The room was really clean and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom a little smelly but no issues. It is mildly noisy (we were downstairs right at the back of the long corridor) and there were complimentary ear plugs provided but not needed. The staff were helpful and relatively friendly. It’s a great location and there is a lot happening around the place.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 4 notti. Il personale dell'hotel era tutto incredibile e molto utile. Ci hanno raccolti dal pier con i nostri sacchetti e li hanno portati direttamente nella stanza, e lo stesso lasciando l'isola. L'hotel è tutte le cabine di punta di albero individuali. Questo può essere un passeggiata/lunga passeggiata su una collina alla camera a seconda di quale si soggiorna. L'hotel è situato sulla spiaggia con una spiaggia privata che è bella. Puoi camminare attraverso la spiaggia per 3 minuti alla strada principale intorno Phi Phi. 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel a ristoranti/supposti. Prendendo 15 minuti a piedi al pier. O si può ottenere un taxi barca-collo direttamente dalla spiaggia dell'hotel per portarti intorno all'isola o per viaggi di giorno. Il colazione dell'hotel è stato 5/10. Il buffet stile medio. Il bar della piscina non esiste quando eravamo lì e non sembrava aperto da molto tempo. Le camere sono state pulite ogni giorno. Non consiglierei l'hotel per bambini piccoli o persone con mobilità ridotta.

Ho soggiornato qui con il mio partner il 6 marzo 2024 e dovevo stare per due notti. Ho prenotato una camera gemella, la camera era datata e dolce e non così glamourosa come mostrato sul sito web. Mentre dormivo alle 05:00, ho sentito rumore che tremavano e soffocavano sopra di me, provenendo dai venti dell’aria che continuavano a diventare più alti, quando si avvicinava. Prima di notte ho notato che c’era un buco nel tetto sopra il letto, e poi un ratto cade dal tetto sul mio viso, ovviamente causando grave angoscia. Il mio partner e io siamo riusciti a catturare il ratto su video e poi siamo arrivati al desk e non abbiamo capito che nessuno era in ricezione nonostante il sito web che era aperto 24 ore. A circa le 7:00 abbiamo parlato con un lavoratore dell'hotel che sta preparando la colazione e gli ha mostrato il video e spiegato cosa è successo, era bello e così utile quanto poteva essere e ci ha informato che il manager sarebbe venuto. Il manager non è arrivato per quasi un'ora, la situazione è stata spiegata al manager e ha accettato la piena responsabilità e si è scusato. Non era disposto a offrire un rimborso se rimassimo in un'altra stanza l'altra notte. Abbiamo deciso di lasciare le isole Phi Phi e abbiamo accettato il rimborso completo attraverso il sito web di prenotazione. Questo è stato un incidente molto preoccupante e qualcosa che non mi aspettavo di accadre in un hotel che è ritrattato come un soggiorno di lusso.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at PP Mountain Hotel during our stay on Koh Phi Phi. Resort situato su una spiaggia molto tranquilla, Long Beach, a circa 30 minuti a piedi e 5-10 minuti di coda lunga dal centro abitato. Strutture corrette.
Per evidenziare l'eccellente servizio di questo hotel. Ci hanno fatto fare il check out alle 14:00, hanno curato mia figlia e mia moglie per eruzioni cutanee dovute ad alghe/meduse….insomma l'attenzione ricevuta è stata eccezionale! Grazie mille!!!

Hotel in una bella posizione, vista mare favolosa grazie a una grossa vetrata e un ampio terrazzo che purtroppo non è minimamente separato dalle altre camere quindi non c’è privacy. Tenete conto che ci sono 10 minuti di camminata per arrivare in centro, ma ne vale la pena perché si è in un posto più tranquillo, meno rumoroso. La struttura è ben fatta ma un po’ vecchiotta e come in tutti gli alberghi provati in Thailandia mancano un po’ di manutenzione e pulizie straordinarie (ad esempio i grossi accumuli di calcare sui rubinetti e nella doccia). Colazione discreta, non molto varia, buona ma nulla di eccezionale. Effettuano il servizio di prelievo bagagli direttamente all’arrivo al porto in modo da non doverli portare fino all’hotel a piedi.

Phi Phi Island is an amazing place to visit and staying at this hotel will definitely make your trip even more memorable. The hotel's proximity to the pier is a big advantage as it allows for easy access by long tail boat. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and they even offer pick-up services from the pier which is a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's restaurant serves delicious food and the beach is just a few steps away, making it convenient to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The snorkeling experience is simply breathtaking and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The night show is a great way to spend the evenings and is highly recommended. In addition, Maya Bay is only a short 20-25 minute ride from the hotel. On the flip side, the wifi in our room wasn't working properly, but the inclusion of Netflix on the TV kept our kids entertained. All in all, this hotel is definitely a great choice for anyone planning a trip to Phi Phi Island.

