I spent 4 nights here. Good location. If it’s raining you can get to restaurants and shops whilst staying under cover. The receptionist helped me book my tour (half day very good for RM 50 ) and took me to the scooter rental agency. The view of the town was really good. There is a little noise at night. I would have liked a fan. It was nice to have a kettle in my room. I would stay here again for the right price.

La posizione è molto conveniente e la stanza è pulita. Il sistema di riscaldamento dell'acqua non fornisce acqua calda sufficiente per fare doccia. Il parcheggio privato non è stato solo per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Così è sempre pieno durante le ore di apertura del basar vicino (principalmente da 10 a 6). L'hotel ha un bel giardino. È accessibile per ospite e pubblico dell'hotel. È quindi molto rumoroso. Durante l'après-midi c'è una musica maliana molto alta. Posso dormire solo circa 12 ore a mezzanotte. Perché fuori dalle stanze c'è una mini area di gioco elettronica per i bambini. I bambini sono così rumorosi urlando e ridendo. Prima di mattina, alle cinque, ero svegliato dai forte vento soffianti suoni. La canoa di plastica del tetto è così rumoroso. Significa che l'isolamento sonoro della stanza è molto cattivo. Non credo che tornerò di nuovo.

One of the best places to stay in Cameron Highland for families, especially those with children, thanks to the playground, library, and other amenities.
We went for a morning walk around the garden area (there was some renovation going on), but we enjoyed it. Breakfast and night steamboat are excellent.
The room is clean and well-maintained; it does not resemble the old hotel depicted in the photograph.
In terms of location, it is very close to Tanah Rata and a 30-minute drive from Brinchang. Small note: Avoid travelling during peak seasons, such as public holidays.
I would definitely recommend to friends and family; it is one of my favourites stay in Cameron Highland.
Finally, the hotel staff are friendly.

Our recent stay at Rosapasadena absolutely good. The hotel’s location also strategic just a walking distance tu centrum and food stalls. The room comfortable, clean and come with bathtub, hot shower is good and strong water pressure. This hotel also include breakfast.. the food so delicious

I recently stayed at Kea Hotel and had a truly satisfying experience. The hotel’s location is very strategic, close to many attractions such as Kea Farm, The Sheep Sanctuary.
One of the highlights was the free parking provided, which made things very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist from check-in to check-out.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for families. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel maintained a peaceful atmosphere.
Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, a strategic location, and excellent service.

The location is great, close to many restaurants and shops. Someone is at the reception 24/7, which is a big convenience for those arriving late and the hotel staff are welcoming.
However, the room itself was just disgusting. Nail clippings and hair on the carpet, bathroom clearly has not been cleaned in ages as the drain was full with hair, shower curtain and the walls around the shower were covered in mould and dirt from multiple guests. The wifi in the room was not working for us at all (one of the reasons I booked the hotel so I could plan my further itinerary without using mobile data), and although there is an offsite parking, it easily gets full and then you need to park elsewhere. According to the room description there should be coat hangers in the room but there were none.
I booked this hotel last minute so I did not have much choice this time, but I will definitely never come back to this place.

