The Grand is without a doubt all about the location! Given it’s ocean front position it should offer an absolute premium experience but instead falls a little short as it continues to date without much sign of refurbishment. The rooms are basic, the carpets old, the furnishings aging and everything just feels in need of some love. Bathrooms still have showers over the bath with shower curtains and the air con in the room wasn’t very effective (too hot despite being on the coolest setting). There was also a wedding being hosted during my 1 night stay and despite my room being on the 5th floor (ballroom is on level 1), I could hear the band/music until the end of the reception at 11:30pm. On the positive (besides premium location), the staff at reception / concierge were excellent. They greeted with absolute care on arrival and happiness during check out, despite being early in the morning. It felt like they enjoyed what they did and that’s so good to see in customer facing roles. Worth considering this hotel for a stay, just as long as you’re happy with basic ammenities in a great location.

Majestic M è uno dei nostri posti preferiti per soggiornare a Adelaide. E' cosi' comodo, tutto quello che ti serve è nelle camere e vicino a tutti i ristoranti e al centro della città. Ci siamo trasferiti diverse volte e ci sono divertiti ogni volta. Si può anche prevedere parcheggio sicuro sul posto, se necessario.

Lovely, clean apartment, excellent location for walking around Adelaide CBD. I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and 4 year old, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent value. The apartment was very clean, has a kitchen containing most things you would need, although we didn't actually cook any meals, just used plates etc for serving take away, so can't comment on the cooking equipment. Full size fridge, plus a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and hair dryer meant the apartment was very well equipped overall. The Tv is a smart TV so we could use abc kids for our 4 year old and presumably you could log in to your own streaming services. The only thing to take note of is that the desk is only manned during business hours and there is no check in option after 9pm, I didn't realise this (my fault for not checking), so we had to book a cheap hotel near the airport for our first night as we flew in after 10pm. We checked in around 9am the next day. It's a short walk to Rundle Mall so you have lots of eating and shopping very close by. Parking available in secure carpark $25 per night, but do make sure you book ahead as there are limited spaces.

Il personale molto professionale con un buon prodotto. Non ho problemi con niente. La mia stanza era ben attrezzata, spaziosa e più importante pulita. Quando viaggiavo in affari mi piace un tazza di tè nella mia stanza. Non potevo trovare nessuna tazza di tè, anche se c’era latte nel frigorifero. Avrei apprezzato una bottiglia fredda d’acqua fornita nel frigorifero.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti per WOMADelaide. La posizione è una passeggiata 20-minute o qualche fermata sul bus gratuito per WOMADelaide. Un paio di fermate supplementari e si arriva al centro della città. La nostra camera era un appartamento di una camera da letto. Era ben attrezzata con cucina e lavanderia con lavastoviglie. Il letto era grande e comodo. La stanza era pulita. Le finestre erano aperte per aria fresca. Il personale era molto amichevole. L'intera esperienza è stata di un stabilimento ben gestito che si occupa dell'esperienza dei clienti. Ristoranti e shopping di cibo è a pochi passi. E 'un camion da 30 dollari all'aeroporto. Ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro soggiorno. Molto raccomandato.

L'attenzione ai dettagli è stata mostrata da quando sono stati accolti quando siamo usciti dalla macchina e portati alla reception.La posizione dell'hotel è stato conveniente per arrivare alle nostre telefonate commerciali, così come a piedi a piedi per negozi e ristoranti.Il mio unico disappunto è stato L'accesso al club che mi sentivo non era conforme alle norme Pullman che abbiamo vissuto in altri hotel Pullman.

