CComer the roamerThe front desk staff was very helpful with the logistics of checking in, laundry service, and renting a bicycle. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning in the hallways! The bar staff was friendly and inquisitive.The gym was cramped and the water machine was broken. The pool was enjoyable and the lounge area was pleasant. The bed was dreamy and something to look forward to after a long day!

匿匿名顧客I should have discovered this gem earlier. I visited Seattle for 5D4N but discovered this place incidentally and only stayed 2 nights. Fabulous! Very clean and tidy, staff very helpful and nice. The room is functional with everything I needed (except I was provided with a kettle only upon request). Price very good. Location also good, between the Space Needle and Pike Market. There're quite some homeless people and druggies around the bus stop nearly in front of the hotel but I was not that afraid as they were not offensive to passers by.

HHWEE CHOO YEOL'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione distrettuale Line 1 - U, a soli 6 minuti a piedi dallo stazione ferroviaria.
La camera dell'hotel è pulita , spaziosa e bello e si adatta a 2 letti di dimensioni regina. Le letti sono anche comodi. Ci sono anche colazione complementare. Salute e cibo sono tutti vicini. Facile da prendere Linea 1 per fare la vista.

UUtente ospiteWe ended up not staying there; we canceled our trip entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through trips.com. But trips.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use trips.com again, either. Thanks

Molto utile e amichevole personale: è stata la mia prima volta che mi sono fermato in un hotel con tutti i membri del personale (precedentemente, servizio in camera e altri membri del personale incontrati all'hotel) sono molto caldi e mi fanno sentire benvenuto.
commento minore: riscaldamento automatico della stanza una volta per un po', ma piuttosto rumoroso.

In the perfect place on Pioneer square.
Excellent price, and free upgrade to king size room. Amazing complimentary breakfast.
Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming and the front desk is always open.
Catch the Link light Rail from the car park at Seattle Tacoma airport and it’s only 3 dollars each to get down to Pioneer Square!
When you exit the train station look down the road towards the ferry port and you can see the hotel at the bottom on the left!

MmissestelahMy friends and I had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites. It’s a good walking distance to the Pike Place Market and Space Needle. The staff members were also very accommodating when we asked if we could leave our all our big luggage for one night as went to Leavenworth for a day. We’ll definutely stay here again when we go back to Seattle!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