UUtente anonimoHad a great time at this boutique hotel. It’s relatively new and adopt a very interesting design concept. They only have 10 rooms I think. The landscaping around the hotel was really nice. The location of this place is in Tanah Rata, so it’s not as crowded as Brinchang, also it’s not as congested in terms of traffic. You only get one car park per room. It’s situated right at the end of the street, quite secluded and very private.
There’s no one waiting during check in, basically, you text a number and someone comes out to give you keys to your room and ask for breakfast selection for the following morning. All communication was done through the WhatsApp. We also asked for extra towels and shampoo, owners were very courteous and generous.
Felt very safe for my family with young children could just roam around freely. In terms of amenities, there’s no swimming pool or gym facilities. But there’s a place to do bbq and gather in the common area. They give you the auto gate lock if you were to drive out and come back late at night, you can allow yourself in and lock the gate yourself.
In the morning you can hear very loud bird chirping. The air was very fresh! But we were awoken by the loud noise of grass trimming from next door, some government office. There’s also a dormitory next door and you can hear evening prayers.
Nearby, there’s a lot of shops and restaurants whereby you will find no problems settling your meals, about 5 mins walk down to the Main Street.
Just a few things to note :
- There’s a lot of stairs and if you have elderly in your entourage, it is not very convenient getting to the room. You may ask for ground floor rooms of course. The stairs worked super well for my children though, they just enjoyed going up and down so much!
- We booked loft rooms. The toilet and bath tub is located next to the main door. It’s open concept, meaning if you were to take a shower at night or go to toilet, it’s going to be cold.
- The beds are on the top floor, so if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to walk down the stairs.
- The bathtub and shower design is not so convenient for young children or elderly.
- Breakfast comes in very cute tiffin boxes. They place it outside your door around 8 plus. However, I always couldn’t catch their delivery on time, and most times the food is rather cold already.
Overall, I still enjoyed my stay very much. I think would very suitable for young couples, and groups of young travelers.

SSA TeohA beautiful view of the stars and moon, but parking is limited, so it’s best to return early to secure a spot.
There’s a night market nearby, which causes some traffic congestion before turning onto the main road to the hotel.
Additionally, there are many street dogs in the area, so if you plan to walk around, it might be better to park at the night market and walk from there.
They also offer motorcycle rentals for a minimum of 3 hours at RM 10 per hour, which is a convenient option to consider.
Breakfast is simple and nice, including coffee and tea bags, which you’ll need to prepare in your room using the cup and hot water.
After your main course, you’ll be served orange juice and fruit, which is placed on a small table in front of your room.
Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely return.
One small suggestion for the hotel management is to improve the water pressure, as it wasn’t strong enough, making showering a bit less enjoyable and requiring more time. Thanks.

AalecsonThe location is great as it is very close to the main road where you can get access to all the restaurant/stalls nearby. The interior is pretty good as well. Pillow and bed are comfy. A small fan on the wall for ventilation which is pretty enough for the cozy weather in cameron highland. Shared bathroom and toilet are well maintained. The common area at 3rd floor is pretty spacious and with sofa/beanbags to chill. A small room equipt will dumbells/yoga ball/mat/etc for some light workout. Volunteers are very friendly and you get to see lots of european tourist here. Ideal for solo traveller on budget.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato 3 notti nel letto matrimoniale nel dormitorio. La scatola era dotata di un piatto, ventilatore, specchi e un processo. Inoltre c'era un grande bagaglio chiuso. Il materasso di penna non era troppo comodo, ma per qualche notte era bene. Bagno era pulito, c'era acqua calda per la doccia.
C'era un piccolo spazio comunitario con balcone, l'acqua e il tè sono stati offerti gratuitamente, mentre non c'era colazione (sono disponibili microonde, tostapane e cuochi d'acqua).
L'ostello può prenotare tour a prezzi ragionevoli.
I tovaglioli possono essere prestati per 4RM. Lavatrice e asciugacapelli sono disponibili per il servizio autonomo (per 8RM).
In generale abbiamo avuto una buona permanenza all'hotel Sleepbox, ma bisogna essere consapevoli che dormire in camera con più di 30 letti (non era troppo rumore, ma non era completamente prenotato).

Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay.
Cleanliness: No complaint on it.
Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example.
Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

UUtente anonimoWe recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, the experience was overall disappointing. The apartment itself had a strong, unpleasant smell that lingered throughout, even affecting the bed and mattress. It almost felt like the bedsheet carried the same odor, which made it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bedsheets had a rough texture that lacked the usual smoothness and quality that you would expect from a hotel stay.
On the positive side, the hotel did have a fantastic balcony. The balcony was beautifully furnished and became the highlight of the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting there since being inside the room was far from relaxing. Unfortunately, my mum struggled to sleep the whole night due to the smell and overall discomfort of the room.
In short, while we appreciated the balcony, the issues with the smell and bedding made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay.