Top hotel op loopafstand van slinky beach. Goede kamers. Heerlijk zwembad en toch relatief rustig maar zo in de drukte. Ontbijt was inbegrepen en prima. Je kan ook bij hun tours en boottickets boeken. Prijs is ook goed. Ik heb me prima vermaakt daar voor 3 nachten

Great party hotel. Booked 3 villa garden view rooms. Private pool was the best. Rooms were clean and better than the photos on Agoda.Breakfast was good taking in consideration it is an island. Staff were friendly and helpfull. It is a party hotel, so be ready for the noise. Did not bother us. I will be back.

We had a wonderfull time here. Honestly, we were a bit freightened by some of the reviews before we got here, but none of it was true. Excellent location, hospitable host at the reception, clean and nice looking room with all the wood. There was a mistake in our booking that they were more than willing to fix without any additional costs. All in all, the price/quality ratio was great. I would advice them to redecorate the garden though. Although the pool is great, the lack of chairs or couches is rather inconvinient. And all the tiles make it warmer than it has to be.

Ho trascorso in questo piccolo resort 4 giorni perfetti! Oggi purtroppo andrò via. Comincio col dire che le recensioni presenti non corrispondono alla realtà e leggerle potrebbe scoraggiare, io stessa ero titubante ma volendo una camera sulla spiaggia le ho ignorate…PER FORTUNA! Il resort si trova su una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola, Long Beach, ha delle ville stupende fronte spiaggia, caratteristica che troverete in pochi resort sull’isola. È immerso in un giardino tropicale molto bello e durante la notte e il giorno uccellini, grilli e cicale va terranno per voi. La mia villa aveva un patio/terrazza con 2 sedie a sdraio, un ombrellone grande, un piccolo tavolino e la spiaggia a 10 passi, 10 passi reali, e una porta finestra grande su tutta la parete. La camera è spaziosa, circa 60 mq, con il letto proprio con vista mare, addormentarsi e svegliarsi guardando il mare non ha prezzo, eppure questo resort costa meno di altri pochi che hanno questa caratteristica. Il bagno ha una doccia grandissima e una parete con guardaroba, acqua calda e getto fantastico. Il wi-fi funziona benissimo, in camera, in terrazza, in tutte le aree del resort e anche in spiaggia. Pulizia eccellente, teli bagno cambiati ogni giorno, senza macchie e profumatissimi. Dotazione di acqua, caffè e the in camera, con macchinetta del caffè con le capsule…una vera chicca! Climatizzatore perfetto, di ultima generazione e posizionato in modo strategico. La porta finestra ha la zanzariera, unico posto dove l’ho trovata durante il mio viaggio, quindi in stanza nessuna zanzara. Luci in ogni dove e per tutti i gusti, soffuse, potenti, faresti, comodino, e prese ovunque (anche in bagno davanti lo specchio). Il staff è dolcissimo e gentilissimo. La colazione è servita su una terrazza proprio fronte mare, non è un buffet vario ma c’è veramente tutto, dal dolce al salato: frutta varia (già sbucciata), uova espresse come vi piace, crepe alla banana (le mie preferite), macedonia di frutta tropicale, pane, croissant, riso, salsiccie e prosciutto, e qualche piatto tradizionale thai…piccola ma completa di tutto. La spiaggia dedicata ai bagnanti viene pulita ogni mattina…finalmente non troverete plastica e spazzatura e la sabbia bianca e il mare trasparente sono un vero piacere finalmente. Il resort non è vicinissimo alla città, per fortuna, ed è servito dai taxi boat che sostano ai lati della spiaggia privata. È vero che c’è un via vai continuo di traghetti e navi veloci ma è normale, come in qualsiasi altro punto dell’isola che in qualche modo bisogna pur arrivarci. Ci sono camere e ville di diverso livello ma io vi consiglio assolutamente una villa fronte mare, dalla vostra terrazza andrete a fare un bagno e poi potete mettervi comodi sui vostri lettini ad ammirare il mare azzurro con una cornice di alberi, una vista su Maya Bay, farfalle variopinte e frangipani profumati. La stanza aveva un bellissimo sentimento tradizionale thailandese con vista eccezionale, e immediatamente ci sentivamo rilassati e felici appena arrivammo! Come vari divertenti e snorkeler, questa zona è sorprendente con una varietà di vita marina colorata e interessante, abbiamo anche usato uno dei (gratuiti) kayak per esplorare una spiaggia vicino per più snorkeling. Il ristorante ha servito alcuni dei cibi thailandesi più dolci che abbiamo avuto, e i cocktail ....Ben cosa posso dire? !Superb e così buon valore per soldi. Il personale vi saluta sempre con il benvenuto e ci ha lasciati, niente è troppo difficile e ci ha sentiti come amici dal primo momento che ci siamo camminati sul resort. La strada della natura attraverso la giungla e fino alla vista vale la pena, lo abbiamo fatto due volte e abbiamo visto scimmie selvatiche il secondo giorno. Si consiglia di usare spray di mosquito per il tratto della giungla che è facilmente disponibile al piccolo negozio di ricezione se non ne avete già. In coppia, godiamo di luoghi tranquilli e rilassanti (a distanza di resistenza e resistenza e di folla) dove possiamo collegare la natura e questo posto è segnato ogni casella! Un'alta luce stava guardando i crab sulla spiaggia mentre ci divertivamo a cena (e qualche cocktail) dopo che il sole si è sceso. Hhold hand journeyÈ il posto più incredibile in cui soggiornare. Posizione molto buona, vicino a tutto, puoi passeggiare per tutta l'isola, già colpito dall'ingresso 😍
È l'aspetto più bello e lussuoso ✨🦋 La colazione è fantastica. Su 10, dare 100. Camera pulita, buone condizioni. Insonorizzazione molto buona anche se l'esterno è un ristorante. C'è anche una piscina. Abbiamo ottenuto una camera di categoria superiore, wow, sono rimasto molto colpito. È un peccato che siamo rimasti solo per una notte. La prossima volta torneremo ☺️💕✨

