Yaşlı misafirler için alt odalardan teavsiye ederim. Otopark sorunu olmadı.tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum"

Küçük bir butik otel. 7-8 Haziran 2025 tarihlerinde aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Otel Ürgüp'te tarihi vadiyi hakim bir konumdan görüyor. İşletme sahibi Turgut Bey müşterilerle bizzat ilgileniyor. Kapadokya yöresinde görmeniz gereken yerler hakkında bilgi veriyor, böylelikle bölge hakkında bizim gibi bir fikriniz olmasa da bilinçli bir şekilde geziyorsunuz. 2 gün dolu dolu güzel bir tatil yapıp evimize döndük. Özellikle Turgut Bey'e çok teşekkür ediyorum. Şansı ve müşterisi bol olsun.

Utente ospiteWe stayed at Potamia Cave Hotel for 3 nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The cave room was beautifully designed. Cozy, clean, and full of authentic caves. Every corner of the hotel felt magical and thoughtfully maintained.
The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious Turkish breakfast and a great variety of local dishes that made every morning special.
The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and romantic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Cappadocia. Waking up in a cave room was such a unique and memorable experience.
Thank you to the entire Potamia Cave Hotel team for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We would love to come back again!

Zimmer war wunderschön mit Hamam 😍 aber Da unser Zimmer ganz unten war hatten wir keinen Netz. WLAN hat ab bestimmter Uhrzeit nicht mehr funktioniert. Warmes Wasser ging 2tage lang nicht nachdem wir es gemeldet haben. Hat sich der Personal sofort darum gekümmert.

L'esperienza che abbiamo recentemente in questo hotel è stata fantastica, specialmente il personale di servizio è super entusiasta!
Non solo ci hanno aiutato a contattare tutti i tipi di interessanti progetti di gioco, ma anche a raccomandare cibo locale, e tutto è molto delizioso.Inoltre, hanno anche organizzato il traffico per noi all'aeroporto, e il nostro viaggio è incomparabile.Il tipo di colazione è molto grande! Ci portano la fame all'inizio di ogni giorno.
E'specialmente importante ricordare che quando usciamo di notte e aspettamo il pallone caldo, il personale dell'hotel è in mezzo alla notte preoccupato per la nostra sicurezza e ci ricorda.Soprattutto il piccolo fratello sulla foto, il suo entusiasmo e la sua professione ci fanno sentire particolarmente confortevole e felice! La qualità del servizio di questo hotel supera le nostre aspettative. Si raccomanda fortemente ai nostri amici che intendono viaggiare qui.

Utente ospiteL'hotel ha un bel cortile, le strutture complessive sono molto nuove, e la nostra camera familiare è molto grande.Il colazione è molto ricco e le uova di pepe.All'inizio, la nostra camera era un po' umida, e il giorno dopo ci ha cambiato in camera al secondo piano. Anche se la posizione dell'hotel non è nella città di Gramey, la palla calda di base e la linea verde sono all'interno della portata gratuita.Vale la pena raccomandare.

Cosy and affordable hotel with wonderful hosts, overall decent breakfast (the bread is amazing), and they have turkish coffee here . Some really nice views from the balcony and you can hike up the hill just outside the hotel for a sunrise. On the downside location is a bit remote so you'd have to taxi in and out, a taxi to Goreme centre will cost about 10 Euros one way. Also the room isn't soundproof so hopefully your neigbors aren't noisy but you get some wonderful birds chirping in the morning.
Ilhan the manager and Nergis the owner helped us plan our trip even before we arrived, they can help you plan and organize private tours if you want i.e. hot air baloon, underground city, airport transfer or any time you need to book a cab. All the other staff were really down to earth and nice people. We had a wonderful time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melis Cave Hotel in Ürgüp, Cappadocia, and it far exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and genuine care from the staff made me feel truly valued and at home in this stunning cave hotel setting.
I had booked a standard room, but upon check-in, I was delighted to be upgraded to a spacious and beautifully appointed suite. The room was not only comfortable and elegantly designed but also offered the unique charm of a traditional Cappadocian cave dwelling combined with modern amenities. It was quiet, impeccably clean, and provided a perfect sanctuary after days of exploring the magical fairy chimneys and historical sites of the region.
The service went well beyond standard expectations. The hotel provided complimentary transportation, which proved incredibly convenient for visiting local attractions. On my final day, they thoughtfully arranged free food—a generous and welcome gesture that added a personal touch to my departure. Additionally, the staff provided a detailed map of the area and were always ready to assist with recommendations, directions, bookings, or any other needs that arose. Their proactive and attentive support truly enhanced my entire experience.

Such a lovely host at this hotel. We loved the suite, with the amazing jacuzzi, lounge space and the room which had a king-size bed and a single bed for our child. The breakfast was outstanding and the view over the city too. We'll be back!

Violetta.The stay was overall okay. The hotel had paid parking, which was a little inconvenient. Unfortunately, the bathtub was not working properly and water was leaking. We informed the staff, but it was only fixed the following day, which was quite unpleasant. Apart from this issue, everything else was fine and the staff were helpful.
