Hotel 4 stelle a Buenos Aires

Il Fierro Hotel è una vera gemma! La posizione è buona, ma abbiamo preso un taxi quasi ovunque. Tuttavia, ci sono molti cibi in tutto questo quartiere. La gente del desk si è superata a fornire il miglior servizio possibile. Arriviamo a mezzogiorno, e abbiamo dovuto aspettare solo pochi minuti prima che le nostre due camere fossero pronte. Abbiamo aspettato nella loro stanza da pranzo, dove ci hanno servito il loro stupendo colazione che viene con la stanza. Mangiamo molti dei nostri pasti qui perché il cibo è fantastico, cuoco preparato. I vini raccomandati dal loro sommelier in casa sono deliziosi. Le camere sono grandi con frigo immagazzinato con champagne, se desiderate, e con frigo separato con vino. Le persone del desk hanno grandi suggerimenti per fare cose, come chiamare un taxi, parlare inglese se desiderate. Abbiamo chiesto di un show di cena con tango. Non è stato deluso! Hanno fatto le nostre riserve, siamo stati raccolti e portati in scena e è stato grande! Abbiamo bisogno di un check-out tardivo e ci hanno permesso di rimanere fino alle 2:00. Non posso garantire che, nei giorni di lavoro, possano essere fornite le stesse alloggi in tempo e fuori, ma possiamo lasciare il bagaglio in modo sicuro, se necessario, anche l'uso delle strutture della piscina, del pranzo e della sauna sono stati offerti dopo l'uscita. Non posso dire abbastanza cose positive su questo hotel. L'unica cosa negativa era di lasciare!

L'hotel ha una buona posizione, che lo rende comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. La pulizia generale è accettabile. La colazione è un po' monotona e il soffitto basso delle camere rende l'ambiente un po' angusto. Nel complesso, il prezzo è ragionevole per un viaggio d'affari.

The hotel is situated in the heart of town - so many fabulous restaurants, cafes and bars on its doorstep. Facilities are basic but the room was very clean and the breakfast more than adequate. The perfect hotel for creating a base in the heart of Buenos Aires. The real plus we’re the excellent staff who were on hand and eager to assist with everything. Very knowledgable helpful and kind - special mention to Danny, Sarah and Gabriel who were excellent, all three went above and beyond, so a huge thanks to the three of you - you made us so very welcome. We stayed at a loft room in Morden Apartment for 6 nights and we extended our stay for 7 nights .We are very happy with our choice. Location: Perfect! It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We worked remotely and the WiFi was working perfectly fine for our work. There are plenty of green space outside the building for excises and walking. The ecological reserve is 5 minutes walking distance. Jumbo supermarket and an Asian grocery store ( Hawaii Market) are steps away. 10 minutes Uber to major historical sites. We walked to visit them most of the time. Room condition: Spacious, clean, well maintained. Service: We communicate with our host via WhatsApp for all the online checking in and other information. Very prompt response and efficient communication. Breakfast: The breakfast is in a restaurant in the corner of the building. Starting at 8:30am. The menu is fixed and you have four options. No fruit.It’s good enough for us. Coffee is great! We highly recommend it for your visit in BA.

Comparato con il nuovo, molto pulito, la combinazione circostante è molto perfetta, è un parco sottostante, un buon ambiente.Non è molto lontano dall'industria della stazione metropolitana, è molto conveniente viaggiare.Il proprietario è anche molto amichevole?

L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto buona, molto vicino all'obelisk, uno dei famosi segni di Buenos Aires. È anche vicino a un spettacolo di tango. Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti vicino, tra cui minibar. Ma il servizio del personale è normale. I ricevitori non erano così amichevoli, parlavano con gli ospiti con le loro atteggiamenti ignoranti, non mostravano alcuna amicizia o un modo di accoglienza, e penso che questo dovrebbe essere migliorato per chiunque voglia lavorare in questo settore dei servizi turistici. La cosa peggiore per questo hotel è la sporcizia delle camere. Era davvero polvere e sporca. Sul pavimento, ho trovato molti capelli biondi e polvere. E non si è fatto alcuna pulizia il secondo giorno, anche se non abbiamo appeso alcun segno alla porta. Solo due nuove bottiglie d'acqua sono state messe sul tavolo, così che sapevamo che il custode entrava senza pulire o toccare nulla, tra cui la preparazione di letti o la raccolta di rifiuti. Quindi, credo che il servizio qui in generale non sia buono. Le camere sono anche un po' decente e vecchie.

Очень понравился отель, расположен в районе Колехиалес. Номер оказался очень удобным: чистое постельное бельё, огромный телевизор, есть мини-кухня. Сама комната красивая, как и ванная — в ней были шампунь, гель для душа и кондиционер в баночках с названием отеля. Отдельно хочется отметить интерьер: красивая мебель, стильные стулья с высокими ножками на кухне, а на балконе — уютные плетёные кресла. Было приятно сидеть там, встречать закат и провожать рассвет. В целом впечатления очень хорошие, я бы с удовольствием вернулась сюда снова. Спала отлично — утром просыпалась под пение птиц. Единственный минус — неудобное заселение. По приезде не могла попасть в подъезд. Нашла номер телефона в бронировании и написала им — ответили быстро. Прислали ссылку на оплату уборки (около 15 долларов) и городского налога (примерно 1,5 доллара), но у меня была только российская карта, и оплатить не получилось. В итоге они оперативно нашли сотрудника, который спустился и принял оплату наличными в песо. Несмотря на это, пришлось около получаса ждать в подъезде, но приятно, что ситуацию решили достаточно быстро.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall I had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent, very convenient for travelers. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and transport, which made my trip smoother. However, I did face some confusion when I first arrived. The name on the building was not the same as the hotel name I booked online. This caused a little worry at the beginning, because I was not sure if I had found the right place. Another challenge was communication. The staff were polite and tried their best to help, but their English was not very strong. Sometimes it was difficult to explain my questions or understand their answers. With patience, things worked out, but it did take extra effort. On the positive side, the room was very spacious and extremely clean. The furniture and facilities were well maintained, and I felt very comfortable staying there. The bed was large, the bathroom was tidy, and everything looked fresh. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax in such a clean and quiet environment. In summary, the hotel offers a great location and comfortable rooms, but communication and signage could be improved.

La parte sauna e piscina dell'hotel è disattivata e necessita di essere rimossa dall'annuncio. Non è inclusa la pulizia. Non è prevista la vendita di bevande né il rifornimento di materiale nelle camere. L'appartamento è spazioso e ha tutto quanto descritto, ma i servizi dell'hotel lasciano un po' a desiderare. Ascensori molto vecchi e reception impreparata a ricevere ospiti, ho chiesto informazioni sulle opzioni SPA ma non mi è stato spiegato nulla.