UUtente ospiteIl check-out sotto la pressione del tempo non ha funzionato, poiché l'hotel aveva bisogno di tempo per controllare la stanza.
Ovviamente è stata colpa nostra essere in ritardo, ma il personale di servizio avrebbe potuto essere più gentile (ci ha incolpato di venire prima la prossima volta invece di accelerare il processo).
L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione e piscina però.

Natale al Phi Phi Relax è qualcosa di unico, il solo accesso al resort è via longtail boat. Pace, relax e bellezza scolpita negli occhi per sempre! Avevamo il bungalow fronte mare.. svegliarsi ed essere gia con i piedi sulla sabbia è impagabile. Nostro figlio si è divertito tantissimo con lo spettacolo serale del fuoco. C'è solo un ristorante, a volte il servizio a lasciato a desiderare ma la qualità dei cibi era buona. Anche la colazione ci è piaciuta! Organizzano escursioni per bamboo island, maya bay ecc a prezzi convenienti e l'escursione è bellissima, compresa di cibo, frutta e bibite durante tutta la giornata!

UUtente ospiteWe enjoyed our three-night stay at the hotel due to its commanding view of the area, isolation from the main town and arranging private long-tail boats tours. The hotel itself is located a short complimentary (check-in and checkout only) long-tail boat ride away from Ao Ton Sai Pier, which we had to wait a few minutes for after arriving by ferry. Once at the hotel, the staff greeted us and walked us up the several flights of stairs. Luggage is transported up to the hotel on a rail mounted cart. Our two bungalows (Bungalow West Seaview and Grand Seaview) had nice views of the Andaman Sea with lots of windows. The bungalows themselves were rather basic and would align with mid-range to slightly budget hotels. Our room was comfortable, including the bed, with all the features we needed and we enjoyed the bungalow feel with all its windows. I would have a preferred a nicer bathroom, due to the bungalows having a wet shower. The air conditioning was also a little noisy. Overall, I likely would pick the bungalow over a similarly appointed hotel with full bathroom. During our two full days, we hired a private long tail boat for 1,500-2,600 bhat/day (through the hotel). We enjoyed this option as we got to specify our schedule and got to Maya Bay before the tour groups. We also enjoyed snorkeling during our day tour. After the second day tour, I went snorkeling in front of the hotel by Shark Point. On our last morning, I asked the hotel about hiring a long-tail boat to take us to Shark Point and was quoted a 1,500 bhat, which felt really expensive considering it was a few hundred meters from the dock. I tried swimming out to Shark Point again, but the current/tide was too strong at times without flippers. You also need to be careful to avoid stepping on sea urchins. Overall, we would recommend the tours. The hotel itself is situated a 30 minute or so walk from the town center. However, we always took the long-tail boat, which cost 100 bhat/person before dusk and 150 bhat/person after. The hotel was fairly quick about getting long-tail boats to take us into town. However, hiring the long-tail boat by the pier to take us back to hotel was normally slow, as they seemed to wait for other people before departing. On one trip back (after a long wait) the boat left closer to the end of dusk and we got high-centered for a little while, due to the low tide. Typically, we would go into town in the late afternoon for groceries, arrange ferries, etc. and come back to have dinner at hotel next door. During Omicron, the town center was fairly busy near the water front, but away from main street many businesses were closed. I expect they all are open now. I preferred the quieter area surrounding the hotel and would likely choose to stay away from town center even if it meant dealing with expensive long-tail boat trips to town.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era bella, eravamo una famiglia di cinque con bambini. Camera spaziosa, vista grande, bagno adeguato. Il posto stesso si sentiva un po' in basso e le passi metterebbero molte persone fuori di stare qui. Tutto andava bene, non ci sconvolssimo all'hotel, non chiese la nostra stanza pulita, non ci lamentavamo, erano tranquilli e rispettabili, eccetera. Quindi, quando siamo venuti a controllare, ci sconvolssimo così per scoprire che ci saremmo stati multati per aver passato tra 20 minuti. Sappiamo che le regole sono regole, ma sappiamo anche che c'è discrezione e senso comune. Non possiamo semplicemente capire perché un hotel come questo, che ha bisogno di tutto l'aiuto che può ottenere è attivamente lasciare che gli ospiti relativamente felici andare su una cattiva nota!!! Una multa di 200 baht per controllare l'uscita porta a una sola cosa: una revisione negativa.

