The owners relocated on the property and loved the charm of the home and decided to share as a rental for those who need to slow down. It is centrally located in the Hill Country, 3 miles from Blanco, and approximately 35 miles from San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg, San Marcos, and Marble Falls. The home has 3 bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king size bed with bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms have a bathroom in between with a tub. The master bathroom has tub and shower. Also included are 2 TV's with DirecTV . The house also has a couch in living room that will make into a double bed. A complete kitchen with microwave, keurig coffee maker, stove , fridge, and dishwasher. House visitors often enjoy seeing the deer and other country wildlife.
