiesto di chiamare un taxi, ci sono stati aiutati anche con lui. Vivevano sul quattordicesimo piano, da lì aperte viste in classe alla città (non direttamente molto pittoresco, ma le montagne sono class 😍). Le colazioni sono deliziose, c'è molta scelta: ci sono sempre stati verdure, uova (una volta l'omeleta era molto bruciata e terribilmente sgustosa), panini, frutta fresca) L'unica cosa che non piaceva era che al repashen quando eravamo abitati ci fu detto che la colazione inizia alle 6:00. Dovremmo andare in viaggio prima, quindi siamo venuti per colazione all'apertura (6:15). Ci sono già stati diversi piatti, ma le macchine per il caffè sono state spentate (perciò non c'era acqua calda per il tè). Una donna camminava e copriva il cibo, le chiesi se potesse almeno fare un po' di tè, mi ignorava completamente, faceva un viso insoddisfatto e lasciava.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Località meravigliosa e personale così amichevole. Sono disposta a stare e aiutare in qualsiasi modo. Ho chiesto un check-in precoce e mi hanno permesso di avere questo dopo il mio viaggio di 25 ore. Era molto caldo nella mia stanza e ho chiesto un fan portatile e si sono resi così velocemente.

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is located on a hill, offering a stunning view of the city, especially during breakfast. The location is excellent — all the main attractions are just a five-minute walk away. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh cheese, a tasty omelet, and surprisingly good coffee. What made the stay truly special, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they genuinely made me feel that I was expected and appreciated as a guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