CChrisSmithOn the whole as Phi Phi is a small enough place the hotel was well located. Away from all the noise but close enough that everything is quickly and easily accessible.
The staff were all lovely, and always willing to help.
We didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool but many others did and it seemed like a decent pool.
The only shortcomings would be the absence of an iron, although a steamer is available to use at reception it is a little inconvenient. The second would be air conditioning. The AC didn’t work very well and as it was very humid during our stay this was sorely missed. Finally, the shower units could use some attention as in the room we had the shower heads pointed in a direction that soaked the bathroom.
That being said our stay was very pleasant and the friendliness of the staff was key!

UUtente ospiteNOT FOR FAMILYS OR COUPLES!!! WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND TO YOUNG GROUPS WHO DONT CARE OF THE ROOMS. I stayed here 6 years ago and it was quite a nice place, so I decided to come back with my partner. Upon walking to the hotel, there's a bridge with what I can only describe as a sewer which leads directly to the sea, it turns your stomach before you even enter the resort. We was welcomed by a lady on reception who checked us in. I had wrote to them the day early to ask if a staff member could meet us at the port to help with bags and show us directions to the resort as I forgot the way. They confirmed someone would meet us, I sent them my arrival time and no one showed up. And what a shock, every guest for the next 2 days we're complaining the same at reception. Anyway, onto the room. I had booked a deluxe bungalow (photos attached). It was full of dead bugs, it hadn't been cleaned in months, the bed sheets were stained, and the 'garden view' was a small area full of rubbish. To make it even better, it was on the sewer stream too. A lizard ran into my room when I opened the door, my partner had to remove 3 long centipede things from the room on the first day. The night time the entire bungalow, or shed we should name I, was rattling with the booming music til 4am from the beach, also not advertised... I complained to TRIP.COM who I booked the hotel with, who were also extremely useless in helping me, so I went to the reception and complained to the lady who said, the entire resort is noisy... ??? Why not state on your website it's for young kids who want to get drunk all holiday then??? Anyway, we was DOWNGRADED to a hotel room above the lobby. Exactly the same thing, dirty showers, stained bed sheets, dirty fridge, full of dead spiders. The noise was slightly less as that was the ONLY room with double glazed windows. I managed to stay 3 nights because everywhere else on the island was fully booked. My stay was supposed to be 5 nights. I'm 30 years old, me and my partner live in Magaluf, so we're are FAR from fussy. But this place is beyond a joke. The lady laughed at me when checking out early and didn't even ask why or apologie or offer a refund for my stay. One last thing, I saw a family try check in. The lady had a new born baby and a girl ages around 3/4yrs. There room had been cancelled without knowledge and was stood there for over an hour crying and upset as they had no where to stay. WITH A NEW BORN BABY!!!!!!!! I Think this was resolved but I highly doubt they got any sleep what so ever. If you want your trip to phi phi to be ruined, I advise staying here. If not, check out the opposite side of the island, the hotels are the same price and 10x higher standards.
