UUtente ospiteGood central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there. I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

UUtente ospiteLe camere e le strutture dell'hotel sono come previsto perché è il ”express” . La risposta del servizio è rapida dal desktop front. Tuttavia, la pulizia della stanza è molto mancante 1.C'era un involucro di plastica e un po'di polvere all'angolo della stanza quando mi sono iscritto. Il giorno dopo la pulizia è stato fatto e torno alla stanza alla fine della sera. Devo chiamare il desk per assicurarmi che il giorno successivo la squadra di pulizia si svuota e si pulisca correttamente. 2.Il vento d'aria sopra la zona della doccia è stato riempito e coperto di sporco nero. 3.Ci sono insetti morti bloccati sulla gomma della porta del doccia *****.Ho cercato di lavarla via, ma come necessario tirare fuori il sigillo l'ho lasciato e di nuovo evitare il contatto oculare.🤮 Il caso di pizzo ha le pelli marrone al bordo.Ho dovuto chiedere un nuovo pezzo. Inoltre, la materna ha denti e grumi, quindi non riuscivo a dormire come se fossi prurito di notte con immagini di insetti sporchi che mi sbagliovano attraverso i pensieri. Con la musica e il rumore a basso livello, prenoto le camere più di tre mesi prima del viaggio e chiedendo un piano alto, visto le recensioni sul rumore, ma non ci ha bloccato così il secondo piano. Non resterò più in questo hotel. Le strutture di base sono buone, ma la pulizia è molto importante

UUtente ospiteThis is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre. Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

UUtente ospiteNon mi sono reso conto che era solo un accesso alle scale. Questo non era chiaro quando ho prenotato o avrei dovuto evitarlo. Perche' ho due ginocchia estremamente cattive e non posso fare le scale, questo mi ha reso molto difficile. Quando andai a camminare, andai sulle scale esterne era troppo tardi quando vidi le scale interne per tornare indietro perché mi erano fatti i ginocchia. Il riscaldamento non funzionava così fino a quando ho capito questo nella prima notte, non potevo fisicamente tornare indietro, ma quando ho riportato questo martedì sera, c'era un'azione istantanea e la questione è stata risolta. Il riscaldamento continuava, ma era molto forte quando correva. Non c'è molto spazio per sedersi e rilassarsi. Se ci fossero 4 ospiti, non c'è letteralmente abbastanza spazio nella zona di divano/frigo/TV per ospitare. E una delle cose lussuose di rimanere in una camera d'albergo è seduto in letto e guardare la TV che è impossibile qui. Sono passati anni da quando sono rimasto in un hotel o motel che non fornisce shampoo/condizionatore, quindi è stata una sorpresa. La porta frigorifera era aperta, doveva essere spinta a chiudere.

UUtente anonimoWe stayed at Franklin Apartments twice during our trip to Adelaide. The location is convenient with restaurants on Leigh Street to the north and China Town to the south both easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. It has a Rose Bagels restaurant on the Ground floor accessible from the lobby which is highly regarded and was taken over by new owners during our stay in November 2025. Entrance to the hotel is from Bentham street which has a few on street parking spots which are great if you can get them for free overnight parking. The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, living/dining areas and laundry facilities. The first apartment we stayed at also had a separate study area which was great for getting some work done.

UUtente ospiteHi how are you back iptuor to Covid I had stayed at the oaks many many times and the spa was then out of order and again it seams it’s still out of service this needs to be fixed thank you and if stay for often .. I’d also like to add the sauna the wood is almost falling the wall on the right hand side a bit maintenamce is needed in there .. and to up keep with all around existing hotels Filtered water and cups not the fountain Out side the spa as you can get vide hydrated in there … I was dizzy stepping out of due to my own fault drinking alcohol all night and then the sauna anyways I good coles water straight out side the spa would be perfect thank you The room it self was very beautiful I’d actual love to purchase one of the rooms and actual live there once the spas in working order My son stayed there a month years ago with airforce coming back from Wagga Wagga at 19-21 yrs the Air Force funded his stay and I stayed with him and il never forget the very special family memories perfect spot tram ****** train all very good 9/10 10/10 if you did some maintenance in the sauna and have the spa up and running the day the spa is working email me and il stay .2 /3 nights

UUtente ospiteAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into. I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

RRitaBeautiful apartment located close to City West Tram Stop and Adelaide Station. West End area is within walking distance from Adelaide Convention Centre and the river Torrens. These apartments are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even a washing machine! It can be a little noisy if your apartment is facing the main street, but overall, it's a wonderful stay!

UUtente ospiteIl centro della Terrazza Nord, la posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. L'aeroporto si estende a 15 m e solo a 5 m fino alla stazione di tram e tram a piedi. Le attrezzature nella stanza sono completamente preparate e facili da usare. L'unico cons è il muro sottile di lavanderia, che causa un piccolo rumore quando qualcuno sta usando il bagno.
