Hotel 3 stelle a Tottori

The room was spacious, they provide daily cute snacks and the staff was kind (they could speak basic English). They have free parking on site that is really convenient. However, we were quite disappointed by noticing that our room was on a parking lot view and not as advertised on the website. We weren't aware that the separate shower and bath were the onsen. It was an amazing onsen - with 2 private ones for families, but we needed to walk a bit and with a baby wasn't the best. Quite pricy but nice room.

This is a special hot spring hotel. We liked the wooden furniture can smell the original smell of wood. The breakfast is delicious. In addition to Japanese style, there is also bread. Coffee is also available after the meal. Unfortunately, there is no wifi equipment in the room, and it must be used in the lobby.

Carol è più grande di quanto mi aspettassi, e'stato rimasto presto e tardi. Le letti sono dure, dormo bene. La colazione non è troppo o troppo poco, e la quantità è buona, sono molto soddisfatto visivamente. Nessun auto, la posizione è molto stretta, non ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti intorno. Sono felice che la stanza sia molto piccola, ho il senso di sicurezza della casa dei miei genitori, ma quando sono entrato nella stanza, ho sentito l'odore del bagno.Inoltre, il bambino G è uscito, che è un po'deluso.

Un po'di distanza dalla stazione, ma vicino alla strada del negozio, le strutture sono nuove e pulite. È molto conveniente andare in un pullman per gli uccelli e prendere un autobus. Non mi sento abbastanza per vivere solo per una notte. Pensarò di restare la prossima volta.

Anche se è arrivato il giorno della pioggia, è un po'piccolo rammarico.Ma è molto pulito e confortevole.Una volta insolita, i bambini sono molto felici.

If you want location and restaurants then this is a 10/10. Tottori gotta be in the top 10 for Japanese restaurants. There’s so many great places to eat. Wish I had planned for an extra day. They are all within 1/4 block from hotel. And Tottori is a quiet town with 100% Japanese culture. Several small supermarkets and train station is a 5 minute walk. Hotel breakfast was better than most hotels and had a variety of options. Room was okay. The best thing about the room is it’s not missing a single thing. There’s even a small washer/dryer and vending machine next to elevator. I recommend staying 😃

整體而言，這次入住體驗令人非常失望。 辦理入住時，酒店告知需額外支付 150 日圓的大浴場費用，而且無論是否使用都必須繳付。然而，在預訂頁面及入住前均未見任何相關收費說明，令人有被隱藏收費的感覺。 此外，我預訂的是女性專用房，酒店卻安排我入住有男性住客的房間。這不僅與預訂內容不符，也讓人感到相當不安。雖然其後酒店有為我更換房間，但作為女性旅客，我原本正是因為安全及私隱考量才選擇女性專用房，這種錯誤安排本不應發生。 更令人難以接受的是，我在床上發現一隻會飛的昆蟲（疑似蟑螂）。考慮到這是一間新開業的酒店，竟然已出現此類衛生問題，實在令人震驚，也讓人對酒店的清潔及管理水平產生疑慮。由於受到驚嚇，即使之後準備休息時仍一直感到不安，當晚甚至夢見大量昆蟲而被嚇醒，嚴重影響睡眠品質及住宿體驗。 酒店的裝修環境整體尚可，亦設有行李寄存區。不過行李鎖需要另外向櫃檯索取，而行李存放區與床位之間有一定距離，使用上並不方便。 另外，酒店實際上有提供拖鞋（包括一次性拖鞋及一般酒店拖鞋），但我在出發前曾特意向酒店查詢是否提供拖鞋，得到的回覆卻是沒有。因此我特地自行攜帶拖鞋前往，結果完全用不上，白白佔用了行李空間。酒店提供的資訊與實際情況不符，令人感到困擾。 不過值得一提的是，前台一位非華裔工作人員的服務態度非常友善和專業。當我提出問題及反映情況時，他始終保持耐心及禮貌，並積極提供協助，讓人感受到他真誠服務客人的態度。這位員工的表現，是這次住宿體驗中少數值得肯定的地方。 綜合而言，酒店硬件設施及裝修尚可，但在資訊透明度、房型安排、衛生管理及內部溝通方面均有明顯改善空間。尤其是將女性專用房旅客安排至有男性入住的房間，以及新開業酒店出現疑似蟑螂等衛生問題，都令人難以接受。以這次的入住經驗而言，我無法推薦這間酒店。

All'inizio, non sapevo il numero della stanza, quindi mi preoccupavo se la stanza fosse davvero fissata, ma c'era un posto dove posso chiedere in macchina telefonicamente, quindi l'ho contattata e l'ho spiegata attentamente, quindi posso stare tranquillo.Guido nella stanza! Grazie ♡
