"Location is perfect, as it is located inside Patan Durbar - a heritage site of Kathmandu. It's also convenient, near a lot of restaurants from Western to Japanese and Korean, a cafeteria, and more. There's a square where you can enjoy local street food, bobatea, and fast food at very cheap price.
Staff are friendly and supportive. They’re a family with 2 sons and their father. If you want to go out after 10pm, you have to tell them so they can wait and open the door for you cause they’ll lock the door at 10pm. For me, it's a lot safer.
I booked only 1 week at first for testing, but everything is ok for me so I extended it."

SSHARMILAI had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

SSaku3パタンど真ん中にあり、とてもアクセスが良い。ホテルの場所が事前情報で分かりにくく、住所の場所でバイクタクシーを降りる。写真のピンク矢印の方がK2home。青い方はCafeになっている。入り口は施錠されているので、青い部分のベルを押すと紫部分からFamilyが顔を出してくれる。感じがとても良い。ウォーターサーバーもあるが部屋には歯ブラシ・歯磨き粉あり。お湯もふんだんに出るしいうことナシだが、一つシャワールームのブラインドがしたまで下がらないので、シャワーやトイレの時に難あり

UUtente ospiteЧудеснейший отель! Очень внимательный персонал, замечательное, спокойное, даже умиротворенное место. С точки зрения посещения на пару дней Лалитпура - идеальное расположение, рядом с площадью Дурбар, но при этом не шумно и - что немаловажно - не пыльно.
Будьте внимательны - это исторический отель (heritage hotel) - невысокий потолок прямо в комнате согласно лучшим традициям неварской архитектуры. Вкуснейшая еда в ресторане (и завтрак, и ужин).

UUtente ospiteA quaint hotel situated in the Patan area of Katmandhu close to a bustling (in some cases too bustling) market area and some beautiful temples. We were upgraded upon arrival which we were most garteful for as it meant one less set of stairs to navigate - all of the restaurants and cafes in the area have very tight access to upper floors. The room was nice however the shower didn't have sufficient pressure for a decent wash. All in all the hotel was good value for money.

離帕坦杜巴走路15分鐘左右 晚上我會喜歡走路去坐一坐
然後酒店在主路上 打車就會比裏面些的方便很多 這是我很喜歡的一點
酒店的工作人員會英語 好交流 會盡力幫助 我要去換錢 指路給我後發現我走錯了 會走出來很遠來追我 帶我去正確的地方

UUtente ospiteThe place is a bit off road and was difficult to locate. The rooms are neat and clean. Towels have seen better days. There is no restaurant and food is ordered through an outside hotel for which a menu is available in the room. This also means there is no way to order hot beverages like tea or coffee. A common kitchen is available if you feel like making your tea or coffee yourself. I didn't check for utensils though. A fair place with a few limitations.

UUtente ospiteIt is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable.
The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years.
It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.
