Hotel 3 stelle a Udon Thani

We had a very pleasant 8-night stay and would happily come back. The room was bright, clean, and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. During our 8 days, we received fresh towels three times, and when we kindly asked if the bed sheets could be changed, the staff happily took care of it. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. The hotel staff and owners are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always made us feel comfortable and were genuinely caring throughout our stay. The view from the room is pleasant both during the day and at night. It is also a quiet room overall. The only occasional disturbance was some construction work early in the morning on one or two days, but it wasn't a major issue. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cool. We especially appreciated that it includes a cleaning/anti-mold function, as we've had unpleasant experiences with moldy-smelling air conditioners in other hotels (like) before. The location is excellent. Directly across the street is a huge shopping center with a large Lotus's supermarket and many other well-known stores. It is also only about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. Services like Grab (Taxi, Food, and Mart), iDrive, LINEMAN, as well as the 7-Eleven and Lotus's apps all worked perfectly from this location, making it very convenient. The only downside during our stay was the Wi-Fi on the 6th floor. The signal was already weak in our room, and during the last three or four days it unfortunately stopped working completely. Thankfully, we had a True SIM card with mobile data, so we were still able to browse the internet and even stream movies without any problems. The lobby also offers drinks and snacks for purchase. Prices are only slightly higher than in the supermarket. As a small suggestion rather than criticism, it could be a nice bonus if these were offered at supermarket prices, as some hotels do. It would be a lovely way to stand out even more and add extra value for guests. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone for your hospitality - we truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly recommend this hotel to others!

E'un po' lontano dal centro della città, quindi è difficile andare in giro senza trasportare. Oltre a questo, era tranquillo e comodo La colazione è stata particolarmente buona, ma non c'è posto per mangiare intorno all'hotel, quindi si può mangiare all'hotel anche tardi. Il riso arricchito ha saputo eccellente Il punto di svantaggio è che il bagno e la doccia sono troppo stretti.

A very pleasant hotel. I stayed here for quite a long time. Not all staff speak English fluently, but they genuinely try to help, which is appreciated. The hotel is located a bit far from the “central” part of Udon, but that’s not really an issue — taxis are plentiful, and you can quickly get anywhere you need. Near the hotel, you’ll find many local shops where you can buy pretty much everything you need. The room itself is quite spacious, and the bed is comfortable — not too firm. Housekeeping can be done every day upon request. They also provide two bottles of water daily (even if you’re not in the room, they’ll leave them by your door), which is a nice touch. Be careful with food in the room — don’t leave it out for too long, or you’ll get a full parade of ants :) It’s not a big deal, but it might bother some people. Ants are common across Thailand, so this isn’t really the hotel’s fault. Overall, I recommend it. It’s not quite a full 5-star experience yet, but it definitely deserves a solid 4 stars.

The hotel is well maintained and everything works fine eventhough the AC was little bit noisy. Not a bad location if you go to the Central Plaza everyday, you can either walk for 10 minutes and call a grab which will also take 10 minutes.

La camera era di dimensioni accettabili, ma l'illuminazione era scarsa e non molto luminosa. La stanza sembrava piuttosto vecchia, come se fosse stata appena ristrutturata, e aveva un leggero odore di muffa. L'interno sembrava pulito, ma il balcone era molto sporco, con escrementi di uccelli e un aspetto poco invitante. Siamo stati qui per 3 giorni e 2 notti. Il personale non è stato molto attento. Abbiamo chiesto loro di controllare l'aria condizionata il secondo giorno perché la prima notte faceva troppo caldo perché non l'avevamo regolata. Non sono venuti a ripararla, quindi abbiamo dovuto farlo noi. Il giorno dopo non c'era il servizio di pulizia; hanno solo lasciato due bottiglie d'acqua fuori dalla stanza. Apprezzerei un servizio più attento per i nostri ospiti.

It was hard to find. We arrived late at night, and we had to go back and forth. Our Grab driver was kind enough not to leave us until he was able to speak to the owner and let us in. Nobody was there. Maybe because it was almost 9pm? The pipe of the toilet's sink was broken. The room was big, though, but the bed was a bit hard.
