Hotel 3 stelle a Bristol

L'hotel è un po' vecchio, più grande del previsto e molto pulito. Tuttavia, la camera è vicina alla strada ed è un po' rumorosa è che c'è un po' di rumore nella stanza, come se provenisse dall'aria condizionatore. Tuttavia, in questo hotel ce n'è uno molto vicino, e c'è un parcheggio con telecamere a circuito chiuso, che è anche un'ottima scelta, perché alcuni posti nel parcheggio di Bristol sembrano un po' pericolosi, e tu. devo pagare 13 sterline al giorno. Il cameriere è molto gentile.

POSITIVES: Perfect location, friendly staff, rooms were clean and modern with biscuits, tea/coffee and mini bar. Very comfortable soft bed. NEGATIVES: Both the room and bed were quite small and cramped and fan in the bathroom wasn’t very powerful

We were pleased with room, welcome and breakfast and ready to give a good review. I had booked via the Trip App and paid for a double room for 2 people with breakfast- at checkout a very rude receptionist demanded I pay £29 for two breakfasts and would not accept I’d already in effect paid for breakfast when booking. I showed her the booking confirmation which clearly stated the deal included breakfast - she still asked for payment. I demanded to see the Manager who still was reticent to accept that breakfast had already been paid for….. Unacceptable. As a result we were late for a family funeral

Camera da letto confortevole. Piena di parcheggio auto. Buffet per colazione ha varie opzioni calde e fredde. Nessun altro pub/restaurante vicino.

Questo hotel si trova a buon mercato vicino a un fermo di autobus da cui l'Università di Bristol, la stazione di Bristol Bus e Coach e la stazione Temple Meads sono facilmente accessibili. La stanza è molto piccola e le luci sono insensate, ma è abbastanza comodo per pochi giorni in città. 

La stanza era pulita, ma c'erano poche strutture. Nessun frigo, nessun cassaforte, nessun coni d'aria. Una stanza molto elementare per il prezzo. Il bagno aveva solo sapone e lavatrice di corpo (di nuovo molto elementare). Per una stanza che costa più di 100 sterline per notte questo sentiva estorsionato. Le pareti sono sottili in carta. È possibile sentire le persone camminare nel corridoio e i vicini. L'unica grazia che risparmi è che le signore alla reception sono molto carine e di aiuto. Sarebbe meglio stare in un hotel più bello in una città e solo bus/taxi per i campi sportivi.

Had a lovely stay overnight at the Grand. Whilst both lifts were broken they had my bags brought up to my room for me and kindly stored them when I checked out as well so I could explore the city before my train departure. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. Only slight gripe was with the towels, whilst they were clean they were a bit tatty and they had quite a musty smell to them. Apart from that I can't fault any part of my stay.

Stayed for a couple days and had a brilliant stay with fridge, oven, stove, microwave , toaster and kettle in the room. Cutlery and Crockery and utensils all there making the stay much more enjoyable and helpful and easy enough to check in online before turning up. Lovely quiet hotel made up of studio apartments. Will hopefully return one day

Mixed bag... The bad- 1)Check in is only between 4-10pm so be aware. 2)Host (male) was unwelcoming and sarcastic on arrival, after a long journey - unnecessary 😏 3) Room 2- Bed squeaked throughout night with every movement. Thats the worst negative! The good- 1) Room lovely, spacious and clean, including bathroom 2) Good range of Tea/Coffee and biscuits 3) Cost of room good value for money, central location
