It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free!
Cons:
It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions."

UUtente ospiteThe apartment is okay. Everything is decent and acceptable with the price offered. However they are few issues i want to point out: 1) Netflix cannot be watched. It was a false claim when they put it in the information just to attract guest but cannot be used.
2) Window blind: i want to complain about the window blind used in the kitchen window and the 2nd bedroom window. The blind is not FULL BLACKOUT blind.. It's still see through even the blind was pulled to cover the window completely. As a muslim family, this is not acceptable. And it affect the privacy of the guest as well. I hope they will change the blind to the Full Blackout type.
3) The Washing machine NOT washing & Dry machine. The washing machine only can be used to wash clothes. Not for dry. The dry function was not working.
I will consider to come again in the future if the issue is resolved properly

UUtente ospiteThe parking is first come first serve. And on weekends the parking is full. Therefore you have to park pretty far away outdoors. This is not stated anywhere.
Despite having a room with no windows, the walls are incredibly thin. You can hear every conversation next door and every weekend there are cars zooming by on the road outside which are incredibly loud therefore you wont be able to get any sleep.
Suggest you look elsewhere.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione del soggiorno era buona, ma ci sono stati diversi problemi che hanno influenzato la nostra esperienza.La carta di accesso al ascensore era molto insensibile, e abbiamo dovuto ”gosok-gosok” ripetutamente solo per farla lavorare anche il personale ha riconosciuto questo lavoro.
Il bagno è inondato ogni volta che abbiamo fatto una doccia, e il riscaldatore d’acqua non ha funzionato nemmeno dopo averlo lasciato per più di 30 minuti, come indicato. Come influenza se portare bambini o anziani.
Non c'era aria condizionata, solo un fan, ma anche la lampada a letto appoggiata continuava a sviare e colpire il muro quando il fan si accendeva, creando un rumore annoiante.
Speriamo che queste questioni possano essere migliorate per i futuri ospiti.

VVirgo goes where toBooked a Deluxe Studio chalet of 1queen4singles. They can also provide you 6singles instead. Its a chalet with 2 rooms 2 bath 1 living hall & a balcony. Requested for wheelchair friendly space/area, but lucky enough to get a unit closest to the main walkways not far from our vehicles parked. The wooden Chalet is nice and clean giving you a kampung vibes abit. No refrigerator ya. Outside of the unit is a bbq pit with sink right in front of each chalet. Love the morning breeze here. Quiet and serene. May take a drive along the road to pack some outside foods from cafes or foodstalls not far from the place too. One of our family members needed to check out later than 12, contacted admin and Mr Raymond, within seconds its sorted. Yes they are very attentive to their whatsapp and other medium of communication. Contact them 3,2 days prior to your arrival just to double check and confirmation process. Not necessarily to do so, its just me, i will do that every time.
Overally, we enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that cut the fun part is the no-fridge-thing, we are with babies and kids, so they have full cream milk and stuff that we bring along. But thats okay. We managed, we actually brought an ice box..

UUtente anonimoCheck in took about 2 hours. Booked under Trip (3rd party) can’t check in using kiosk. I asked the officer and he gave me Q number for counter. Waited for 90 pax. When reach counter the lady mentioned need to pay RM15 for counter check in.She mentioned I supposed need to go to kiosk check in assistant. But the officer at the first place didn’t mention this. The instruction is very messy. Hope Genting can improve this and give a clearer instruction.
