Hotel 3 stelle a San Antonio

Everyone was super friendly, our room was clean and “the best room ever” according to our kids. We were super happy with our stay and we will definitely return!

Grande esperienza. La reception era molto accomodante e molto gentile. Hanno offerto ai miei bambini snack gratuiti. Stanza pulita e silenziosa. Ci tornerei.

In generale, la colazione è buona, il cibo è molto delizioso, il prezzo non è economico. La stanza divisa inizialmente è vicino al club notturno. Sono andata a letto a mezzanotte. Dopo aver detto alla signorina Reception, è molto tranquilla e molto piacevole cambiare una notte. San Antonio è una piccola città molto spaventosa, il prezzo sarà un po' inferiore, il fiume cammina molto bene.

Abbiamo apprezzato il soggiorno. Il nostro soggiorno consisteva di 3 notti. Purtroppo rimaniamo durante la pandemia di Covid 19. Non abbiamo avuto la colazione gratuita. Ma questo è un ottimo hotel. Il bonus è la piscina. Bella messa a punto. La mia unica lamentela è che abbiamo dovuto chiedere costantemente gli asciugamani. Camere pulite. Camere di discrete dimensioni. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Di sicuro da tornare.

Only downside of this hotel is the parking is valey only. Other than that, their location is perfect and we had a wonderful stay even if it was only one night. I also liked the hotel has laundry rooms in different floors. It is not much but it is a great difference when you are traveling with a toddler for a long time. Any way, I can easily recommend this hotel. If you are okay with puplic parking while staying which I believe will cost almost 75% of the hotels valey price, you don't have to pay for private parking either.

La posizione è buona per Fiesta Texas, a circa 6 minuti. Sono a breve disposizione secondo il personale. Il check-in ha preso quasi un'ora perché le camere non sono pulite o pronte. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 persone con 2 asciugamani e una lavastoviglie nella stanza. Il personale era amichevole e ci ha dato la somma appropriata dopo averci chiesto. Dovete controllare prima della mezzanotte o la prenotazione della stanza è “chiusa” siamo stati in ritardo controllare, così ha reso difficile il resto del giorno, perché siamo stati in ritardo a quel punto.

The room was very spacious. Bathroom was clean and stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, and bath soap. The carpet was pretty dirty overall and multiple large stains which I tried to overlook because I only stayed 1 night and the room was very large as mentioned above. Staff was friendly.

The hotel looks more run down than the photos portrayed. Homeless people just around the corner, and that made us a little uneasy... but they seemed to keep to themselves and posed no immediate threat. Wallpaper peeling in multiple places, shower curtain torn at 2 places where attached to the shower rod, wires under AC exposed and could pose a tripping hazard. The room is dark, with 4 lamps and one wall light by the door. The lamps just lit the room somewhat. The bathroom lights were also dull. Beds were comfy. Shower was nice, needed a slip mat though. View out the back windows was awful. And on Thursday nights and maybe the weekend, there's an outdoor band playing right next door, loud enough to keep you awake into early hours. Only 1 of the 2 elevators was operating, and it broke down twice on two different days. The staff was very quick at getting it fixed, and it seems this is a common occurrence with a note on the wall giving a warning. Breakfast was good, but bacon would have been nice. The staff was amazing, sweet, and considerate of our needs. If you don't mind ”not new”, then this hotel would be nice for you. Connie from TN Stayed 3 nights
