UUtente ospiteGood central city location and very clean, well equipped room with small cooktop and full range of appliances and cutlery /crockery. We only had a ”studio” room which was cheaper than others but still quite roomy with a table, bench and multiple chairs plus a large bed. The bathroom was also a decent size and had plenty of extras. Our room only had a view of a concrete wall opposite and while slightly disappointing the outlook wasn't the reason we stayed there.
I spoke with half a dozen front desk staff across three days every one of whom was friendly, efficient and helpful. Well done hiring manager. Good free washing/drying machines in shared area on ground floor were a nice touch (I believe some of the more expensive rooms have their own). A fairly minor negative was the parking at a public car park across the road about half a block away ($30/day). While you can unload your luggage and passengers at the curb outside the Quesr, it's then a bit of a walk back for the driver if that's a concern for you. Overall a good place to stay and access city sights.

It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b
Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre.
Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

UUtente ospiteSituato nella zona più tranquilla del centro, gode di un'ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile sia in tram che a piedi. La struttura offre un parcheggio gratuito, un ulteriore vantaggio. Le camere sono semplici ma pulite, adatte per soggiorni di due o tre notti. Nel complesso, un'esperienza piacevole.

UUtente ospiteNon mi sono reso conto che era solo un accesso alle scale. Questo non era chiaro quando ho prenotato o avrei dovuto evitarlo. Perche' ho due ginocchia estremamente cattive e non posso fare le scale, questo mi ha reso molto difficile. Quando andai a camminare, andai sulle scale esterne era troppo tardi quando vidi le scale interne per tornare indietro perché mi erano fatti i ginocchia.
Il riscaldamento non funzionava così fino a quando ho capito questo nella prima notte, non potevo fisicamente tornare indietro, ma quando ho riportato questo martedì sera, c'era un'azione istantanea e la questione è stata risolta. Il riscaldamento continuava, ma era molto forte quando correva.
Non c'è molto spazio per sedersi e rilassarsi. Se ci fossero 4 ospiti, non c'è letteralmente abbastanza spazio nella zona di divano/frigo/TV per ospitare. E una delle cose lussuose di rimanere in una camera d'albergo è seduto in letto e guardare la TV che è impossibile qui.
Sono passati anni da quando sono rimasto in un hotel o motel che non fornisce shampoo/condizionatore, quindi è stata una sorpresa.
La porta frigorifera era aperta, doveva essere spinta a chiudere.

UUtente anonimoWe stayed at Franklin Apartments twice during our trip to Adelaide. The location is convenient with restaurants on Leigh Street to the north and China Town to the south both easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. It has a Rose Bagels restaurant on the Ground floor accessible from the lobby which is highly regarded and was taken over by new owners during our stay in November 2025. Entrance to the hotel is from Bentham street which has a few on street parking spots which are great if you can get them for free overnight parking. The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, living/dining areas and laundry facilities. The first apartment we stayed at also had a separate study area which was great for getting some work done.

UUtente ospiteI had a great stay here compared to most hotels where the room is spacious and there's a big window with sunlight coming through and they provide welcome snacks and water for free which is rare these days unless you stay at a 5 star hotel. I was happy with the friendly customer service and allowing to store my luggage before check in and after check out. What could be improved is a sign as soon as the lift was being fixed as I didn't know the lift wasn't working when I was waiting for it on level 3. The room tends to be stuffy when the air con isn't on and brings a stuff smell. Windows need to be opened if it would open. The hotel card is quite fiddly and takes a while to unlock, they need to replace with better cards and door signal. In saying that, I would stay again as it was a good experience overall compared to other hotels I stayed in. It's not far from IGA groceries and bus stops plus there's a shared area to cook your food.

UUtente ospiteAs I was going to be leaving from the Parklands Train Terminal early in the morning this hotel was perfectly situated for my trip. Although I wasn't at the hotel for very long only about 12hrs overnight it was a good location and the room faced the parking so meant it was quieter as well and didn't get the hot afternoon sun either. I would say though there was no pricelist I could find for the mini-bar, not that I used it was only thinking of grabbing some cold water that was in the fridge. The one thing I wasn't a fan was the spa tub/shower combo. The jets need a serious clean all around them but then even standing in it meant anyone tall as in 6'5” plus may have to bend down. I would think they should rip out the spa tub and put in a nicer rain shower shower stall instead maybe just provide spa tubs in rooms that you can also put a shower stall into.
I'd stay here again mainly for the location as it's also right across the street from the big park area which was fantastic to walk around on a warm evening after dinner at the pub up the street.

Acqua filtrata e tazze non la fontana fuori dal bagno come si può ottenere vuoto idratato in esso ... Ero vertiginoso scendere fuori a causa del mio colpo di alcol tutta la notte e poi la sauna comunque ho buona cola acqua fuori dal bagno sarebbe perfetto grazie

Mio figlio si è fermato lì un mese fa con la forza aerea tornando da Wagga Wagga a 19-21 anni la forza aerea ha finanziato il suo soggiorno e io sono rimasto con lui e non si dimentica mai i ricordi familiari molto speciali perfetto tram ****** allenamento tutto molto buon 9/10 10/10 se lo facessi alcune manutenzione nella sauna e avere il spa e correre il giorno il spa è lavorando email me e il soggiorno .2 /3 notti

UUtente ospiteIl centro della Terrazza Nord, la posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. L'aeroporto si estende a 15 m e solo a 5 m fino alla stazione di tram e tram a piedi. Le attrezzature nella stanza sono completamente preparate e facili da usare. L'unico cons è il muro sottile di lavanderia, che causa un piccolo rumore quando qualcuno sta usando il bagno.
