Walk out the sliders to a covered wrap around deck with comfortable patio furniture as well as an outdoor dining table to seat 6. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails .The downstairs basement walks out to a patio with a patio set to lounge in the shade. The lower level features 3 bedrooms; one king room, one queen room, and one twin bunk bed room. There is also another full bathroom with shower. The lower level also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Propane grill available for use.Then make your way down to the water which features a large composite deck with numerous Adirondack chairs, and huge sandy beach area. You will have access to the shed at the deck to store your water toys, life jackets or any other lake equipment you might have during your stay. Within the shed is a mini fridge to keep your drinks chilled during those warm sunny Michigan days. After a fun filled day; relax at night by the fire pit. You will also have access to your own private dock in the water and use of a manual boat lift if you choose to bring a small to midsized speed boat or fishing boat. If you choose not to use the lift, you are welcome to tie your boat to the dock. Beautiful and Private Upper Silver Lake cottage with gorgeous lake views and only minutes away from downtown Silver Lake and the dunes! We fell in love with this lovely Pure Michigan property with separate private access to Silver Lakes. It is our happy place. This summer home gives out a vibe of a chill and homey Michigan cottage. The house boasts of a large 1700 sq ft of living space and only 2 houses away from the lakefront. There is a large deck that we enjoy our meals "al fresca". There are string lights and candles that makes dinner and wine just so perfect. There is a front yard sitting area, as well as (2) separate fire pit for a large group to enjoy. One in the backyard and one by the lakefront to enjoy the sunset. There is no rental in the area that can offer the best of both world to have private access to Silver Lakes and for a group to enjoy a huge northern woods backyard. In the backyard, there is enough room to set-up nets for Volleyball, badminton, and pickleball. There is a living room and a family room if you need to have a separate play area for the kids. The dining table can accommodate 8. One of my other favorite feature of the house is the outdoor shower with hot water. Nothing like watching the dense stars above when you are showering. Our property includes a separate lakefront that has a large gazebo, fire pit, seating area and dock where you can swim in Silver Lake, launch kayak , paddleboard or other water equipment. This is a short 2 minute walk and is only for your private use. The Silver Lake State Park is a short 10 minute walk. This is an option for a beach and playground. The Little Sable Point Lighthouse is a short drive for a tour of the lighthouse or a day at the Lake Michigan beach. We have four (4) Bedrooms with queen bed per bedroom. It is advertised as sleeps 10 using a queen air mattress in the family room. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. We also provide toiletries and towels and quality beddings.
