Hotel 3 stelle a Hue

Was very happy with this hotel it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked they got in touch to offer any assistance and communication was always quick and helpful .    On arrival , check in was smooth and quick , our bags were taken straight up to our room and then we were escorted by one of the receptionists to show us the room and how things worked .     All the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the lovely ladies on reception who gave us a map and explained options to tour the sights , no hard sell just honest and helpful . They always said hello and greeted us nicely whenever we returned . They would jump up and press the lift button when they saw us approaching the front door so we didn’t have to wait for the lift .     Breakfast was good , again very helpful and polite staff they were quick and efficient. Housekeeping was also vey good and they kept the whole place clean and tidy .    Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.     Thank you for a wonderful stay !

Lo spazio è progettato in modo innovativo, la camera è pulita e luminosa e al momento del check-in ci hanno persino offerto un drink di benvenuto e della frutta: un gesto davvero premuroso! I proprietari sono una giovane coppia, cordiale e gentile. Il prezzo scontato include la colazione, il che lo rende un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo 👍! Sarebbe ancora meglio se ci fossero cestini per la spazzatura e scatole di fazzoletti in camera!

Un giardino per la mia anima !!! Ho scoperto accidentalmente il ritiro di Va Riverside, e si è rivelato un giardino nascosto lungo il fiume Huong. Il paesaggio qui è semplicemente sereno, guardando il sole dorato rifletteto sull'acqua e svegliandosi al suono degli uccelli al mattino si sentiva come andare in un altro mondo. Oltre a rilassarmi nella piscina di rinfrescamento, ho avuto l'opportunità di provare a bordo di padella sul fiume. Uno dei momenti più unici è stato ascoltare le melodie misteriose delle cerimonie Hầu ồng che si scorrevano da Hon Chen Templea veramente autentico contatto della cultura vietnamita. Il colazione locale era delizioso, semplice, ma pieno di sapore, e rendeva ancora più memorabile la mattina.Quello che più si è rivelato è stato il personale, che mi hanno accolto come una famiglia, facendomi sentire a casa, anche se ero lontano dalla mia. Se stai cercando più di un soggiorno, ma un'esperienza che tocca sia i tuoi sensi che l'anima, mi consiglio molto di venire qui. Scoprilo come ho fatto, e forse ti piacerà ancora di più di quanto non abbia fatto.

¡El mejor hotel en el que me hospedé durante mi viaje por Vietnam! Está relativamente cerca del centro y hay muy buenas cafeterías por la zona. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y se ocupan en todo momento de atenerte para que no te falte detalle durante la estancia. Pudimos disfrutar de la bañera de la habitación, que es muy tranquila y espaciosa. ¡Sin lugar a dudas volvería a hospedarme aquí si vuelvo a Hue!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dall'8 all'11 marzo 2026. Abbiamo discusso a lungo se alloggiare vicino alla famosa via pedonale o al Palazzo Imperiale. Tutti i blogger consigliavano la via pedonale, che in realtà si è rivelata una normale strada rumorosa con locali discutibili e prezzi elevati. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel e abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta! Si trova a pochi passi da Purple City, ma in una tranquilla strada laterale, e abbiamo dormito benissimo. L'hotel è ospitato in una tradizionale casa vietnamita a tre piani con cortile interno, una piccola piscina con carpe e la camera è graziosa e pulita. Le pulizie e il cambio degli asciugamani sono giornalieri. Il personale è cordiale ed efficiente, e Nga è molto responsabile. Ci sono molti caffè nelle vicinanze dove si può gustare manzo fritto con ostriche e uova per 50.000 dong, oppure un menù fisso con dessert e frutta per 200.000 dong. Lo consiglio vivamente!

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

First impression - a bit run down but honestly for this price I can't complain much. Surprisingly comfortable bed and great AC made my night very good. I recommend for one or two night stay. Professional and nice staff

The hotel is very nice And the staff were the best I had in Vietnam. Although the location was around 3.5 km from the night walking and food street of Chu Van An, it was a beautiful, relaxing and quiet place with assisted bike for rent. For me it was very pleasant to reach all the destinations (Empirical city, two mausoleums and the pleasant border of the Parfum River) on a bike. I ordered vegetarian breakfast and the hotel provided me great, fresh and Vietnamese food. The room and the bed were awesome (clean, new and stylish) for relaxing after three very intense days. I especially thank My that took very good care of me, and also Trang for her helpful and kind interaction. I loved it!

The hotel looks nice and modern when you first walk into the lobby, and the rooms are indeed spacious. However, the experience quickly went downhill from there. The cleanliness was disappointing. The room had a strong moldy smell, the bedsheets felt unaired and most likely not freshly changed, and the floor was dusty and dirty. The hot water didn’t run continuously—it came and went in short bursts, which was quite uncomfortable. When we arrived, we were told our room wasn’t ready and that we needed to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, even after the wait, the room was still not properly cleaned. Overall, even though the hotel looks good in photos and has a pleasant aesthetic, I wouldn’t book here again.

Il manager è molto bello, cambia la mia stanza in una stanza più bello quando si lamenta dell'odore del bagno. Non ho capito che il condotto d'aria non funzionava bene dopo essere tornato la sera e basicamente il controllore non può aprire o controllare il condizionatore d'aria, in cima il condotto d'aria solo soffia aria a 1 velocità abdc1 temperatura non abbastanza fredda, finisce a dormire poco a tutti durante la notte, perché la camera è molto calda con condotto d'aria non funziona bene. Non cercare di dire alle persone come gestire le attività alberghiere, ma come manager dovrebbero controllare le condizioni delle camere, che sono buone o cattive, porte di gabinetti, carpette di corridoio, ecc, se vogliono attrarre più clienti, e regolarmente controllare le camere, non aspettare che i clienti si lamentino e poi cercare di risolvere i problemi. A parte tutti questi manager di hotel è una persona assolutamente gentile. Non mi sento facile lasciare questo hotel perché è così gentile, ma ho bisogno di una camera fredda per dormire bene. L'affitto di moto è molto bello da questo hotel, offre una tariffa di mezzo giorno perché sono arrivato alle 2:00. La stanza dispone di 2 belle finestre e un bel giardino balcone. La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della notte, dove si trova il pranzo e le strade a piedi.
