Hotel 3 stelle a Hue

Mi sorprendeva molto quando sono arrivato al soggiorno di Niki, che è molto vicino al centro della città, che si trovava di fronte a un bel campo verde con poche mucche.Questa prima impressione ha dato il tono per tutto il soggiorno che era a casa e benvenuto. Il posto è senza spot e tutto, comprese le camere, sembra nuovo. Super tranquillo e sentito ultra sicuro. Il quartiere è anche molto bello e amichevole. La signora e il ricevitore erano molto attenti e di aiuto. Raccomando fortemente questa proprietà.

The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower is not instant heat water heater. So you need to wait for the hot water and there's limited supply of hot water. Others are all very good. Breakfast is beyond my expectations for a small hotel, with diversified food choice. The staff are very helpful. They have drivers and cars that you can book. The driver is very friendly and speaks some English. We used the da nang to hue transfer and a day tour in Hue with airport drop off. Was very pleasent experience with the driver. The view on the terrace is also very good.

Migliore soggiorno a casa che abbia mai avuto in Vietnam. Moderno, spazioso e molto pulito. Molto amichevole proprietario, ci ha offerto frutta e tè all'arrivo. Solo 15 minuti a piedi dal cittadino imperiale Hue e 10 minuti dal centro della città.

Oltre le aspettative! Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e i receptionist molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno aiutato con il trasferimento dall'aeroporto a un buon prezzo e ci hanno dato qualche consiglio su questa città. L'hotel era moderno e arredato con mobili e accessori di qualità. C'era una sauna, non c'era l'ascensore, ma le scale erano sufficienti per noi. La camera era adorabile, l'aria condizionata era già accesa prima del nostro arrivo, il che è stato un gesto molto carino (è un mese estivo). Tutto funzionava bene e ben progettato, doccia e WC separati, ma non abbastanza luminosi. La vasca da bagno fuori dal bagno rendeva l'atmosfera elegante e di classe. Noleggio scooter disponibile a un buon prezzo, ristoranti e bar nei dintorni, senza problemi. È altamente competitivo rispetto al prezzo che abbiamo pagato per questo soggiorno, prezzo basso e alta qualità. Grazie.

I recently stayed at Hue Serene Palace, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hotel is older, and while it was relatively clean, it felt quite dated. The decor and facilities are clearly showing their age, and it’s not as modern or fresh as the photos online might suggest. The rooms were tidy, but the overall atmosphere was not what I expected based on the pictures. If you're looking for something sleek and new, this might not be the place for you. Another downside was the limited breakfast. The selection was quite basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing if you're hoping for a more substantial meal to start the day. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, the hotel could use a major refresh to match the online photos and provide a better experience for guests.

Un grazioso e accogliente albergo a conduzione familiare. La camera è arredata con gusto e molto silenziosa. Ogni sera veniva presa la nostra ordinazione per la colazione, che veniva preparata fresca il giorno successivo dal proprietario. Abbiamo scelto questo posto per la sua vicinanza alla cittadella e per la possibilità di raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni circostanti. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili, permettendoci di fare il check-in in anticipo.

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

Hotel fantastico, situato 3-5 minuti da Walking Street, una destinazione popolare per la vita notturna. Tuttavia, l'hotel è molto tranquillo e ha un piacevole senso di casa. Ma ciò che mi ha colpito più è stato come il personale ha migliorato la nostra stanza in una più grande e migliore. Ho anche chiesto alla reception se avessero una scelta di colazione vegana, e il personale dell'hotel lo ha fatto la mattina prossima. Sono molto grato per il loro cura e l'attenzione ai loro ospiti. The hotel looks nice and modern when you first walk into the lobby, and the rooms are indeed spacious. However, the experience quickly went downhill from there. The cleanliness was disappointing. The room had a strong moldy smell, the bedsheets felt unaired and most likely not freshly changed, and the floor was dusty and dirty. The hot water didn’t run continuously—it came and went in short bursts, which was quite uncomfortable. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready and that we needed to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, even after the wait, the room was still not properly cleaned. Overall, even though the hotel looks good in photos and has a pleasant aesthetic, I wouldn’t book here again.

Il manager è molto bello, cambia la mia stanza in una stanza più bello quando si lamenta dell'odore del bagno. Non ho capito che il condotto d'aria non funzionava bene dopo essere tornato la sera e basicamente il controllore non può aprire o controllare il condizionatore d'aria, in cima il condotto d'aria solo soffia aria a 1 velocità abdc1 temperatura non abbastanza fredda, finisce a dormire poco a tutti durante la notte, perché la camera è molto calda con condotto d'aria non funziona bene. Non cercare di dire alle persone come gestire le attività alberghiere, ma come manager dovrebbero controllare le condizioni delle camere, che sono buone o cattive, porte di gabinetti, carpette di corridoio, ecc, se vogliono attrarre più clienti, e regolarmente controllare le camere, non aspettare che i clienti si lamentino e poi cercare di risolvere i problemi. A parte tutti questi manager di hotel è una persona assolutamente gentile. Non mi sento facile lasciare questo hotel perché è così gentile, ma ho bisogno di una camera fredda per dormire bene. L'affitto di moto è molto bello da questo hotel, offre una tariffa di mezzo giorno perché sono arrivato alle 2:00. La stanza dispone di 2 belle finestre e un bel giardino balcone. La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della notte, dove si trova il pranzo e le strade a piedi.
