Hotel 3 stelle a Oaxaca

The overall vibe could be described as monastic luxury. The location and room quality was amazing. But you want to think hard about how important a view/windows are before you book. If you are OK with out them then it's all good. Many rooms look into interior courtyards/corridors and windows are all frosted. Like many places in Mexico, the whole check in and so on is run digitally via WhatsApp, so if you dont get your codes in advance then you could be in trouble. Other than the sparsely (but very high quality) appointed room there are no amenities that i could identify. But they share a list of things to do and do respond to WhatsApp if you have questions.

Casa Mayo è tutto su piccoli dettagli, tutto è stato così gentile che ci siamo sentiti innamorati del posto immediatamente. Sheny era bella e molto professionale. Il colazione era sorprendente. Saremmo sicuramente tornati!

Beautiful and insta-worthy property, location is a bit off the main attractions but close to bus station. More self serve check in with no reception nor service, room has no proper window, no kettle for hot water, however bed is very comfortable. Pricey and not much amenity, won’t choose to stay here again.

Hotel di alta qualità, molto buono soggiorno: - La posizione è grande (un po' lontano dal centro) - Parcheggio privato auto - La colazione è molto buona. - Hotel Room clean, doccia toilet clean L'unico problema è che il ginnastico non è davvero un ginnastico ... solo poche biciclette e pesi.

Hotel carino!! Il personale era estremamente accogliente. Vorrei che parlassero inglese, ma.. era facile ottenere un taxi fuori dalla porta anteriore. C'era un bel tetto solare. Il colazione incluso era delizioso.

Hotel wasn't too bad for our first night. They give one small bottle of water and expect clients to get more water from their ”filtered” water dispenser, which was completely empty and didn't get refilled until the following evening when we no longer needed it. The location is not walkable to any stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. You need to get a taxi to go anywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and that was a plus. The size of the room was all right. The beds were very comfortable. Good lighting in the room. Good size bathroom. Nice view of city below during night hours. The biggest negative was the AC on our second and last night was leaking onto the bed. Had to keep it off all night and bear the discomfort af a warmer temp as windows don't open. Water pressure was really good; unfortunately, the hot water isn't consistent and would keep fluctuating between hot and cold. I do not think the value was good considering all the negatives. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

The location of the hotel is top !! Right next to the botanical garden, very easy to explore the city in walking distance. We requested a quiet room, it was very noisy though, the door was not thick enough perhaps. We were on the ground floor , we could hear every single person passing the entrance, every conversation… The quality of their towels and bedding were not good. Staff were very helpful though!

Tutto era bene, eccetto che io mi prenotai e pagai una stanza con letto grande e mi diedero prima una stanza con due letti matrimoniali, e mi dissero che le camere erano vendute, per questo mi diedero una con due letti. doppio senza costo aggiuntivo, io le ho detto che era molto inquietante perché eravamo solo mio marito e io e non dormiremmo in un letto ragazza perché io prenoto un letto grande per il nostro decantamento, Totale che mi hanno riubicato in un'altra stanza, con un letto normale che per niente era grande come me, mi sono sentita incazzata, non è quello che ho pagato e non è colpa mia che hanno venduto le camere, E poi sono arrivato due minuti prima delle tre della sera, l'ora in cui il check-in inizia e mi hanno detto che erano tutti occupati, il che non credevo, inoltre, l'hotel era mezzo vuoto.

El servicio es excelente, muy amable todo el personal. Super limpio, bonito y bien ubicado. La piscina super bonita, la comida excelente, los precios razonables.