I’m so obsessed with this place, it honestly has got to be my favourite motel that I’ve ever stayed at. From the beginning the underground car park is a little confusing to find as it’s off a little side street with two little garage doors (not the hotels fault) it’s just the way the streets are. But when you walk out of those lifts into the lobby you’ll be blown away by just how modern and brand new it all is. We got a upgrade upon check in which was so nice and when we walked through the door my first words were “oh my gosh, this is beautiful” literally everything is so brand new, carpets are still so fluffy to walk on, everything was so clean, not even a speck of dust anywhere. Bed was comfortable, tv in living area and also in the bedroom was nice, I didn’t use them as I only stayed for 1 night but the dishwasher and washing machine would come in handy to so many families staying for a bit longer. And to top it off I didn’t hear a single thing from anyone else staying in the motel during the night. 100% will stay again and I reckon this has to be THE best accommodation in the whole of Adelaide

Easy check in and parking available. The rooms were big. The windows and carpet need a deep clean but the location is great and exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. The shower in the main bathroom however is not accessibility friendly as you need to step into a high bathtub with no handrail for support.

We stayed here last night as we were going to The 10cc concert. Arrival was swift and easy and the room was already available. Our room was a junior suite facing North Terrace, it was clean and quiet. We enjoyed 2 complimentary drinks from the bar. They have refurbished the hotel but I think the bar looks a touch bland and not welcoming. I would have thought that there would have been sanitiser available on all levels by the lifts and in the room also. The shampoo, soap etc no longer comes as individual packs but huge bottles and being still in Covid times I thought this a bit off putting. Breakfast was ok nothing special and luckily we had ours included or it would have cost us $42.00 per person and it was not worth that much. The pre-made pancakes were freezing cold. There was a good range of cereals and the fruit plates were nice but had defrosted and tinned fruit also. I found all the supposedly hot foods not hot but cool venturing on cold and they need to do something about the baked beans as they were nasty. We had a slight hiccup on leaving as we were almost charged for two glasses of red wine which we quickly told the receptionist we never had. She amended that quickly so all good.

RRebeccaNessun parcheggio attaccato all'hotel, devi guidare per parcheggiare te stesso o pagare $55 per un conducente per guidarlo. Il menu di servizio in camera era stufa dal ristorante in basso. Niente semplice. Non nemmeno il servizio in camera colazione disponibile. Sulla nota del ristorante in basso è dove si trovava il ”buffet” colazione e uso quel termine in modo libero. Varieta sorprendente. Anche dover fare i nostri caffè proprio in un piccolo angolo della stanza. Un caffè al momento mentre la linea diventa più grande. Dobbiamo ottenere un ordine speciale per le uova perché le uova schiacciate sono solo muschi. Almeno il tostapane ha funzionato. E lo spazio può essere 20, che è buono per un B&B ma non per un hotel a 16 piani. Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione alle 8 per evitare che le folle aspettassero alle 9 e più tardi. In camera stessa (avevamo una suite), c'erano interruttori di luce ovunque. E erano tutti così confusi che non si poteva vedere quello che avevano detto. Poi l'uomo in bagno doveva andare e chiudere la porta per accedere a lei. Nessun ventilatore per doccia. Le matite del bagno sono così sottili che si bagnano immediatamente dopo una doccia. Nessun lavatrice del viso. Il banco era troppo basso per una bagno. Gli asciugamani erano troppo bassi. La camera da letto era molto grande, ma la pressione del doccia era buona. TV remota non funzionava bene, non poteva trovare tutte le strutture come caffè, tè, frigo, ecc. Non c'era una cartina d'albergo carina per aiutarci a uscire. Il “ufficio” era il televisore quando c’era spazio nella zona del soggiorno per avere un ufficio, e poi abbiamo avuto un balcone senza sedie o tavolo da sedere (potete facilmente avere qualche posto fuori e sgomberarli per la sicurezza). Le cose di temperatura non mi fanno nemmeno iniziare. Non mi piacevano letti e le mutande. Ho finito di dormire sul salotto, perché era più comodo.
Non credo che sarò di nuovo presto. Non era orribile, ma non era grande. Il personale era bello, anche se ciò era un bel cambiamento

