MMaskahIl miglior servizio che abbiamo mai sperimentato! Il Ferra Hotel è in posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle attività acquatiche di White Beach. Le strutture e i comfort sono ottimi per la fascia di prezzo. Ma c'è un motivo in particolare per cui consiglio vivamente questo hotel: la cordialità del personale e il servizio impeccabile! Viaggiamo molto in Asia e in Europa e siamo abituati a diverse categorie di hotel. Ma anche rispetto alle nostre esperienze in hotel decisamente più costosi ed esclusivi, il servizio al Ferra Garden è eccezionale. Da tutto il personale della reception, al personale di servizio al bar o al ristorante, fino al personale delle pulizie, tutti in questo hotel sono più che cordiali e cortesi. Non sono mai falsi o esagerati, ma sempre autentici. Ogni sguardo casuale si trasforma in un sorriso radioso e ogni conversazione mostra genuino interesse e disponibilità. Mentre ci sediamo nel ristorante dell'hotel accanto e ripensiamo all'impareggiabile servizio, mi rendo conto che ora trovo il modo di comunicare nella maggior parte degli hotel ancora più spiacevole, perché sembra un po' sottomesso. Questa recensione potrebbe sembrare esagerata, ma vorrei ringraziare sinceramente l'intero team per questa esperienza e la direzione per questa incomparabile cultura aziendale.

My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel very kindly upgraded our room and put us closer to the sea at JONY'S BEACH RESORT, with the sea just across the road.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff. The hotel staff are very friendly, smiling, and pleasant people. They will help you with anything and tell you everything you need to know.
They decorated our room and the wall in honor of our anniversary and scattered rose petals on the bed, which was very sweet and pleasant. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a very tasty welcome drink, which was freshly squeezed watermelon. In our experience, it was the most delicious drink among other hotels.
Breakfast with a sea view is wonderful, a great restaurant. The excellent JONY'S restaurant on the beach, I recommend it to everyone!
The hotel provides currency exchange, which is very convenient. If you are leaving early in the morning and don't have time for breakfast, they will give you sandwiches to take with you, and you can choose the flavor yourself. It was very nice, we enjoyed the sandwiches and water at the airport!
Thank you to the very friendly staff, the wonderful girls at the reception, the administration, and the entire hotel for a great time. We left with wonderful impressions and very warm memories of you.

UUtente ospiteBella camera con vista sul mare. La camera è pulita, c'è un enorme balcone con sedie a sdraio, una notte ho dormito sul balcone, ma sono stato punto dalle zanzare (è l'unico inconveniente che ho notato). L'hotel è tenuto a fornire repellenti per zanzare nelle camere. Un ristorante con cibo delizioso e vario. 1a linea di negoziazione: molto rumore dovuto alla musica e ai venditori (di tutto, sono presenti a ogni metro). La prima linea del mare e il silenzio sono cose incompatibili nella prima e nella seconda stazione di Boracay. Dopo il mare potrete fare una doccia (lavarvi i piedi) senza entrare in camera. I lettini prendisole sono gratuiti per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Bellissimo ordine.

YYaLenkaWe decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel.
We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

NNeil ChristianOur stay at this hotel in Boracay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
The staff and manager were outstanding very friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were more than happy to assist with all of our requests, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied at all times. Their excellent service really made our vacation extra special.
The room and facilities were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere after a long day at the beach. You can really feel the attention to detail and care put into keeping the place spotless and inviting.
As a small and friendly suggestion, it would be wonderful to have a full-body mirror in each room. It would be a nice addition for guests to do a quick outfit or fit check before heading out to enjoy Boracay 😊
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay unforgettable!

Check in process was fine and we expect a very basic room for the price paid and it was the only hotel available but when we entered the room, there was an infestation of ants. We notified housekeeping who did attend to the issue right away while we went outside to Kam’s restaurant which was so cool and awesome with great views on the beach of the sunset. Food was decent and nearly half the price of the island and double the portions.
The biggest disappointment was that we paid for breakfast which was to be served from 6am and we had to leave for the airport (5 minute walk away) at 7am. I notified the waitresses who took my order the night before. When I woke up at 6 and went down to the restaurant expecting the food to be ready, they hadn’t even begun cooking it and proceeded to take my order again. I waited 15 minutes but still not served so when I chased them they still had not even started cooking so I just asked for coffee to which they said it was the 3-1 satchet so I thought fine, it’ll take a minute and I can take the coffee to my room whilst we get ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no rush to make it and didn’t not understand my own urgency so I told them to bring to the room which they eventually did. It was also annoying that they didn’t even have another customer in the restaurant so there was no reason why the food was not ready or even cooked on time.
