You'll be greeted with a welcome basket plus a coffee station as well as some cold water bottles in the fridge. The restroom will be stocked with a few emergency items. You are certainly welcome to bring your own linens, but emergency back-up linens can be found in the bedroom closet. Renters will receive a link to a website managed by the owners with recommended restaurants, shopping, and activities! The unit is just steps from a private salt water pool and direct beach access. Look under the bunk beds to find a beach cart, beach chairs, and some beach toys! On the sound side of the building, you can find a well-kept communal area with covered picnic tables, playground equipment, horsheshoes, lawn bowling, and basketball.