UUtente ospiteL'appartamento era ben progettato. Tutte le strutture sono il più economico possibile. Il letto non è affatto confortevole fino al punto che mia moglie doveva dormire sul divano corto. A 6 piedi 3 non mi sono adattato al divano, quindi ho dovuto dormire sul letto scomodo e svegliarmi con le labbra ferite ogni mattina. L'appartamento ha una grande camera da letto e una zona cucina, ma il letto è così vicino al giacca che le porte non si apre tutto il cammino. La denuncia principale era che il bagno era così vicino a un muro di doccia che non potevo sedermi su di esso senza stringermi le ginocchia. Un po’ di spazio extra nel bagno e nel dormitorio, preso fuori dal soggiorno, avrebbe fatto una grande differenza. Tutti i servizi di sapone, tessuti, TV, divano, ecc. sembravano essere i più economici disponibili.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza e l'hotel erano bellissimi. Il personale della ricezione erano grandi e i caffè dal bistro erano ben preparati e deliziosi. Ho avuto solo una visita molto veloce per la notte a Adelaide, e in realtà l'hotel era solo un posto per dormire. Il letto era comodo e la camera era grande. Credo che il trasporto pubblico sia vicino, ma non l'ha usato o ha avuto alcuna possibilità di esplorare l'area immediata. Quanto so che il bistro/caffè è l'unica caratteristica aggiuntiva che offre la proprietà.

Buon servizio e molto comodo letto, ma lounge e bagno erano vecchie e in bisogno di un cambio. i bagni di base erano forniti e puliti ogni giorno, anche se li ho lasciati in attesa per riutilizzare. l'appartamento aveva 2 piccole camere da letto doppie, con 1 camera da letto completamente interna senza finestre.

UUtente ospiteMarch 2024 Here is a list of issues you may have to deal with: 1. Lights are weirdly wired. You can’t turn on the bathroom lights without having the rest of the lights on. This is problematic when one is sharing the apartment and one needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Other guests staying at the apartments had the same issue. 2. It is stated that the apartment has Netflix but it does not work. When I mentioned it to the marketing girl she said she would have it looked at but no one came to the apartment to repair the problem. Again, other guests staying in the apartments had the same issue. 3. When we arrived on the 13th, there was only one tea bag instead of 2. I was sharing the room with my husband, that is not thoughtful, obviously we would have needed 2 teabags. 4. We stayed 5 nights and only had the room serviced once. I had left the tag to service the room but it was only done once. 5. On the Saturday our room was finally serviced but they did not replenish the toilet paper and we were left with none which meant we had to purchase toilet paper as there was no one in reception. If conveniences and service isn't important to you then by all means stay here. The apartments are just off the main road that have lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apartments are brand new, fresh, clean and modern. The staff are helpful and listen to concerns you may have. Read less Tip: An apt description for this place is Location, Location, Location. The apartments are brand new so they are clean, fresh & modern.

PPollyanna315Abbiamo bisogno di un posto per stare e non molto da scegliere nel Nord-Est, siamo andati a Sphères e è stato meraviglioso. Non è molto felice che volessero un deposito di 150 dollari per assicurarci di non rompere la stanza. Questo è un posto di classe per stare. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa, era pulita e il letto e le mutandine erano meravigliose da dormire.La bagno era abbastanza spaziosa da prendere il mio camminatore.L’unica denuncia era il rumore in basso, perché avevano un diploma.

UUtente ospiteOur room was on the 10th floor facing south east. We had an amazing view seeing the city, the Adelaide hills and Jetty Road (At night this looked even better). The room was very modern, with a nice sized TV. The weather was great for a beach side holiday. The short 300m walk to the beach was very convenient..... the fridge was very quite and ensured we had ice cold drinks upon return, the air conditioner worked great and allowed a great nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Check In and Check Out was contactless and very simple.

UUtente ospiteGrande ostello e personale. Robert ci ha salutati al check-in e niente è stato un problema. Ci siamo stati in una piccola 4 letto e siamo stati carini e confortevoli. L'edificio è freddo. C'è un'ampia zona balcone per avere un BBQ e qualche birra. 10 minuti a piedi al Rundle St pub. Buon pub lungo la strada per birre e bar. Parcheggio è stato buono in zona circostante. Grazie Robert per un buon soggiorno. 5 stelle
