Hotel 3 stelle a Ürgüp

We stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience. Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would love to come back again!

Küçük bir butik otel. 7-8 Haziran 2025 tarihlerinde aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otel Ürgüp'te tarihi vadiyi hakim bir konumdan görüyor. İşletme sahibi Turgut Bey müşterilerle bizzat ilgileniyor. Kapadokya yöresinde görmeniz gereken yerler hakkında bilgi veriyor, böylelikle bölge hakkında bizim gibi bir fikriniz olmasa da bilinçli bir şekilde geziyorsunuz. 2 gün dolu dolu güzel bir tatil yapıp evimize döndük. Özellikle Turgut Bey'e çok teşekkür ediyorum. Şansı ve müşterisi bol olsun.

Abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno! 🤍 Usman bey, il proprietario, e sua madre ci trattavano come famiglia e erano sempre gentili, curati e utili. Ci hanno aiutato con tour, prenotazioni e raccomandazioni intorno a Cappadocia. Il colazione era delizioso, l'hotel era accogliente e pulito, e la posizione era molto conveniente solo circa un'unità 5-minute da Göreme. Ci sentivamo molto benvenuti e si consiglierebbe sicuramente questo posto! ♥️

⭐An Unforgettable Experience! Staying at the Turkish Cave House was absolutely amazing! The place itself is a dream—unique, cozy, and full of charm. The home-made food was delicious and added such a personal touch to the stay. But what truly stood out was the host, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel like family. I will definitely be visiting again and sharing this hidden gem with all my friends. Highly recommended!

La famiglia è molto tranquilla in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo ricevuto un benvenuto molto caldo e il servizio è stato grande. La stanza e le strutture erano molto pulite e ben decorate. La colazione (e anche la cena) è servita su una terrazza sul tetto con una bella vista, e se siete interessati la famiglia vi aiuterà a organizzare un volo o un tour di pallone. La famiglia ha un cane carino (Shepherd)

Hotel eccellente, servizio molto buono. Amichevole del personale. Raccomando di visitare tutti. Le aspettative sono state superiori a me. Sono così felice di aver scelto questo hotel.

Cosy and affordable hotel with wonderful hosts, overall decent breakfast (the bread is amazing), and they have turkish coffee here . Some really nice views from the balcony and you can hike up the hill just outside the hotel for a sunrise. On the downside location is a bit remote so you'd have to taxi in and out, a taxi to Goreme centre will cost about 10 Euros one way. Also the room isn't soundproof so hopefully your neigbors aren't noisy but you get some wonderful birds chirping in the morning. Ilhan the manager and Nergis the owner helped us plan our trip even before we arrived, they can help you plan and organize private tours if you want i.e. hot air baloon, underground city, airport transfer or any time you need to book a cab. All the other staff were really down to earth and nice people. We had a wonderful time.

L'hotel ha un bel cortile, le strutture complessive sono molto nuove, e la nostra camera familiare è molto grande.Il colazione è molto ricco e le uova di pepe.All'inizio, la nostra camera era un po' umida, e il giorno dopo ci ha cambiato in camera al secondo piano. Anche se la posizione dell'hotel non è nella città di Gramey, la palla calda di base e la linea verde sono all'interno della portata gratuita.Vale la pena raccomandare.

Exceptional Stay at Melis Cave Hotel – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melis Cave Hotel in Ürgüp, Cappadocia, and it far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and genuine care from the staff made me feel truly valued and at home in this stunning cave hotel setting. I had booked a standard room, but upon check-in, I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The room was not only comfortable and elegantly designed but also offered the unique charm of a traditional Cappadocian cave dwelling combined with modern amenities. It was quiet, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days of exploring the magical fairy chimneys and historical sites of the region. The service went well beyond standard expectations. The hotel provided complimentary transportation, which proved incredibly convenient for visiting local attractions. On my final day, they thoughtfully arranged free food—a generous and welcome gesture that added a personal touch to my departure. Additionally, the staff provided a detailed map of the area and were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, bookings, or any other needs that arose. Their proactive and attentive support truly enhanced my entire experience.

Outside of hotel presentable, secure parking, kinda a busy road, all day most of night, people were friendly and accommodating, room was severely outdated and small Not worth the $77/night, I believe they said building is 35y old, I feel like the mattress is original, lumpy , very noisy/creeky, not even a nightstand in each side for cell phone /watet etc. Breakfast was sparse but did the job
