SSHARMILAI had a wonderful one-night stay at Suite Homes Service Apartment. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and offered a beautiful valley view that made the experience feel peaceful and refreshing.The highlight of my stay was enjoying a yummy breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the stunning scenery — such a perfect way to start the day! The food was fresh, tasty, and served with warm hospitality.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Even for just one night, it felt like a mini getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!

UUtente ospiteThe place is a bit off road and was difficult to locate. The rooms are neat and clean. Towels have seen better days. There is no restaurant and food is ordered through an outside hotel for which a menu is available in the room. This also means there is no way to order hot beverages like tea or coffee. A common kitchen is available if you feel like making your tea or coffee yourself. I didn't check for utensils though. A fair place with a few limitations.

UUtente ospiteIt is a lovely resort, and the scenery is nice. Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I expected it to be. I arrived at 3 AM on my first night; luckily, there was a staff to help us check-in. However, when we went inside our room, we had no hot water for the shower, and the toilet smelled really bad. It must have been an ongoing issue, as I see a scented diffuser inside the toilet. The following day, my other friends shared that they had very hot water in their rooms, and it was so hot that they had difficulties showering. To my surprise, the hot water issue was fixed in the afternoon, but the smelly toilet remained the same. We had to check out three nights earlier as the smell was unbearable.
The spa has not opened, and the gym looks like it hasn't been touched for years.
It's a great place if you don't expect to use the spa and the gym.
